The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors which effect the intention to reemploy after the retirement and the mediation effect of the social capitalism for retired and prospective retired baby boomers. Starting from 2010, baby boomers have been retiring at a large scale. However retirement at a large scale without securing provision for fiancial wise in later life can lead to many issues regarding social and fiancial wise such as instability of labour market and increase of spending in society welfare cost and such on. Change of individual's self prospective and institutional support to help prepare find new career for next 3decade after the retirement needs to be concretized. Also, while in the work force, potential retiring baby boomer workers should be systematically supported with education, training and reemployment program based on individual's career orientation and allowing them to stay for a longer period in the labour market can be the implication to the solution for the economic stability and increasing social cost such as public pensions.

본 연구는 강점인식이 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 과정을 확인하였고 강점 활용을 매개로 하였을 때는 어떤 영향을 미치는지 확인하였다.국내 유일의 기업도시와 혁신도시가 공존하는 원주 지역의 특성을 감안하여 공공기관 근무 직원 및 퇴직자와 일반기업 근무 직원 및 퇴직자 300명을 대상으,로 강점인식 강점 활용이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구 결과 도출을 위하여 다음과 같이 가설을 설정하여 실증연구를 진행하고자 한다. 첫째 강점인식 수준이 높을수록 창업의지에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다.. 둘째 강점인식 수준이 높을수록 강점 활용에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 셋째 강점 활용 수준이 높을수록 창업의지에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 넷째, 강점 활용은 강점인식과 창업의지관계에서 매개 효과가 있을 것이다. 2008년 전 세계적인 금융위기 이후 경영상 어려움을 겪는 소상공인들은 갈수록 늘어나고 직장인의 고용불안은 은퇴 후 경제적인 어려움을 겪는 이들을 창업시장의 전쟁터로 내몰고 있음에 이와 같은 연구 결과는 선제적인 본인 스스로의 강점을 인식하여 창업을 준비하는 은퇴 후의 직장인들의 창업의지에 강정인식과 강점 활용의 중요성을 증진시키는 것이 필요함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of generativity and ego-integration on the relationship between leisure activity experience and life satisfaction after retirement, and to clarify the structural relationship between variables. In this study, SPSS for window 21.0 program r and AMOS 18.0 were used. First, correlation analysis was performed among the main variables to investigate the relationship between variables. Next, confirmatory factor analysis and fit of hypothesis model were confirmed. Finally, the bootstrapping procedure was conducted to verify the significance of the indirect effect. The main results of this study are as follows. First, leisure activity experience, life satisfaction, generativity and ego-integration were statistically correlated. Second, in the research model, there was a double-mediated effect of the generativity and ego-integration in the married couple's leisure experience and life satisfaction after retirement. The indirect effect that affects life satisfaction was found to be greater through mediation. This study has limitations in collecting data on retirees who have retirement experience or retired husbands who have. The reason for this is that there is a difference in the sense of life satisfaction between the couple and their spouse, and the significance of the path between the variables may also differ. Therefore, the follow-up study suggests the necessity of analyzing only the couple.

Small and medium-sized company workers are ill-prepared for retirement due to low wages and poor working conditions, as result, are likely to get into poverty in retirement. The purpose of this study is to conduct a case study on the current status of financial and non-financial retirement preparation of the small and medium-sized company workers. The main findings are as follows. First, the small and medium-sized company workers show the anxiety about retirement. Many pre-retirees worry that their retirement savings may not generate enough income in retirement, and the level of benefits paid in public pension is inadequate. Second, they are preparing for retirement in the areas of finance, health, working after retirement and social activity. Third, they are realistic and practical in retirement decisions makings. they are considering household budget downsizing, cutting education costs, the low-waged job choice and cash flow preference in retirement. The safety and reality in preparation for retirement are top considerations. In conclusion, this case study shows that pre-retirees of small and medium-sized companies are seeking diverse retirement solutions. We need to design integrated and practical retirement planning programs to support their specific retirement needs.

This study is about a life history. Through investigating the life of retired teachers in preschool, elementary, and middle schools, authors wanted to explore the meaning of retirement and the process of adaptation to find out their personal and social needs in post-retirement life. Studies have shown that their experiences at childhood have greatly influenced the performance of one's profession, such as contributing to setting limits on behaviors of their students. In the period of interdependence, they have contributed to serving society and the nation beyond as a professional, and in the second half of his teaching career, they have learned that their painful experience was a resource and have realized that changing mind can make the world changed. Since teachers' behavior affects on many subjects unlike other jobs, rewards or satisfaction from the job was bigger than any other jobs. However, after retirement, they felt a sense of emptiness in life without any sense of belonging or accomplishment, while feeling happiness and infinite freedom in other hand. Thy still go forward for life challenging to new study.

The purpose of this study is to examine how relatively young old men become old people after retirement and how they view their forthcoming old age. We interviewed the aspects of lives of the 10 relatively young old men to attain the purpose. According to the interviews, it was difficult to get a job after retirement in our society even though they wanted to do. This paper focuses on how the process of lowering their expectation to work happened, how they viewed their forthcoming old age during the process. One of the results showed that whenever they had failed to attain a job, they had been asked to lower their expectation of work. It seemed that their expectation to work became weak. But the process of exclusion of social role took away not only their expectation to work but also their plan for the future. As a result, the gap between an individual who wanted to be younger and the society which made them older made to decrease the degree of satisfaction.

The retirement of the Korean baby boomer generation has become a major factor in an aging society as a large proportion of the population has moved from the middle-aged to the elderly. In addition, after being busy working at a structured workplace for over 30 years, after retirement, they could not adapt to the unstructured environment, causing depression and leading to social problems such as the risk of suicide. research was needed. This study uses photovoice to in-depth research on the research question of how retirees' perception of death preparation, who wants to live a life prepared until death, is used. This is the purpose of this study. The study participants were 7 baby boomer retirees, the data were collected for 2 months, and the perception derived as a result of analyzing the photos, explanations, and in-depth interviews taken by the subject analysis method was used to prepare It was a necessity for education. In the discussion of this study, it is urgent to develop a death preparation education program that can help the baby boomer retirees, and I would like to suggest that the cooperation of local organizations in charge of the program is necessary. This study is meaningful in that it presents basic data in preparing social welfare policy measures for the elderly after retirement through the awareness of death preparations of baby boomer retirees.

The results of this study suggest that the management orientation affects the social capital positively and the autonomous orientation does not affect the relationship between career orientation and social capital. In terms of the relationship between career orientation and reemployment intention, management orientation does not affect the intention of the entrepreneur but affects the reemployment intention positively, while the autonomous intention affects neither entrepreneurial intention nor reemployment intention (+), Respectively. Social capital has a positive effect on the intention of reemployment, and the mediating effect of social capital on the relationship between career orientation and reemployment. Also, while in the work force, potential retiring baby boomer workers should be systematically supported with education, training and reemployment program based on individual's career orientation and allowing them to stay for a longer period in the labour market can be the implication to the solution for the economic stability and increasing social cost such as public pensions.

An analysis of the Convergence structural model on well-dying awareness has been conducted with a sample of 769 retired seniors who are participating in sports activities, and the results are as follows; First, after testing the goodness-of-fit of our structural model on well-dying awareness among retired seniors participating in sports activities, the final model was a good fit with physical care, which is a sub-variable of health promotion behaviors, and physical wellness, which is a sub-variable of wellness, used as covariates. Second, as a result of influence verification, the structural model showed six paths in total: resocialization${\rightarrow}$well-dying awareness, resocialization${\rightarrow}$health promotion behaviors, resocialization${\rightarrow}$wellness, health promotion behaviors${\rightarrow}$wellness, health promotion behaviors${\rightarrow}$well-dying awareness, and wellness${\rightarrow}$well-dying awareness.
