요약하건데 ICN은 종합적 기초간호교육의 근본원리를 인정하고 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 회원국들을 도와주어야 한다. ICN의 교육부 간부가 고문과 working party의 도움으로 현재 만든 ''기초 간호교육에 대한 국제적 질의''는 국제적인 견해를 근거로 하여 가치있는 결론과 건의를 가져와야 한다. 이것은 전체의 결말이 회원국을 적극적으로 후원하는 결과를 초래하여야 한다. ICN의 Grand Council은 이외로 표명된 의견을 주의 깊게 귀를 기울이고 종합적 기초간호교육을 강요해서는 안 된다. 최후로 Grand Council.은 일반 간호원이 아닌 소아과 간호원 등과 같은 특수분야 하나만을 훈련받은 간호원들의 지위를 재 고려하여야 할 것이다. 자기 나라에서 ''전문 간호원''으로 간주된다면 그 간호원들을 전문부(specialized section)에 ICN회원으로 받아 들일 수 있다는 것이 내 의견이다. 이것은 궁극적으로 ICN을 보다 강화할 것이며 경쟁적인 단체의 형성을 방지할 것이다.

This study is for empirical analyzing the ethical contents in using social media, such as what kind of ethical responsibility do the teenage users have, how do they recognize the ethical concept in producing or sharing the information and how these ethical factors affect their behavior of social media uses. After survey with the structured questionnaire, statistical analyses with available 227 cases are processed. As a result, there are 4 ethical factors in using social media which as included 'privacy', 'copyright', 'fullness', 'accuracy', 'truth-telling', 'fairness', 'relief of harmful effect', 'credibility', 'objectivity', 'impartiality', included 'moderation', 'respect', 'autonomy', 'control', 'care of mischief', included 'interactivity', 'multiplicity', 'anonymity', 'divergence', 'social community', included 'transparency', 'openness'. All these ethical factors are positive correlated to the level of social media users' opinion expression, opinion support, information leading, information searching. Especially, is the most effective factor to social media users' behavior.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the variables which had effects on the organizational communication satisfaction(OCS) based on the relationship between organizational members' personality types and conflict resolution styles. A questionnaire survey including social style profile and OCS scale was carried out with the various organizational members. The results showed that there were significant differences on the ways to resolve the conflicts according to personality types. The members who tended to assert their opinions with confidence had a high level of OCS. The results of path analysis on the variables influencing the OCS revealed that among the conflict resolution styles, the problem solving style and compromise style were associated with the OCS-social relationship. In contrast, the blaming style and imposing style were related with the degree of OCS-task. The members' individualistic variables such as organizational status and sex were important factors in explaining the differences of conflict resolution styles and the OCS. In conclusion, this study showed that the matching of conflict resolution styles with the members' task characteristics is a crucial factor in the production of effective organizational outcomes. The limitations of this study were reported along with the suggestions for the future studies.

성장세를 보이던 출력업체가 IMF 이후 과당경쟁과 더불어 기자재 수입원가의 증가로 인해 수입구조에 많은 변화를 가져오면서 경영난에 봉착한 가운데 서체회사의 횡포아닌 횡포(?)에 몸살을 앓고 있는 회사가 늘어나고 있다. 서체가격은 IMF 이전에 비해 점차 낮아지고 있는 경향은 있으나 새로운 서체의 개발이나 A/S 문제, 중고 장비와 관련된 서체의 문제 등 여러 요인으로 인해 출력업체는 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 서체라는 것은 일반 소비용품과는 달리 대체재가 있거나 싫다고 쓰지 않으면 되는 것이 아니라 각각의 회사에서 출시한 서체를 다 사용할 수밖에 없는 구조로 이루어져 있어 슈퍼마켓처럼 온갖 제품들을 다 갖추고 있어야 한다. 그래서 출력업체는 싫든 좋든 울며 겨자 먹기 식으로 각종 서체를 갖추어야 하고 새로운 서체가 출시될 때마다 업그레이드 해야하는 고충을 안고 있다. 이 뿐만이 아니라 A/S도 돈을 주면서도 눈치를 봐야 하는 입장이어서 고객이 왕이 아닌 메이커가 왕인 세상이 되어버린 것이다. 출력업체와 서체회사는 상호 협력적인 관계에 있으면서 실상은 서체회사가 주도해 나가는 형국이고 출력업체는 끌려가는 입장이 되었다. 서체회사는 나름대로의 입장과 고충이 있겠지만 출력업체는 일방적인 서체회사의 횡포에 가까운 행위에 대해 이렇다 할 입장표명도 하지 못하고 속앓이만 하고 있는 실정이다. 서체와 관련된 출력업체의 의견을 정리해 보았다.

벤처업계와 정부는 우리 경제의 미래를 짊어질 대안은‘역시 벤처뿐’이라는데 의견을 같이하고 있다. 지난해 이헌재 부총리는 석유를 뿌려서라도 벤처산업을 회생시키겠다며 강력한 벤처육성 의지를 표명한 바 있다. 나아가 지난 12월 23일, 정부는 벤처산업 회생을 위한 긴급처방으로‘벤처 활성화 대책’을 발표했다. 대책이 발표된 후 벤처인의 사기가 고조된 것은 물론 코스닥시장이 7개월만에 400선을 돌파하는 등 매우 긍정적인 모습으로 나타나고 있다. 지난 해 발표된 대책은 벤처 생태계 복원을 위한 여러 조건 중 선결과제인 자금 및 세제지원부분에 초점을 맞췄다. 벤처산업은 자금부분 이외에도 시장, 인력 등 생태계의 균형을 이루어야 바람직한 모습으로 활성화될 수 있다. 이번 호 VD이슈는 지난 호‘다시벤처다1-벤처 활성화 대책’에 이어 좀 더 거시적인 관점에 서‘다시벤처다2-바람직한 벤처 생태계 조성’을 주제로 다룬다. 벤처생태계 조성을 위한 필수요소들을 정리하며 바람직한 대안을 강구해 본다.

대한민국을 대표하는 기업!!! ''삼성전자''. 대한민국 국민이면 대부분 인정할 것이다. 그럼 대한민국의 물류산업을 대표하는 기업은? 한진, 대한통운, 현대택배, 범한 등등 우수한 기업들이 많이 거론될 것이다. 그러나, 이들 기업이 우리나라 물류를 대표한다고 하기엔 아직 성급한 면이 있다. 노무현 정부가 들어서면서 동북아 물류중심국가 건설을 위한 종합물류기업 육성을 표명한바 있다. 우리나라에도 외국의 페덱스, DHL, UPS와 같은 글로벌 종합물류기업을 육성하자는 것이다. 그럼, 국제적기업인 페덱스, DHL과 같은 기업을 육성하기 위해 우리나라에서는 어떻게 하면 될까? 다양한 의견이 물류전문가로부터 제시되고 있으며, 추진중에 있지만, 국내에 있는 모든 물류기업을 글로벌 종합물류기업으로 육성하는 것은 다소 무리가 있을 것이다. 그럼, 자생적으로 성장하여 글로벌 종합물류기업이 될 업체는 어떤 업체일까? 이에 본지는 최근 12월 결산법인 기업 중 물류 관련기업을 대상으로 손익계산서상의 매출액과 당기순이익을 기준으로 페덱스와 같은 기업으로 성장할 수 있는 업체를 분석해 보았다. 국제적 물류기업으로 성장할 기업을 재무제표만으로 평가하는 것이 다소 억지가 있지만 외형적 규모를 비교해 보고자 한다. 여기에서 거론된 40여개 기업들은 물류관련업체중 지명도가 다소 있는 기업이지만, 이들 기업이 물류기업을 대표하는 것은 아니다는 것을 밝히며, 여기에서 제외된 우수한 물류기업도 많이 있다는 것을 미리 밝혀둔다.

This study aims to explore how journalistic norms are practiced in journalists tweets by analyzing journalists' twitter. The study found that journalists consider using twitter as an extension of journalistic practice rather than a private space. In other words, journalists use twitter without a clear distinction about the nature of the twitter. In terms of journalistic norms, journalists expressed actively their opinion rather than keeping the traditional notion of objectivity. There are not much tendency of sharing the gatekeeping role. Also, journalistic use of twitter does not increase transparency as much as expected. However, there is a positive sign of practicing the newly expected journalistic role, conversation with news users. Finally the relationships between journalistic use of twitter and journalistic norms are not straightforward but diverse depending on the size and type of press, and gender of journalists.

The study seeks to present ways to form and express political opinions while monitoring, regulating and critically accepting the production and distribution of false information and platforms, which are spread channels, through the participation of citizens. First, it logically identified the unfairness of legal regulations on false information. In other words, it is often practically impossible to judge whether false information is false or not, and even false information can sometimes fall within the category of freedom of expression protection. It also revealed that voluntary regulation by platform operators was limited. As an alternative, it was theoretically clear whether civil society should participate in the maintenance and development of democratic public debate sites and create social discourse. The specific method is to find and classify false information and share it with citizens to raise awareness. Second, it forms an autonomous cooperative system with platform operators and others. Third, develop critical media capacity of citizens. Fourth, it responds to producers and platform operators of false information while engaging in community activities as a direct practitioner.

Corona, which first broke out in 2020, has caused many changes in many parts of society. Education was not an exception to this change. Teachers had to prepare online classes and students were asked to participate in it without sufficient preparation. Regarding online learning, many studies, in the field of developing teaching module and material or observing the satisfaction of online class, were conducted but there was no study based on how online class is happening in school. Therefore, this study was to investigate the current situation and satisfaction of online class for high school students and explored the relationship between sub-elements of mathematics learning and the level of satisfaction of online learning. As a result, mathematics online class was generally conducted in the form of real-time interactive classes and students felt a little satisfied with it. However, some conflicting opinions were expressed on the continuation of mathematics online learning. In addition, the study found that the higher level of satisfaction students have with online class, the difference appears in the sub-elements of learning mathematics such as values of mathematics, and motivation to learn, willingness to learn mathematics, learning strategies according to the safisfactory level of online class.

To contribute the basic data for spread of water fluoridation area, this study provide the awareness and attitudes of local residents for adding fluoride to tap water. The convenience sampling was chosen 534 persons of local residents in Dangjin-gun. Survey was performed from May to September in 2010; below 50 years old person surveyed by self-administered questionnaire method assisted with supervisor, above 50 years old person surveyed by interviewing method. The data analyzed SPSS Ver. 17.0. About the awareness of water fluoridation 49.1% of the subject answered "have heard", but 50.9% "not ever heard". People who answered in favor of the water fluoridation were 63.7%, who answered against were 11.2%. In policy decision method of water fluoridation they highly choose the survey of public opinion in 40.6%, followed by ballot 32.8%, by local government 18.9%, by local councils 5.4%, and other 2.2%. The 71.4% of respondents who replied "have heard" approved the water fluoridation, but only 56.3 percent of respondents who replied "haven't heard" were in favor of that. More than 59.5% of university graduates respondents who answered "have heard" approved the water fluoridation. People with higher education degree more recognized it and the lower shows tend to be low awareness. In conclusion, to expand of water fluoridation area they need more publicity and education about it to local residents.
