This study was conducted to identify convergence factors affecting depressive symptoms of postmenopausal women through the theory unpleasant symptom. This study was secondary data analysis form Sixth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2015. Study sample of 1,298 menopausal women to evaluate the factors that would influence depressive symptoms, physiological factors, situational factors, and psychological factors. The results showed that significant variables influencing the depressive symptom were income quartile(${\beta}=-.14$, p<.001), health status(${\beta}=.24$, p<.001), and stress(${\beta}=-.20$, p<.001). The explanation power of this regression model was 14. 1% and it was statistically significant. As a result, to improve their depressive symptoms, the nursing interventions are required for postmenopausal women who have the income, health status, and stress.

This study was to identify factors influencing satisfaction on clinical practice of dental hygienist students located in G, J region. The data was analyzed by t-test, Anova, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS 21.0 program. There were significant in satisfaction of score(F=2.925, p<.05), perceive heath status(F=8.108, p<.001), satisfaction on department(F=8.198, p<.001). The relationship on peers with score(r=.277, p=.01) and perceive health status correlations with relationships on peers(r=.327, p=.01), The satisfaction on clinical practice had positive correlations with score(r=.127, p=.05), perceive health status(r=.226, p=.01), relationship on peers(r=.240, p=.01). The factors influencing satisfaction on clinical practice were satisfaction of relationship on peers, satisfaction of department, perceive health status. The results suggest that development of program to improve satisfaction on clinical practice of dental hygiene students.

The present study analyzes the main factor having an effect on the convergence dental hygienist's self-esteem through the survey to them. A self-leadership and professional self-conception show meaningful result with higher score in the group with higher self-respect than that of lower one(p<.001). Also the higher hygienist's self-esteem, the higher clinic practice ability(p<.01). There is negative correlation with self-esteem in emotional labor(p<.01) and exhaustion(p<.01). However, the positive correlations are presented in self-leadership(p<.01), professional self-conception(p<.01) and clinic practice ability(p<.01) with self-respect. The factors influenced on self-esteem are clinic practice ability(p<.05) and exhaustion(p<.01). In results, the organized convergence program and education considering self-esteem in the hospital should be accomplished systemically to enhance the clinic practice ability of each hygienist.

This study was conducted to analyze the factor of suicide ideation in the elderly living alone. This study is a descriptive research study of 175 elderly living alone in K&C region. It is a frequency analysis, correlation analysis, simple rare analysis. AMOS statistics were performed. Data collection was from January 2017 to March 2017. The results of this study are as follows. social activity (r=-.106, p<.05), subjective health status (r=-.292, p<.01) Self-esteem (r=-.069, p<.05), mind control(r=-.201, p<.01), and depression(r=.023, p<.01), stress (r=.320, p<.05). Suicidal influence factor 43.5% explanatory power. In order to prevent the suicide of the elderly living alone, It will be necessary to seek active nursing intervention to help prevent suicide.

This study was conducted to identify convergence factors affecting smoking behavior among college students through the lens of a Health Belief Model. A descriptive study was carried out with 417 college students in Jeju, South Korea. Descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 19.0 program. The results showed that sex(t=-7.44, p<.001), pocket money(t=-2.06, p=.040), smoking in the family(t=4.43, p<.001), smoking of close friends(t=9.59, p<.001), and perceived barriers(t=0.87, p=.014), cues to action(t=6.33, p<.001) were statistically significant variables influencing smoking. These findings indicate that among smoking-related and health belief-related variables needs to be considered for preventive and therapeutic approach to stop smoking in college students.

This study aims to verify the mechanism of mediated effects for protective factor among the relations of risk factor, protective factor and psychology adaptation under risky situation as functionally deficient family, and to identify the protective factors that protects adolescents with high psychology adaptation level. To achieve these goals, descriptive statistic analysis, regression analysis and logistic-regression analysis were conducted using the 5th year data of the Korea Youth Panel Study (Junior high panel) surveyed in 2008 by National Youth Policy Institute. The study results first shows that the psychology adaptation level of adolescents who experienced functionally deficient family varies depending their self-esteem and attachment to school friends. Second, it was found that there are mediated effects in the impacts of functionally deficient family on psychology adaptation. Therefore, in social work field, it is advisable to focus on the process to mitigate the risk factors or to strengthen protective factors rather than focus on the risk factors of adolescents. With this method, the negative perception of adolescents exposed to risk factors can be changed as well as the way of intervention for supporting them.

Factors influencing the fusion frequency of protoplasts were investigated with auxotrophic mutants of Pleurotus florida and Pleurotus ostreatus. Immediately after the polyethylene glycol (PEG) solution was added, the protoplasts adhered firmly and shrank. During the subsequent dilution with 0.6 M sucrose, the protoplasts regained their normal size and larger bodies were observed. Interspecific heterokaryons were obtained by fusion of the nutritionally complementing protoplasts. Hyphae of the heterokaryotic fusants formed true clamp connections. The optimum conditions were a total of 1 to 15 million protoplasts per ml, 30% polyethylene glycol 8000 solution with adjustment to pH 8.0 and 0.6 M sucrose stabilized regeneration medium. Other parameters such as $CA^{++}$, glycine, exposure time and temperature influenced mainly the viability of the protoplasts.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the convergence factors affecting professional identity perceived by the emotional labor of clinical practice and self-esteem in some dental hygiene students. The questionnaire was conducted in 205 dental hygiene students from 3 university in Jeollanam-do area. The data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0. Professional identity correlated positively with self-esteem(r=0.366, p<0.01), negatively with emotional labor of clinical practice(r=-0.213, p<0.01). The convergence factors influencing professional identity were satisfaction level with majors(${\beta}=0.434$), self-esteem(${\beta}=0.236$) and emotional labor of clinical practice(${\beta}=-0.199$). The regression model explained 34.6% of professional identity. Therefore, to enhance professional identity in dental hygiene students, it is required to program development to improve satisfaction level of with majors, self-esteem and management of emotional labor of clinical practice.

This is a descriptive study on what factors influence the quality of life of early and late middle-aged men. This research is the secondary analysis which was conducted with the data of 170 people and the primary data from 2017 by using SPSS/WIN program. The results show that the main factor is depression in early middle-aged men and social support for late middle-aged men, whose overall ability to explain was 77.8% and 64.7%, respectively. Therefore, this research suggests that multidisciplinary and converged approaches-developing nursing intervention programs based on the factors shown in this paper, creating social environment, strengthening social supportive system and making policies-be required for the enhancement of middle-aged men's quality of life.
