Patent indicators were used to analyze the movements of local industries in order to derive blank technologies due to rapid changes in technology in the 4th Industrial Revolution and to discover promising technologies. Currently, Changwon-si is gathering a lot of technical information to develop hydrogen electric vehicle technology as a future regional flagship industry to discover it as a promising technology in the future. Collecting technical information has many problems in terms of time and cost due to classification methods, technical trends, and similar technologies. Therefore, a systematic classification of technical information and a method for easily deriving technical trends are needed. In this paper, we analyzed the blank technology and promising technology trends for the future core industries of the region through the method of measuring the growth rate of patents and the frequency of patent application through the patent indicators.

It was to establish the usage possibility as cosmetic material by testing stimulation of Leuconostoc mesenteroides which were cultured from human scalp's dead skin cell by patching it to the skin in the form of solubilized essence. Cultured L. mesenteroides diluted to 1% concentration and essence which contains it were patched to 31 and 32 participants' back each for 24 hours and established the stimulus figures by the specialists in 30 minutes, 24 hours, and 48 hours after they were taken off. They are both revealed as non-stimuli due to the result of 0.011 and 0 points each and therefore they are safe when used as skin products. Considering the results of this test and the other previous studies which reported the L. mesenteroides as anti-allergic, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory, L. mesenteroides is usable for cosmetics and worth further research.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of the job environment of nursing care workers on organizational commitment and to verify the mediating effect of job satisfaction based on this. Data collection was conducted on 340 nursing care workers, centering on elderly care facilities in Gyeonggi-do, and the uncollected questionnaires and abnormalities were removed and the final 267 were selected as the subjects of the study. Data analysis results were derived through SPSS WIN 2.0 and PROCESS Macro V3.5, and Hayes (2013)'s Macro Model Number 4 was applied to verify the mediating effect of job satisfaction. As a result of the analysis, the partial mediating effect of the job satisfaction was confirmed in the effect of the job environment of the caregiver on organizational commitment. Based on the analysis results, practical and policy suggestions for improving the job environment and increasing job satisfaction of nursing caregivers, and follow-up studies were proposed to overcome the limitations of this study.

In this study, a smart switchboard for power supply of entertainment devices was developed for the following purposes. First, the heat generated when the high-temperature and humid air inside is cooled by the thermoelectric module is smoothly discharged to the outside of the switchboard, thereby maximizing the cooling effect. So, it is possible to prevent excessive temperature rise inside the switchboard. Various problems such as condensation inside the switchboard can be prevented by controlling the temperature of the switchboard in which a fire occurs due to excessive heat in summer, removing moisture due to the cooling effect, and generating heat instead of cooling in winter. Second, it is a smart switchboard control system that can reduce the salt that may permeate inside the switchboard. Third, the smart switchboard system is an IoT-controlled switchboard that collects environmental data using a variety of sensors and can remotely control devices through a smartphone, and can be easily used in various fields.

This study examines the mediating effect of self-esteem in the influence of family decision-making attitudes on adolescents' human rights awareness. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, data from the Korea Youth Policy Research Institute surveyed in 2018 were used and analyzed. After extracting 693 adolescents with part-time work experience among all respondents in this data, missing values, outliers, and weights were removed, and a total of 511 people were selected as final research subjects. The SPSS WIN 25.0 program was used to verify the influence and mediating effect between measurement variables. As a result of the analysis, the partial mediating effect of self-esteem was confirmed in the influence of decision-making attitudes within the family on the human rights consciousness of adolescents. In addition, the Sobel Test was conducted to confirm the significance of the mediating effect of self-esteem. Based on the results of this study, the necessity of social welfare intervention was suggested for desirable communication between parents and children, raising awareness of human rights and enhancing self-esteem suggested.

ROK has a lot to benchmark from how Ukraine is fighting Russia back with its tactical wins. They have taken a targeted strategy to strike Russia's top generals with high precision. To carry out this strategy, Ukraine is operating a Special Operations Force, which utilizes US/NATO forces, civilian and own resources for maximum impact. Of note, they utilize Starlink for seamless connection from detection, decision-making to strike to maximize operational efficiency. As ROK faces security threat of weapons of mass destruction, Ukraine's military intelligence organization set-up, weapons system and operations can provide some guidance on how to leverage its various SOF as well.

In big data analysis, raw text data mostly exists in various unstructured data forms, so it becomes a structured data form that can be analyzed only after undergoing heuristic pre-processing and computer post-processing cleansing. Therefore, in this study, unnecessary elements are purified through pre-processing of the collected raw data in order to apply the wordcloud of R program, which is one of the text data analysis techniques, and stopwords are removed in the post-processing process. Then, a case study of wordcloud analysis was conducted, which calculates the frequency of occurrence of words and expresses words with high frequency as key issues. In this study, to improve the problems of the "nested stopword source code" method, which is the existing stopword processing method, using the word cloud technique of R, we propose the use of "general stopword corpus" and "user-defined stopword corpus" and conduct case analysis. The advantages and disadvantages of the proposed "unstructured data cleansing process model" are comparatively verified and presented, and the practical application of word cloud visualization analysis using the "proposed external corpus cleansing technique" is presented.

The purpose of this study is to identify the harmful factors of teacher's job stress and occupational-related musculoskeletal diseases, and to investigate according to job types to seek solutions and improvement measures for removing harmful factors. A total of 168 elementary and high school teachers in Seoul were surveyed. As a result, the average RULA score of the teacher was 4.2 points, and the average RULA score of the teacher who did not complain of musculoskeletal diseases was 4.3 points. In addition, the average job stress score of the teacher was 58.9 points, and the stress score by factor was in the order of student guidance, work burden, loss of authority, organizational structure and curriculum, treatment and welfare, human relations. As a result of analyzing the teacher's RULA score and job stress, it was possible to derive a correlation between musculoskeletal disorders and job stress caused by occupation.

Lifelog data continuously collected through a wearable device may contain many outliers, so in order to improve data quality, it is necessary to find and remove outliers. In general, since the number of outliers is less than the number of normal data, a class imbalance problem occurs. To solve this imbalance problem, we propose a method that applies Variational AutoEncoder to outliers. After preprocessing the outlier data with proposed method, it is verified through a number of machine learning models(classification). As a result of verification using body weight data, it was confirmed that the performance was improved in all classification models. Based on the experimental results, when analyzing lifelog body weight data, we propose to apply the LightGBM model with the best performance after preprocessing the data using the outlier processing method proposed in this study.

In this paper, the PID controller and Kalman filter are applied to improve the automobile cruise control in the environment with disturbance and noise, and the performance is verified through diverse simulation. First, a mathematical model for a automobile cruise control system is introduced. Second, the performance degradation due to disturbance in the basic open-loop control based cruise control system is shown and then PID controller-based feedback control system to resolve this problem is verified. Third, to improve the performance degradation due to sensor noise that may occur during the feedback process, a Kalman filter is applied and verified. Ultimately, it is verified that the designed cruise control system with PID controller and Kalman filter not only satisfies all performance conditions but also has the ability for disturbance rejection and noise reduction.
