본 논문에서는 창의융합적 아이디어가 세상을 바꾸는 4차 산업혁명시대를 대비하기 위해 경찰·경비분야에 요구되는 핵심역량을 도출하고 진단도구를 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해 K시 소재 대학의 경찰·경비관련 학과에 재학중인 66명을 연구대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 경찰·경비분야의 직무, 과업, 역할을 수행하는 데 필요한 법집행, 상황대응, 정보수집, 지휘통솔 등 직무영역에서 9개의 전공능력이 미래사회에 대비하기 위해 전공자들에게 우선적으로 요구되는 핵심역량으로 도출되었다. 이러한 결과는 역량기반 전공 교육과정 개선과 교육성과 관리를 위한 자료로 활용이 가능하다. 또한 개인의 전공능력 수준을 진단하여 역량 증진 프로그램을 실시할 수 있으며, 역량기반 교육과정에 대한 성과확산과 각종 비교과 교육프로그램 지원과 선정을 위한 교육성과 지표로도 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

기술혁신은 끝없이 지속적, 반복적으로 발생하지만, 최근의 기술혁신은 자체적인 혁신의 한계에 직면하고 있는 것처럼 보여진다. 국가경제의 발전은 개별적으로 진행되어 온 기술혁신에 크게 의존하지만, 이제 개별적인 혁신의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 이종간 기술 및 산업융합이 활발하게 모색되고 있다. 융합이라는 새로운 환경은 개별적인 기술이나 산업에 다양한 기회와 위험을 제공하게 될 것이다. 융합이라는 것이 단지 하나의 영역에 머무르는 개념이 아니라 여러 분야에 걸쳐서 대단히 광범위한 영역에서 발생하게 될 것이라는 점에서 그렇다. 이미 초기적인 융합의 현상들은 도처에서 발견되고 있으며, 이제 이를 더욱 확대 발전시키고 심화시켜 나가기 위한 노력들이 진행중이다. 융합을 가속화시키고 심화시켜 나가는데 필요한 요인은 무엇일까? 다양한 방법과 수단들이 거론될 수 있겠지만, 융합 발생의 광역성이라는 측면에서 개인의 창의력이 대단히 중요하다. 제한적인 인간의 역량으로 모든 분야에서 창의력을 발현한다는 것은 쉽지 않기 때문이다. 이러한 관점에서 우리나라 전체 기업의 대다수를 차지하는 중소기업의 역할은 대단히 중요하다. 국민소득 3만불 이상을 달성하기 위해서는 대기업과 중소기업의 육성을 위하여 다양한 정책을 입안하고 집행하여 왔지만, 중소기업의 경쟁력은 아직도 취약한 것이 회피할 수 없는 현실이다. 개인의 역량과 창의력 발현이 중시되는 융합환경에서 중소기업 육성을 위한 정책은 기존의 물적자원 중심의 지원방식과는 달리 다양한 협력네트워크의 구축과 네트워크 기반의 정보 공유 및 활용을 위한 방향으로 전환될 필요가 있다. 정보의 공유와 활용을 통하여 창의적인 아이디어의 발현이 더욱 확대되고 심화될 수 있기 때문이다.

This study aims to define the positive relationship among reverse logistics capability, firm's profits, and collaboration satisfaction. In the previous literatures about reverse logistics mainly focus on the importance of relationship between manufacturers and customers, but less likely on the potential positive effects of between collative firms. To implicate reverse logistics gives firms assets recovery, cost reduction through recycling which affects greater profits. Reverse logistics capability would be positively related with increasing profits for collaboration and satisfaction between partners.

This study examined the relationships among financial capability, self-esteem and money relationship. For empirical analysis, the study conducted a survey of 429 users from 6 community center users in Seoul, Gyunggi and Chungnam areas in South Korea. Frequency analyses and structural equation modelling were carried out. The main findings are as follows: Firstly, household income had no statistically significant effect on the users' self-esteems. Second, the users' financial capabilities increased their self-esteem. Third, the users' money relationship problems lower their self-esteem. Fourth, the impact of financial capability on self-esteem was partially mediated by money relationship problems.

In the rapidly changing society since the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the cultivation of convergence talents that can solve complex problems is emerging as an important issue. The purpose of this study is to propose the core competencies required to establish the program learning outcomes of the engineering and education curriculum, which is the accreditation standard of engineering education proposed by ABEEK(Accreditation Board for Engineering Education of Korea). Case study methodology was applied to achieve the purpose of the study. The case of analysis is design and software convergence majors of domestic and foreign universities. The educational objectives and course syllabi were analyzed. As a result of the research, four core competencies to be achieved in the design and software convergence majors were derived in addition to the ten program outcomes presented by ABEEK. New core competencies are convergence ability, creative thinking, entrepreneurship, and design ability. The result of this study is expected to contribute to the development of the evaluation system for the convergence engineering education field.

방통융합기술이 급격히 발전하고 이에 따른 서비스가 진화함에 따라 기존 미디어 환경은 실감화, 지능화, 연결화, 융합화 되는 스마트미디어 시대로 진입하면서 인간 생활에 혁신을 가져오고 있다. 기존 교육 환경이 학교의 틀에서 일방향의 형태로 지식을 전달하는 체제이지만, 4차 산업혁명시대에 진입하면서 사회는 굳은 조직과 질서의 틀을 벗어나 빠르게 다변화 하고 복잡해지는 사회 구조가 되어 가고 있어 지식을 쌓는 전통적인 교육보다는 당면한 문제를 주도적으로 해결할 수 있는 창의적 역량을 키워주어야 사회에서 적응할 수 있는 시대가 되었다. 따라서 이러한 스마트미디어를 교육 시스템에 활용하면 4차 산업혁명시대에 적합한 창의적 역량을 발휘할 수 있을 것이며 학습의 성취도, 만족도, 몰입도 등에서 상당한 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문은 현재와 미래의 융합미디어 환경에서 바람직한 교육정책을 제안하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the educational status, e,ducation needs and competencies of nurses in the regional trauma intensive care unit. The questionnaires were collected from 123 nurses from 5 hospitals in the regional intensive Care Unit trauma. Data collection consisted of the education importance and needs of the nurses in the intensive Care Unit nurses and the competence of nurses. The analysis was analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation using the SPSS 21.0 program. The results showed that 78.9% had experience in trauma-intensive care nursing. In the case of the importance of trauma education, 'attitud'e was 3.64, followed by 'knowledge' was 3.52 and 'skill' was 3.47. In the analysis of the educational needs of the trauma service, 'knowledge' was highest at 3.18, 'attitude' was 3.05, and 'skill' was 2.97. The nurses' ethical competence was the highest with 3.62, followed by aesthetic competence was 3.53, personal competence was 3.39, and scientific competence was 3.37. In conclusion, it is necessary to focus on the standardized curriculum and practice-oriented education development of trauma nursing education at the present time and applicable. In addition, it is necessary to seek strategies for enhancing the professionalism and nursing competence of the trauma intensive care unit nurse.

Under uncertain environments it is necessary for world-class technological capacity to obtain for making the important role in a national development and industrial infrastructure. For strengthening technological capacity based on R&D excellence we have an exploratory study on the cases of excellent technology and excellent organization of public R&D institutes. What consistently revealed in the whole cases of public R&D institutes is to obtain the technological capacity in the world-class level and we could verify it in the cases of global leading technology, flagship project, world innovative technology, world class laboratory, global top group and so on. For enhancing the technological capacity of R&D objects we could consider prospecting sustainedly for the technological capacity of the organizations in order to appear the excellent technological performance, industrializing it as a R&D program or a new growth engine, and forming the organizational consensus of recognizing its technology or organization they selected as the world-class level.

The purpose of this study is to examine experts' conceptions of the competencies of future talent to live in the fourth industrial revolution. To this end, 144 experts in the education sector conducted conceptions survey on the talented for intelligence and information society. The main findings of the survey by experts are summarized as follows. First, the level of agreement on the competencies of the talented in the intelligence and information society was found in the order of 'creative convergence competencies', 'making competencies', 'character competencies' and 'specialization competencies'. Second, the highest level of agreement on the characteristic factors were found to be 'problem-solving ability' belonging to 'creative convergence competencies'. Finally the highest level of agreement on the characteristic components were found to be 'problem-solving ability' belonging to 'creative convergence competencies'.

This study sought to verify the impact of marketing capabilities on social performance through market orientation targeting social economy enterprises. Accordingly, the marketing capabilities of social economy enterprises were classified into price competitiveness and distribution competitiveness, and market orientation was divided into customer orientation, competitor orientation, and interdepartmental cooperation. In addition, in line with the characteristics of social economy enterprises, performance verification consisted of social performance. A survey was conducted with a total of 216 executives and employees of social economy enterprises to collect data and conduct empirical analysis. The results of the analysis showed that marketing capabilities had a significant impact on market orientation, and that market orientation had a significant impact on social performance. In addition, market orientation was found to have a mediating effect on marketing capabilities. The results of this study suggest that strengthening the marketing capabilities of social economy enterprises is an important factor in creating social performance. Social economy enterprises are expected to be able to increase their market orientation by strengthening their marketing capabilities and thereby create social value.
