Effects of Convergence Education by Jigsaw Model and Flipped Learning in Nursing Students (간호대학생의 직소모형과 플립러닝 융합교육 효과)

  • The purpose of this study is the preliminary inequality experiment study of control group to confirm the effects of convergence education by jigsaw model and flipped learning in nursing students. The subjects of this study were 81 students who participated in Integrated Practice II of the 3rd grade of Nursing Science in J area and data were collected using the questionnaire before and after the convergence education. As a result of the study, it was found that convergence education by jigsaw model and flipped learning was significant in learning satisfaction(t=-3.783, p=.001). Therefore, convergence education by jigsaw model and flipped learning as a teaching and learning method is expected to improve the learning satisfaction and maximize the learning outcome, so this study is meaningful as the basic data itself. Based on these results, it is necessary to develop and apply the teaching - learning program that combines jigsaw model with flipped learning.

  • In this study, we examine the cases of instructors who conducted subject management by understanding the learning patterns of convergence major students taking programming courses Therefore, we intend to find implications for the operation of SW curriculum for convergence majors in the future. In the programming class of the convergence major, students of various grades and majors take the course, and a survey was conducted to understand their learning patterns in a non-face-to-face environment. The instructor studied whether it would be possible to induce learners' participation in class even when face-to-face communication was not possible, and tried to operate the class by understanding the learning propensity of the learners. As there are many students who have maintained successful experiences in self-directed learning amid COVID-19, weekly assignments were set so that they could solve their own problems independently, and almost all students submitted assignments. This study is meaningful in that it studied students' learning patterns, task performance, and programming achievement by operating 'Machine Learning' subject to students of the convergence major in a non-face-to-face situation due to COVID-19.

  • 최근 기존의 영상 압축 파이프라인 대신 신경망의 종단 간 학습을 통해 압축을 수행하는 알고리즘의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 종단 간 학습 기반 공간적 스케일러블 압축 기술을 제안한다. 보다 구체적으로 본 논문은 신경망의 각 계층에서 하위 계층의 학습된 특징 (feature)을 융합하여 상위 계층으로 전달하는 다중 스케일 특징 융합 (multi-scale feature fusion) 모듈을 도입해 상위 계층이 더욱 풍부한 특징 정보를 학습하고 계층 사이의 특징 중복성을 더욱 잘 제거할 수 있도록 한다. 기존 방법 대비 향상 계층(enhancement layer)에서 1.37%의 BD-rate가 향상된 결과를 볼 수 있다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 성인학습자 교과과정 '융합형' 교수법을 통해 학습자 특성에 맞는 수업방법을 적용하고 개선방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 교수법을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해 4차에 걸쳐 진행되었다. 1차 '융합형' 교수법 적용 탐색, 2차 교수법 적용 지도법 논의, 3차 교수법 적용 및 보완, 4차 학습자 만족도 조사 및 분석 체계로 이루어졌으며, '융합형' 교수법 적용으로 아동(보육) 관련 교과목, 청소년 관련 교과목 위주의 공통 융합지도(하브루타 교수법, PBL 교수법)가 담당교수 별로 이루어졌다. 연구결과 첫째, '융합형 교수법'의 이론적 근거를 마련하여야 한다. 둘째, 현장연계 교과목 수업에 연계(아동, 청소년) 관련 기관과의 협력이 필요하다. 셋째, 학습자 전체가 참여할 수 있는 (토론회, 공청회) 등 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 넷째, 다양한 자료, 기술, 기법을 통해 학습자의 동기유발이 필요하다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of flipped learning strategy, which is an online offline convergence learning strategy becoming a hot issue, on students' learning styles..Ultimately, the goal is to analyze the academic achievements and learning attitudes by applying the flipped learning strategy considering the preferred learning styles of Korean students. By assuming that Korean students are accustomed to traditional lecture class, it is assumed that the students would have difficulty in applying the flipped learning strategy which involves information gathering and problem solving through discussion. In order to analyze whether the application of flipped learning strategy is effective, it is necessary to identify students' preferred learning style and to develop appropriate teaching strategies accordingly.

  • Teaching programming skills is not only required for computer related departments but through the area of engineering and natural science. Moreover recently teaching programming skill is emphasized in software education for primary schools and secondary schools. Since programming ability is considered an essencial element of national competitiveness, we need programming learning system which alleviates the difficulty. We implemented Blockly webc Programming Convergent Learning System which is based on the graphic tools called Blockly by Google. Inside system problem sets for the programming beginners are embedded in the system. These problem sets are gone under more than 20 years verification and these problem sets may be used to help beginning programmers escape novice coder in short time. Blockly webc Programming Convergent Learning System together with already developed Simple Visual Language2 Programming Learning System is expected to play an important role as a programming learning system for the beginners.

  • 본 논문에서는 스마트 기기로 제어 가능한 교육용 로봇을 활용하여 초등 학습자들의 융합적 사고를 향상 시킬 수 있는 교육방법을 제안하고자 한다. 초등 학습자들을 대상으로 실질적인 융합 교육이 이루어지기 위해서는 융합 과정을 체계적으로 체험하고, 이러한 과정을 통해서 새로운 가치를 발견하고 구체화 할 수 있는 환경이 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 융합 과정을 학습자들의 수준에 맞게 세분화하고 학습자들의 흥미와 창의성 발현에 효과적인 스마트 기기 기반의 교육용 로봇을 활용하여 구체화 할 수 있는 교육 방법을 설계하였다.

L2 Learners' Communication Strategies: A Data Convergence Analysis (제 2 언어 학습자의 의사소통 전략: 자료융합 분석)

  • L2 learners deal with communication problems encountered during the course of their oral communication by employing what are known as communication strategies(CSs). As CSs play a significant role in communication and language learning, identifying CSs that facilitate communication has become important in L2 research. However, there have been some controversies about how to identify CSs, especially about data sources: conversation data, retrospective interview data, or combining two types of data. Drawing on the advantages of converged data, this study aimed to identify CSs that L2 learners use in their English communication through a convergence analysis of data. In this qualitative case study, the data were collected from Korean L2 learners' conversations and retrospective verbal reports in stimulated recall interviews. Using a data convergence approach, various CSs were identified: definition replacement CSs, message change CSs, time-gaining CSs, and comprehension CSs. This study suggests the effectiveness of CSs in handling L2 communication problems and the usefulness of data convergence in L2 CS research.

A Case Study on Adult Learners' Performance Experience of Convergence Program for Self-Confidence Improvement (성인학습자의 자신감 향상을 위한 융합프로그램 진행 경험에 관한 사례연구)

  • This study aimed to examine the meaning of adult learners' experience in which they performed a convergence program for the self-confidence improvement of disabled persons with brain lesion who were daycare center users. For the goal, the study collected data through a 5-session profound interview with those disabled persons and then through this author's observation. This study analyzed all the data and, as a result, categorized three significant themes that best represented the above mentioned meaning, which are 'tension of beginning', 'joy of being in company with others' and 'I as the present being'. With those meaningful themes taken into serious consideration. Finally, this study suggested that field programs for social welfare practice in better connection with adult learners' major should be researched and developed.

  • 21세기 지식정보화 시대의 정보과학기술은 중요한 교육으로 발전하고 있으며, 최근 6T를 기반으로 융합 IT는 미래사회의 중요한 과학기술로 연구 발전 시켜나가고 있다. 최근 이러한 융합적 IT기술의 근원은 창의성 계발과 아이디어를 중요시하고 있으며, 창조적 인재육성을 지향하고 있다. 창조적 인재육성은 창의적 문제해결 학습에 의한 두뇌의 발달과 창의적 설계를 가능하게 하므로 새로운 학습방법 연구가 활발히 진행 되어야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 RDS를 이용한 창의적 문제해결 학습방법에 대하여 설명하고, 융합 IT분야에서도 미래사회에 가장 많은 영향력을 가지고 있는 지능로봇 분야의 창의적 설계와 응용을 학습할 수 있는 방법에 대하여 소개한다. RDS는 지능로봇 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 서비스 컴포넌트 기반으로 창의적 설계에 대하여 3차원 가상공간에서 학습자가 직접 프로그램으로 제작 실험이 가능하도록 지원한다. 또한 수학적, 과학적 학습의 효과를 동시에 IT에 접목할 수 있는 종합교육학습 시스템으로 발전시켜 나갈 수 있다. 시각적 시뮬레이션 환경(VSE)은 학습자의 문제해결력을 위한 경험과 실험을 동시에 실시간 제공할 수 있는 것이 큰 장점이다.
