This study attempts to empirically investigate if relative momentum strategy is effective in the Korean stock market. The sample of the study is comprised of companies which are traded in both Kospi and Kosdaq stock markets in Korea for the period between 2001~2014. The study observes that the momentum strategy buying past winner stocks and selling past loser stocks is negatively correlated with the value strategy buying value stocks with high book to market ratio and selling glamour stocks with low book to market ratio. And each strategy is alternatively effective from period to period. The study demonstrates that the momentum strategy is effective when both strategies which are negatively correlated are treated as one system by estimating Fama and French's[1] 3 factor regression model.

IT는 우리나라 경제성장에 결정적 기여를 해왔으며 사회전반의 패러다임 혁신을 통해 생산성, 효율성, 편의성, 소통성을 증진시키고 삶의 양식에 전면적 변화를 가져왔다. 금융위기 이후 주요국에서는 뉴딜을 촉진하고 신성장동력을 창출하며 사회와 문화의 발전적 전개를 위해 IT에 대한 거대투자를 집행하고 있다. 국민경제와 사회문화에서 지대한 의미를 지니는 IT는 다른 기술 또는 산업과의 융합이라는 새로운 변화와 혁신의 중심에 위치하고 있다. IT 융합은 IT의 자체 고도화를 바탕으로 다른 분야의 기술개발과 산업발전을 견인하거나 새로운 산업을 창출하는 것으로, 우리나라를 비롯하여 주요국에서는 자원과 역량을 선택적으로 집중하고 있다. 이 글에서는 IT 융합과 관련된 주요국의 산업전략 및 기술개발 동향을 파악하고 전문가 조사결과를 바탕으로 우리나라 IT 융합역량의 수준을 평가하고 결론적으로 IT 융합산업 발전을 위한 방향에 관한 전략적 제언을 하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the motivation of university lifelong education and the factors that are important in selecting it. In the motivation for participation of adult learners, learning new knowledge and skills in the first place and learning new things in the second place were good, so that they could learn together in the third place. Active school investment in faculty and staff will be needed to increase program diversity and quality through professionalism. Adult learners are getting information from the system they are interacting with, and furthermore, they learn the information from the public relations of university professors. Since they are acquiring paths and information through acquaintances, it is necessary to continuously promote the curriculum to unspecified adult learners. Advertisement should take advantage of various convergence strategies such as hanging banners in the area, publicity of the subway, local newspapers, word of mouth, SNS, and the Internet.

Strategies have to be employed in information systems security in order to build and operate systems for information systems security in effective and structured manner. It is also essential for the entire organization to participate for successful implementation of the strategies and making them work. Current researches on information systems security strategy in organizations, however, have mainly been focused on deployment and operation of countermeasures based on strategic thinking and decision. In consequence, it is lack of research on overall frame for containing consideration factors required for moving and leading the whole enterprise for the holistic security purpose. Therefore, this paper proposes a framework for use in establishment of organization-wide information systems security strategies based on the concept of grand strategy from the traditional strategy research and on the four dimensional features of it.

The purpose of this study was to explore college students' use of learning strategies in a flipped learning class, and to examine the students' use of learning strategies in relation to their achievement levels. The participants were 33 college students who took an introduction to English education course. The study used three data collection procedures: (1) students' performance score; (2) a pre-and post-survey of student learning strategies; (3) a survey of student perception towards the flipped learning experience. Data were analyzed by using paired samples t-test and ANOVA. Results showed that the students used different learning strategies in the beginning and the end of the course, depending on their achievement levels. In particular, significant differences were found among three groups in terms of time management, concentration, selecting main idea, self-testing, and test strategies. The result indicates that learning strategies can be effectively trained and developed in the flipped learning environment with the consideration of students' levels.

본고에서는 산업-IT융합포럼의 국방 분과 운영 경험을 토대로 국방에 IT를 융합하여 발전시키기 위한 현안을 살펴보고 활성화를 위한 전략적 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 정보화 관점에서 국방 내 외부 요인을 검토하여 1) 빠르게 변화하는 정보기술에 대한 군사적 적용가능성을 시험 검증하여 신속하게 도입할수 있는 방법 2) 검증된 상용기술 제품에 대하여 중장기 기획관리 절차를 생략하고 빠르게 전력화할 수 있는 제도적 방안 3) 무기체계 개발에 있어 국산 소프트웨어의 채택 4) 현 방산업체가 제작하는 무기체계에 필요한 소프트웨어 개발과 관련하여 일반기업에게도 참여할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 방안을 중점적으로 살펴본다. 특히, 기존 정보화보다는 큰 틀에서 국방과 IT의 융합을 활성화하기 위하여 국가의 산업-IT융합 정책과 보조를 맞추되 국방 내부의 변화에 초점을 두고 IT 시범사업의 활성화, 상용 제품 및 기술의 검증을 위한 실험부대의 설치 및 운용 등의 다양한 개선대안을 제시한다.

방송통신융합의 핵심으로 자리잡은 IPTV는 통신서비스와 방송산업의 경계를 허무는 동시에 새로운 시장을 형성하고 있다. 세계최고의 초고속 인터넷 망을 보유하고 있는 우리나라는 방송통신 융합규제에 묶여 IPTV분야가 상당기간 답보상태에 있었다. 반면 해외시장은 2008년에 2,500만 가입자를 넘어설 정도로 커지고 있는데 국내 IPTV공급업자들의 해외시장 진출 전략에 대한 국내 연구가 부족한 것이 문제이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내의 IPTV시장 답보상태에서도 IPTV의 필수 구성요소인 셋톱박스, CA/DRM, 미들웨어, 네트워크장비, 요금청구 플랫폼 등을 개발한 국내 IPTV공급업체들이 성공적으로 해외에 진출하기 위한 전략을 세우고 최적의 비즈니스를 펼칠 수 있도록 하는 요인을 발굴하여 글로벌전략 모델을 제시하고자 한다.
