초고속인터넷의 고객유지와 충성도 결정요인에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 초고속인터넷 접속서비스에서 $\ulcorner$서비스 품질$\longrightarrow$고객만족$\longrightarrow$재구매의도(고객충성도)$\lrcorner$의 일반적인 인과관계가 적용되는지를 규명하고, 고객만족, 재구매의도와 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 서비스 품질속성을 살펴보면서, 궁극적으로 품질속성 중 고객유지와 충성도를 향상시키는 핵심 품질요소를 도출하기 위한 모형을 이론적으로 제시하고, 그 모형의 유효성을 설문조사와 이에 대한 실증분석을 통해 평가하는데 목적이 있다. 모형을 검증하기 위하여 세 단계의 분석과정을 수행하였다. 첫째, 전반적 서비스 품질과 고객만족, 재구매의도(또는 고객충성도), 그러고 고객만족과 재구매의도 및 고객충성도의 상호관계를 검증하였다. 둘째, 고객만족, 재구매의도 및 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 선행변수인 품질속성(서비스 성능, 서비스 지원, 부가서비스, 이용요금, 과금, 절차 편리성)들의 영향력을 검증하였다. 마지막으로 공통적 개념으로 분류된 품질속성이 개별적인 품질요소의 미세한 차이를 제대로 반영하지 못하는 단점을 극복하고, 고객유지와 충성도 향상을 위한 핵심 품질요소를 도출하기 위하여 품질속성을 대표하는 품질요소들과 재구매의도와 고객충성도의 상관관계를 살펴보았다. 초고속인터넷 접속서비스 이용자를 대상으로 웹설문조사를 실시하여 총 551 개의 표본을 분석에 사용하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스 품질은 재구매의도와 고객충성도에 비해 고객만족에 높은 설명력을 갖고 있으며, 재구매의도에 대한 서비스 품질과 고객만족의 설명력은 미미한 것으로 나타나, 고객만족이 더 높은 설명력을 갖는다는 기존의 연구와 차이를 보여 향후 추가적인 연구의 필요성이 제기되었다. 둘째, 여섯 가지의 품질속성들 중 서비스 이용과정에서 1, 2 회의 적은 경험을 하게 되는 서비스 이용절차의 편리성을 제외하곤 나머지 속성 모두 고객만족, 재구매의도 및 고객충성도의 선행변수로써 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 절차 편리성은 고객충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 충성도는 고객이 서비스를 총체적인 관점에서 평가하고 나타나는 행동이라는 시사점을 얻었다. 셋째, 재구매의도와 고객충성도를 결정하는 품질요소로서는 서비스 안정성, 불만사항 처리결과, 회사의 이미지, 다양한 부가서비스가 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 초고속인터넷 접속서비스의 품질 및 결과변수들에 대한 인과관계를 분석하였다. 그리고 경쟁이 치열해지는 시장 환경에서 미래의 재무적 성과와 수익성을 보장하는 충성스런 고객을 확보하기 위하여 필수적으로 관리되어야 할 핵심 품질요소의 제시와 이에 따른 제언을 하였기 때문에 사업자들이 품질 및 마케팅 전략을 수립함에 있어서 이론적, 실무적 근거를 제공하여 준다.

The Effects of Customer Based Planned Obsolescence on Replacement Purchase Intention -The Moderating Role of Consumer Innovativeness Focus- (소비자관점에서 계획적 진부화가 스마트폰 교체의도에 미치는 영향 -소비자 혁신성의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study examined the relationships between planned obsolescence and replacement purchase intention. This study also analyze the moderating effect of consumer innovativeness use on the relationship of planned obsolescence and replacement purchase intention. From total 205 survey analysis, this study finds the positive relationship planned obsolescence and replacement purchase intention. The result of analysis indicated that the functional obsolescence had positive effects on replacement purchase intention. The result of analysis indicated that the economic obsolescence had positive effects on replacement purchase intention. The result of analysis indicated that the psychological obsolescence had positive effects on replacement purchase intention. The result also shows that consumer innovativeness had a moderating effect on the relationship between planned obsolescence and replacement purchase intention. Finally, this study concluded with a discussion of the implications of the research findings and directions for future research.

  • Innovation of genomics technology has recently been extended to Direct To Consumer Genetic Test (DTC-GT) which consumers purchase without requesting the service on medical institutes. In 2016, Korea has introduced the DTC-GT but the market size is small comparing to global market. This study analyzes consumers' purchase intentions and purposes and their influential factors based on 2018 consumer survey. According to the results of binominal and multinominal logistic regression, knowledge after purchase, attitude on medical care benefit, health status are statistically significant on purchase intentions. Purchase purposes are different on age group and related on medical care rather than health care. These results imply that DTC-GT is needed to improve consumer satisfaction, re-purchase and effective care service. This paper is expected to contribute on strategic directions for the new DTC-GT product development.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the influencing relationships among the preparation for the old age, social networks, and the enterpreneurial intention of the potential enterpreneurs. 305 numbers of structured questionnaires were collected from the potential enterpreneurs and analyzed through SPSS WIN 21.0 using frequency, validity test, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis. The result are as follows. Firstly, the effects of the emotional and economical preparation for the old age on the entrepreneural intention of the potential enterpreneurs were shown as negative. Secondly, the social networks affects the enterpreneural intention of the potential enterpreneurs negatively.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the service quality, customer satisfaction and revisit intention for all operating ski resorts in Korea. This study was conducted by separating the entire domestic ski areas by the three investigations. Through a field study, a total of 1963 skiers from 17 operating ski resorts was appropriately selected and responded to the survey questionnaire. It was analyzed by using spss 13.0 and amos 5.0. The results can be summarized as follows. Firstly, the service quality of all domestic ski resorts affected satisfaction of the customers. Secondly, the service quality of all domestic ski resorts affected revisit intention of customers. Thirdly, the customers' satisfaction on the domestic ski resorts affected revisit intention of the customers.

  • 본 연구에서는 인간과 컴퓨터 사이의 음성을 이용한 대화 시스템을 구현하였다. 특별히 음성을 인식하는데 있어서 단어추출(word apotting) 방법을 사용하는 경우에 알맞은 의미 분석 방법과 도표 형태의 규칙을 기반으로 하여 시스템의 응답을 생성하는 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 단어추출 방법을 사용하여 음성을 인식하는 경우에는 형태소분석 및 구문분석의 과정을 이용하여 사용자의 발화 의도를 분석하기 어려우므로 새로운 의미분석 방법을 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 퍼지 관계를 사용하여 사용자의 발화 의도를 파악하는 새로운 의미분석 방법을 제안하였다. 그리고, 사용자의 발화 의도에 적절한 시스템의 응답을 만들고 응답의 내용을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 방범으로 현재의 상태와 사용자의 의도에 따른 응답 규칙을 만들었다. 이 규칙은 도표의 형태로 구현되어 규칙의 갱신 및 확장을 편리하게 만들었다. 대화의 영역은 열차 예매에 관련된 예매, 취소, 문의 및 관광지 안내로 제안하였다. 음성의 오인식에 의한 오류에 적절히 대처하기 위해 시스템의 응답은 확인 및 수정 과정을 포함하고 있다. 본 시스템은 문자 입력과 음성 입력으로 각각 실험한 결과, 사용자는 시스템의 도움을 받아 자신이 의도하는 목적을 달성할 수 있었다.

A Study on the Factors Influencing Behavioral Intention Related to Beef Traceability and TAM (쇠고기이력추적제와 기술수용모델의 행동의도 영향요인)

  • This study investigates the causal relationships among the factors influencing behavioral intention related to beef traceability and TAM to make diet safer. To do this, this study conducted a survey targeting the customers who use the department stores, specialty shops and large supermarkets in Seoul. The result is as follows. First, the higher the information quality in beef traceability(t=3.872) and social impact (t=1.938) were, the higher the usability became significantly. Second, as the social impact of food traceability(t=2.014), information accessibility(t=2.016), perceived risk(t=1.910) became higher, the perceived usefulness was shown significantly higher. Third, as the usability(t=5.826) was perceived higher, the perceived usefulness became higher. Fourth, the higher the perceived usefulness(t=4.264), the higher the behavioral intention among the customers. Also, the lower the usability(t=-0.682), the lower the behavioral intention.

  • The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between motivation, psychological euphoria and adherence intention in elders. To achieve this purpose, subjects of this study were sampled 249 dancesports participant from J and K city in Jeonbuk. Data were collected through the self-administrated questionnaires which were used by preceding study. The factor analysis method was used correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and three-step mediated regression analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, motivation(health, hobby) had positive effects on psychological euphoria(accomplishment, satisfaction). Second, motivation(health, hobby) had positive effects on adherence intention. Third, psychological euphoria(accomplishment, satisfaction) had positive effects on adherence intention. Forth, psychological euphoria mediated between motivation and adherence intention.

  • This study examined the effects of characteristics of mobile coupon on the user's perceived usefulness and intention of using mobile coupon in order to suggest directions to enhances marketing strategies for foodservice company. The research model for this study was designed based on the hypothesis that the characteristics of mobile coupon influenced both the user's perceived usefulness and purchase intention. Based on total 227 customers obtained from the empirical research, this study reviewed validity, reliability and fitness of research model. Major findings of empirical analysis could be summarise as follow. First, among the characteristics of mobile coupon, the easiness of acquisition and the economic value of the mobile coupon had an influence on the mobile coupon user's perceived usefulness. Second, the easiness of acquisition and the economic value of the mobile coupon had an influence on the intention of using mobile coupon. Third, the mobile coupon user's perceived usefulness had an influence on the intention of using mobile coupon.

An Empirical Study on Utilization of Electronic Government Services (전자정부 서비스 활용에 관한 실증연구)

  • This paper identifies the determinants of adoption and diffusion of e-government services, and examines the causal relationship among the variables of adoption behavior. The main findings, based upon survey responses from service users, are as follows: first, both the value of service and the socially influencing factor have the positive effect to the intention of utilizing services. Second, the socially influencing factor has the indirect effect to the intention of utilizing services, because it positively affects the value of service. The interaction factors, however, do not directly affect the intention of utilizing services. These interaction factors indirectly affect the intention of utilizing services through the path which increases the value of service, and its effect is larger than the socially influencing factor.
