Development and Application of an Algorithm Education Program to Improve Convergent Thinking Skills (융합적 사고력 향상을 위한 알고리즘 교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용)

  • In the modern artificial intelligence society, the goal of education is to cultivate convergent talents who can adapt well to and lead the artificial intelligence society. The core competency required of convergent future talents is to be able to understand and create software well. In this respect, algorithmic education is very important. Therefore, in this study, an algorithm education program was developed to improve convergent thinking ability. The effectiveness was verified through the paired samples t-test by conducting a pre-post test of convergent thinking ability, and it was found that students' convergent thinking ability was significantly improved in the areas of algorithm knowledge and function.

Development of STEAM Program Based on Gamification for Students of Elementary School (게이미피케이션을 적용한 초등학생 융합인재교육(STEAM) 프로그램 개발)

  • As the age that importance of convergence is bigger develops, there is growing different tries and changes in the education sector to train talents necessary for the future age. This paper is aimed at applying gamification factors that can attract elementary school students to participate in classes and cause interests as well as developing a STEAM program for elementary school students. Also, the purpose of this article is to propose educational values and possibility of the STEAM program which gamification factors applied to, and effective methods. For doing this, first, we conducted a study in relationship between the theological background and education on gamification factors based on literature surveys. Second, the STEAM program for elementary school students applying gamification factors and a program called 'My Little Building Forest' were developed. We made three-step contents for classes and activities and textbooks and kits and others with a theme, "principles of the cognitive science on depth perception". Third, developed programs apply to real classes as demonstrating them. We analyzed results through surveys on levels of satisfaction and interviews for teachers and others. Fourth, we discuss possibilities and values and limitations and others on the STEAM program applying gamification factors as we are based on results of analysis. We hope that we maximize impacts of the STEAM education through this education and contribute to train talents to lead age of the convergence.

Chaos-Theoretical Approach to Media Convergence on Internet Media (인터넷미디어 중심의 매체융합 현상에 대한 카오스 이론적 접근)

  • Media convergence is prevalent all over the world, and is expected to change our lives dramatically in near future. Chaos theory is a new emerging theoretical approach to various social phenomena including organization management, economic system, stock market fluctuation, and so on. This thesis is intended to explain media convergence phenomena centered on internet media using basic concepts of chaos theory such as self-organization, co-evolution, and feedback loop. The implications of this tentative study are that we can apply chaos theory to media convergence as other social or natural phenomena, and that maintaining chaos state of media system is useful for accelerating creativities, and that developing media system as an organic system to cooperate with other relevant systems is helpful for promoting life qualities, and that establishing moral order or root value is desirable for implementing communicatopia.

Educational Effectiveness of Elementary School Expressive Activities and Various Convergence Education (초등학교 표현활동과 다양한 융합수업의 교육적 효과)

  • This study was to verify the effects of education in expression activity and various convergence education found in the class scene of one elementary school man teather to research of qualitative pattern and analyzes how it is expanded. This study were made through two class participation observation and six video analysis. In addition, we measured in-depth interviews of participants and students, a 10-week jump band training program, and applied a step-by-step physical activity program to enhance creative expressiveness. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions are as follows. First, It was found that the Jump-band training positively affects the students' speed, agility, and cardiopulmonary endurance. Second, It was found that the application of the step-by-step physical expression activity program had a positive effect on the students themselves. Third, It was found that it has an educational effect on the whole life of students beyond the curriculum and the field by attempting various fusion education. Based on this study, we propose the educational effects of the pre - curricular activities and the convergence lessons in elementary school during the follow - up research.

  • 본 고에서는 국가 R&D를 통해 개발된 IT 융합기술을 소개하고 국책연구결과물의 시범적용을 통해 새로운 사업화 모델을 발굴하고 더불어 지자체와 함께 서비스 모델의 적용을 통한 상용화 추진내용을 소개하였다. 본 사업이 성공적으로 실시되면 일반 국민들이 새로운 IT 기반의 융합서비스를 이용함으로써 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 융합서비스에 대한 인식확산과 신성장동력으로서 IT 융합 산업 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대하고 있다. BT는 물론이고 NT, 전통산업 등 다양한 분야와 융합을 확대해 국민의 삶을 더욱 윤택하고 행복하게 할 수 있는 따뜻한 IT, 즐거운 IT를 실현할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 본 논문은 융합 서비스 환경을 위한 차세대 공통 플랫폼 운영 환경에서 다양한 융합 서비스들의 지원을 위한 플랫폼 호스팅 서비스를 제공하기 위해 적합한 과금 관리 체계를 융합 서비스에 맞는 과금 모델을 통해 제시한다. 향후 차세대 네트워크 환경에서의 융합 서비스 개발 촉진을 위해 필수적인 기술인 공통 기반 플랫폼 서비스 제공 기술의 도입을 위한 주요 기반 기술인 과금 관리 기능을 위한 과금 모델을 제시한다. 서비스 플랫폼의 변화와 산업의 특징들을 주시하여 융합 서비스 플랫폼을 확인하고, 융합 서비스 플랫폼을 구성하기 위한 요구 기능을 확인한다. 이를 바탕으로 서비스별 과금 모델 적용을 도출/분류하고 과금 모델을 각종 서비스에 적용하는 방안에 관하여 연구하였다.

Development and Application in STEAM Education Materials for Gifted Student (영재를 위한 융합교육(STEAM) 자료 개발 및 적용)

  • This study academically examined about whether STEAM education is really needed, as part of the convergence-style gifted education for training a producer in creative knowledge, through the documentary and Delphi survey. Based on the results, it developed STEAM education materials available for being applied to the domestically gifted education field, and examined the field applicability of the developed program. As a result of surveying validity and class satisfaction, the STEAM education materials of having been developed through this study were indicated to be useful in the aspects of the appropriateness for teaching-material composition, the learning satisfaction, and the promotion in the convergence-based thinking ability. The currently domestic situation is in being short of fundamental discussion about necessity or direction of STEAM education for gifted student, compared to an effort for emphasizing and activating policy of convergence-based education focusing on STEAM. Hence, the outcome of this study, which was performed on the basis of basic research on STEAM education for the gifted student, has significance in the aspect as saying of expanding applicability of STEAM education as the gifted education program.

  • 스마트워터그리드와 같은 첨단 정보통신기술을 활용한 물 관리 기술의 도입으로 수도운영사업에서도 누수와 같은 이상사건인지 목적의 효율적 빅 데이터 분석기법의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 국내외적으로 누수인지를 위한 다양한 연구기법, 범위, 계측항목, 샘플링 주기 등이 제시된 바 있으나, 이상감지시스템(Event Detection System, EDS)은 대상지역 특정적 특성을 가지고 있어 범용적인 모델을 구축하는 데는 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 소블럭 단위의 유량자료 분석을 통한 이상감지시스템의 적용가능여부를 판별하고 적합 모델구축자료 방안을 제시하는 K-EDS 모델을 개발하였다. 모델분석의 절차는 자료획득, 자료 전처리, 탐색적 자료해석, 그리고 각 기법 평가로 진행된다. 개발된 모델을 다양한 특성을 가지는 실제 지방상수도시스템에 적용하여 분석하였으며, 최종적으로 모델적용 가능성과 영향인자 등을 도출하였다. 개발된 모델은 소블럭별 현장계측자료 기반의 이상감지모델 적용 적합도 판별에 활용될 수 있으며, 향후 누수 인지 및 누수지속시간 감소를 위한 SW로 개발이 가능하다.

  • In this study the improved service innovation model to solve the problems that appear from a vantage point of the providing security services process through the application and appeal process of convergence security technologies proposed. The model was in view of service science to resolves the limitations that facilities management and unmanned security of physical security field through the application of meteorological information on convergence security technologies. The contribution of this research: improved risk management based on convergence security technologies through service innovation management, evaluated the quantitative value of risk management activity using service effects, and development of physical security service providing methodology using meteorological information.

  • 고성능 양자 컴퓨터가 개발될 것으로 기대됨에 따라 잠재적인 양자 컴퓨터의 공격으로부터 안전한 양자 후 보안 시스템을 구축하기 위한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 대표적인 양자 알고리즘인 Grover 알고리즘이 대칭키 암호에 적용될 경우 보안 강도가 제곱근으로 감소되는 보안 훼손이 발생한다. NIST는 대칭키 암호에 대한 양자 후 보안 요구사항으로, 암호 알고리즘 공격에 요구되는 Grover 알고리즘 비용을 기준을 기준으로 양자 후 보안 강도를 추정하고 있다. 대칭키 암호를 공격하기 위한 Grover 알고리즘의 비용은 대상 암호화 알고리즘의 양자 회로 복잡도에 따라 결정된다. 본 논문에서는 NIST 경량암호 공모전 최종 후보에 오른 Sparkle 알고리즘의 양자 회로를 효율적으로 구현하고 Grover 알고리즘을 적용하기 위한 양자 비용에 대해 분석한다. 마지막으로, NIST 양자 후 보안 요구사항과 분석한 비용을 기반으로 경량암호 Sparkle에 대한 양자 후 보안 강도를 평가한다. 양자 회로 구현 및 비용 분석에는 양자 프로그래밍 툴인 ProjectQ가 사용되었다.
