Information security is a critical issue for network centric warfare(NCW). This paper provides a information security governance index for NCW, which is a result of the research through a group decision making process. The purpose of the research is to intended to help military organization's planners determine the degree to which they have implemented an information systems governance framework at the strategic and tactical level within their organization.

The main research purpose of this paper is developed to Fusion Management System Model that is competition advantage and excellence airport for the airport authorities. Fusion Management System Model is developed to fuse and convert how is consist of creativity management and management quality system. Fusion management system structure is as follow. Firstly, part of foundation configured to philosophy and intention of CEO, company as like university and value-based creative corporate culture. Secondly, part of body is applied that is process by 6sigma, system by ISO9001. Thirdly, part of head is applied that is strategy and evaluation by Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award of U.S.A. Also, system connected to synergy line that is creativity management, fusion & convergence and trust. Finally, this system has been researched to the practical perspective in order to realize for airport authorities.

From the viewpoint of fire-fighting activities, public building have structural and management problems in fire, so evacuation disturbance and risk of expanding combustion are high. As a result of analyzing various fire fragile factors of public building, The evaluation areas were derived from safety systems, fire-fighting facility, structure safety, general safety and the evaluation factors were presented. Also, the characteristics of domestic and foreign certification systems were analyzed by comparing and analyzing the status of fire safety performance certification system for 6 domestic and overseas apartment houses. In conclusion, the 5 convergence directions of certification system and 22 evaluation items by 4 evaluation fields were derived, and based on this, we have established 3 convergence introduction plans of fire safety performance certification system of public building.

산업제어시스템에 침해사고가 발생하여 서비스 제공이 중단될 경우 사회에 큰 혼란을 야기할 수 있기 때문에 주기적으로 내부 자산의 보안 수준을 관리하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 위 논문은 산업제어시스템 내부 자산의 보안성 확립을 위한 산업제어시스템 자산 유형별 보안성 평가 프로그램을 제안한다. 동일 자산 그룹에 따라 보안조치를 선별적으로 적용하고 신규 취약점을 지속적으로 파악하는 프로세스를 프로그램에 적용하여 제어시스템 보안 수준을 안정적으로 유지하는 사내 프로그램으로 활용될 수 있도록 한다.

Now, almost enterprise is applying data analysis method using the information systems on based information technology. The data analysis is focusing on the Quality of the data affecting the decision-making of various companies. This is the result of the data quality is due to the important role in the various parts as well as the effective operation of the enterprise. In this study, we describe about the data quality assessment models that are currently being studied. Based on this, we describe about the adaptive DQnA model being utilized for data quality analysis, and discuss about the quality analysis using this method.

본 논문에서는 스포츠 경기장에 경비 로봇의 안전대책에 관하여 위험성평가를 진행하였다. 스포츠 경기장에서는 다양한 형태, 종류의 이벤트가 진행되고 있다. 안전관리를 위한 안전 요원이 반복 순찰을 진행하고 있으나 대형 규모의 경기장의 경우 안전 요원이 전체적인 안전을 확인하고 책임지기 어렵다. 또한 스포츠 경기장에서 일어나는 대부분의 사고는 군중 관련 사고이다. 사고 예방을 위해 안전 관리자의 역할을 보조하는 로봇을 활용하여 사건 및 위험 상황에 대비하는 시스템의 구축이 필요하다. 스포츠 경기장 경비 로봇 안전 운영 안전대책 도출을 위해 선행연구와 참고문헌을 바탕으로 경비 로봇의 규제 및 특성을 탐구하여 연구를 진행했으며 경기장 답사를 위해 잠실 종합운동장 야구장을 3회 실사하여 위험한 사건이 일어날 수 있는 장소를 조사 하였으며, ISO 13489-1에 적용된 PLr 트리를 통한 위험성 평가를 진행하였으며 자체 위험성 평가 시트를 제작하여 위험 정도를 도출 하였다.

The objective of this study is to present improvement of Weapon System T&E(Test and Evaluation) correspond to future environment by analyzing restrictions such as change of future weapon system procurement environment, and present T&E management system, organization and resource etc. The results of this study will be aid of produ ction dicision making by timely risk management through early identification of deficiency on the process of weapon system development, and suitability of combat determination.

최근 들어, 저탄소 녹색성장에 대한 관심이 높아지면서, 전력 시스템과 IT 기술의 융합이 주목받고 있다. 이에 각국 정부에서는 스마트 그리드 사업을 추진하고 있으며, 관련 연구도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 스마트 그리드는 기존의 전력시스템과 IT 기술을 융합한 차세대 지능형 전력시스템으로, 모든 전자 기기들을 네트워크에 연결하고 실시간으로 에너지 사용량을 수집하여 사용자 및 에너지공급업체에 제공한다. 이를 통해 사용자는 에너지 소비를 줄일 수 있으며, 공급업체는 에너지 공급 효율성을 극대화할 수 있다. 이러한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 전력을 사용하는 각 사업장 및 가정에 스마트미터라는 장치를 설치해야만 한다. 하지만 스마트미터는 일반적으로 건물 외부에 설치되기 때문에 물리적으로 많은 공격 위협에 노출되어 있다. 따라서 플랫폼 무결성 보장, 신뢰할 수 있는 데이터 암호화 안전한 키 저장 등을 위해 최근 스마트미터에 TPM을 도입하고자 하는 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 TPM 지술 및 개발 현황을 살펴보고, TPM과 관련된 평가인증 제도를 비교 분석하고자 한다.

Development of the big data industry, the cases of providing data utilization services on digital platforms are increasing. In this regard, research in data-related fields is being conducted to apply the FAIR principle that can be applied to the assessment of (meta)data quality, service, and function to data quality evaluation. Especially, the European Open Data Portal applies an assessment model based on FAIR principles. Based on this, a data maturity assessment is conducted and the results are disclosed in reports every year. However, public data portals do not conduct data maturity evaluations based on metadata. In this paper, we propose and evaluate a new model for data maturity evaluation on a big data platform built for multiple domestic public data portals and data transactions, FAIR principles used for data maturity evaluation in Europe's open data portals. The proposed maturity evaluation model is a model that evaluates the quality of public data portal datasets.

다중센서데이터 융합시스템(MSDFS)은 여러 센서로부터 획득된 이질의 데이터를 정규화된 포맷으로 융합하고 단일 센서에서의 획득오차를 최소한으로 줄여 표적의 정확한 식별 및 판단을 지원하는 시스템이다. 이 시스템들은 고유의 기능을 수행하는 모듈들에 대한 고수준의 재사용성을 요구하므로, 현재의 소프트웨어공학 기법을 적용시 공통부분에 대한 효율적 설계가 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 시스템 개발에 이러한 비효율적인 요소를 제거하는 제품-계열 개발방법론을 MSDFS의 임베디드 소프트웨어 설계에 적용한다. 이를 위해 분석 대상에 대한 영역지정에서부터 재사용가능한 컴포넌트의 식별까지 설계 하며, 마지막으로 설계된 모델에 대한 검증을 위해 GQM 패러다임을 적용한다. 또한 산출물에 대한 성능평가 기준을 제시하여 시스템 개발을 효과적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.
