The effect of media modality and the valence of risk messages on affective risk perception and behavioral intention (미디어 형식과 위험 메시지 구성이 감정적 위험인식과 행위의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The current study explores how media modality and message frame interact to form individuals' affective risk perception and behavioral intention. Specifically, participants were exposed to positive and negative messages on irradiated foods in text, audio, and audio/video formats and their affective risk perception and purchase intention were measured. Results indicate that individuals' affective risk perception and purchase intention were influenced by media modality and message frame. The significant interaction effects between the two variables were also observed. The results indicate that the appropriate media modality should be carefully selected based on the message content for effective risk communication.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting intention and attitude of artificial intelligence technology(AI) of university students in healthcare using UTAUT model. Participants were 278 college students and the data were collected through self-reported questionnaire from May 15 to June 14, 2016. The collected data were analyzed using PASW Statistics/AMOS 22.0. The results were as follows. The effect of expectation factor, social influence, usefulness of work, anxiety factor had a significant effect on use of AI technology Intention. Factor of expectation effect, social influence, usefulness of work, anxiety factor had a significant effect on use of AI technology. As a result of verifying the significance of the indirect effect, it can be seen that the direct effect of the anxiety factor on the attitude factor is partially mediated by the use intention factor and the intention to use was partially mediated in the direct effect of the usefulness factor of the task on the attitude factor. This result means that it is important to increase the expectation factors, social effects, and perceived usefulness through accurate information based on facts and to reduce vague anxiety in order to increase the positive intention and attitude of university students' use of AI technology.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine sidedness effects of political Ad message and moderating roles of consumers' persuasion knowledge. To test these research hypotheses, this study conducted experimental designs. 125 undergraduate students were assigned to one of the two experimental groups. The data demonstrate that message types have a significant effect on both reliability toward Ad message and acceptance intention. In addition, consumers' persuasion knowledge plays a significant moderating role between the message types and the dependent variables. The results of this study suggest various implications by indicating political Ad message as an important factor which can enhance customers' positive responses but has been passed over by the previous research. We also indicated the limitations of this study, and suggested the future research directions.

Customer Voluntary Behavioral Intention in Retail Store (소매점 고객의 자발적 행동의도)

  • This study attempts to investigate the effects of perceived value on customer satisfaction and customer voluntary behavioral intention such as customer loyalty, participation intention, cooperation intention in retail store. For this purpose, the model posits that perceived value will have a positive impact on customer satisfaction and customer voluntary behavioral intention. We investigate the 680 customers of the korean open air market(337) and the discount store(343) for the research. The results showed that perceived value positively influences customer satisfaction and customer voluntary behavioral intention. Implications of the findings are considered and future research directions identified.

  • 시대적 변화에 따른 경력성공의 관점이 변화하고 있지만 다수의 연구들은 창업과 취업을 분리하여 연구되어 왔다. 또한 환경의 변화뿐만 아니라 개인 가치관의 변화에 따라 평생 직장의 개념이 사라졌으며 전 생애에 걸친 학습의 필요성이 대두 되고 있다. 학습의 형태는 기존의 지식을 전달하는 형태에서 다양하게 변화해왔다. 교실 수업의 형태는 팀활동과 미디어 활용을 중심으로 변화하고 있으며 교실 밖 수업에서는 자율적인 동아리 활동이나 커뮤니티의 참여 등을 통해 역량을 향상시키는 기회를 제공하고 있다. 개인의 경력은 인생에 걸친 학습과 일에 관련된 경험 및 행동과 연관된 태도로부터 발생한다. 이러한 경력을 이끌어가는 태도는 새로운 환경속에서 즉각적인 요구를 받아들이는 적응학습과 새로운 행동 및 지식을 유발하는 생성학습, 그리고 상호작용 패턴 인식을 통해 새로운 시도를 하는 전환학습을 지속적으로 일으킨다. 또한 이러한 무형식 학습들은 취업과 연계 될 뿐만 아니라 창업의도에도 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 자기주도성과 가치지향성을 척도로 하는 프론티언 경력태도가 창업의도에 영향을 미치지 확인함으로서 기존의 취업역량과 연결시켜왔던 연구에 새로운 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 무형식학습 활동을 매개변인으로 투입하여 학습 과정에서 자연스럽게 발생하는 학습의 효과를 확인하여 변화된 교육형태의 중요성을 확인하는데 의의가 있다. 이에 더해 스마트미디어를 활용하는 능력인 스마트미디어 리터러시와 팀 학습을 지향하는 팀학습 선호도를 조절효과로 보아 분석함으로서 스마트미디어활용 학습과 팀학습의 형태로 변화하고 있는 교육 현장의 특성을 함께 확인하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2019년 3월부터 6월까지 교육과 경력 환경의 변화의 중심에 서있는 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 이를 분석하고자 한다.

  • Recently, mobile marketing is becoming one of the major topics of interest to the marketing discipline. Emerging from rapid developments in mobile technology, it has created opportunities for new and innovative mobile services. Also, it is enabling to conduct always-on connections that consumers can interact anytime and anywhere. Especially, mobile devices place themselves to the core means of mobile-commerce which to execute a function as a distribution channel in mobile environments. Although the adoption researches about innovative services or technologies had executed in marketing areas over the past decades, most researches just expanded or modified existing theories and explanation models. There has been little study on the comprehensive and systematic review of adoption process. Therefore, it deserves to be considered prior usage experiences of the existing channels(CL) and attractiveness of the new channel(CLalt) based on social exchange theory. In order to address this void, this study unifies components of perceived attributes in the each dimensions (ie. benefit, cost, and risk dimensions) and explores prior usage experiences of the existing channels on adoption intention in electronic financial service channels through developing comprehensive model and employing empirical test for the hierarchy of effects model. Based on these empirical results, this study suggests managerial implications for new channel management in electronic financial service areas by focusing on the prior usage experiences of the existing objects on adoption intention and perceived attributes of ubiquitous-based mobile service channel.

The Influence of Beauty Influencer's Characteristics on Makeup Behavior and Color Cosmetics Purchase Intentionin Young Female Consumers aged 20-30s (뷰티 인플루언서 특성이 20-30대 여성 소비자의 메이크업행동 및 색조화장품 구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study attempted to investigate the influence of a beauty influencer's characteristics on makeup behavior and color cosmetics purchase intention against young female consumers in their 20-30s, who are a primary target for beauty influencer marketing. It aimed to provide basic data which are helpful in promoting marketing and expanding markets for color cosmetics through beauty influencers. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted. Among a total of 563 questionnaires distributed across Seoul and capital region, 531 copies were used for final analysis, and the results found the followings: In terms of age, factors affecting beauty influencers' characteristics differed depending on reliability and expertise. Specifically, reliability and communicative competence had a positive effect(+) on all makeup behavior while expertise revealed a positive influence on base makeup only. In color cosmetics purchase intention, a positive effect was observed in reliability, communicative competence and attractiveness. In particular, reliability showed the largest influence. Therefore, there should be continued efforts to maintain a long-term relationship with consumers through communication based on beauty influencers' characteristics and by delivering more diverse makeup and color cosmetics-related information in an open and honest fashion.

Effects of Hotel Advertising Attitude and Brand Image toward Customers' Purchase Intention (호텔광고 태도와 브랜드이미지가 고객의 구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of This study was to find out the effects of the hotel advertising attitude and brand image on customers' purchase intention. For this study, a total of 306 questionnaires among collected data for customers who experience hotel service at five star hotels located in Seoul from April 1, 2015 to April 30, 2015 was to ensure a valid sample. As a result of the experiments which conducted by factor analysis and regression analysis, it shows positive significant effects in purchase intention of "feeling and persuade attitude factor" and "reputation and usefulness attitude factor", but it is not positively effected continual purchase intention in hotel customers. Also, it shows positive significant effects on hotel customers' purchase intention of "emotional brand image" and "physical brand image". From the study, it is expected to find efficient ways to activate purchase intention on hotel products through differentiated advertising and brand image. In addition, it should be considered that positive images building up emotional and physical characteristics in hotels for establishing consumer-brand relationship.
