Convergence Study on Durability Analysis of Scooter Seat (스쿠터 시트의 내구성 해석에 관한 융합 연구)

  • This study carried out the structural analysis and vibration analysis on scooter seat. By comparing with three kinds of B-bone A, Julio B, and City Ace C, the load was applied to scooter seat as much as a weight of person. Through structural analysis, this study examined which seat is most deformed by comparing the deformation each other or affords passengers most convenience and does not afford passengers the inconvenience by absorbing the vibration during driving. Model C has the most total deformation at the structural analysis result and Model B is seen to be changed to be convenient to sit the deformation as it deforms largely. Through this study, which seat is most convenient and becomes strong on durability can be confirmed. As the durability analysis result data of scooter seat model obtained on the basis of this study result are utilized, the esthetic sense can be shown by being grafted onto the machine or structure at real life.

A Convergence Study by Structural Analysis on Torsion Beam Suspension of Rear Wheel (후륜 토션빔 서스펜션에 대한 구조해석에 의한 융합연구)

  • In this study, the structural and fatigue analyses were carried out according to the configuration of rear wheel suspension of torsion beam. Three types of models similar to the actual torsional beam suspension are analyzed and we will find out which one is best on strength. The models of torsion beam suspension were designed in three types of models A, B and C through CATIA program and the results of structural and fatigue analyses were obtained by using the ANSYS program. We will confirm which model is better structurally than other models. According to the analysis results, the deformation happens to be the largest in the middle, and model B has the least deformation compared to model A and C. Similarly, model B is shown to have the smallest result at equivalent stress. So, model B is judged to be the best in terms of its strength, and it is thought to be the most efficient to converge into art design at the suspension design with a torsion beam of rear wheel.

Prediction of Shielding Performance by Thickness by Comparing the Single and Laminated Structures of Lead-free Radiation Fusion Shielding Sheets (무연 방사선 융합 차폐시트 단일 구조와 적층 구조의 비교를 통한 두께별 차폐성능 예측)

  • Radiation shielding of affinity material, which is widely used in medical institutions, is made in sheet form and is mainly applied to apron. Shielding performance is presented based on lead equivalent, and is presented as 0.25-0.50mmPb. In the case of shielding materials where lead is used as the main material, the shielding performance can be adjusted by thickness due to the excellent machinability of lead. However, eco-friendly shielding sheets are difficult to control shielding performance based on thickness criteria as shielding performance varies depending on the content of shielding materials, the properties of polymeric materials that are base materials, and the technical differences in the process. In this study, shielding sheets were manufactured based on thickness to solve these problems and the shielding performance was compared in this study. As a result, it was shown that the laminated structure shielding sheet was more effective.

  • IT 부품.소재산업은 기업 및 산업 경쟁력의 핵심요소이고, 경제 전체의 수출성과 및 균형발전에 중요하다. 또 고부가가치 중심 산업구조 재편의 핵심이며, 지속적으로 고도 성장할 전망이다. 한편, IT 융합은 IT, BT, NT, CT, ET, ST 등 6T를 중심으로 하는 기술간 융합과 건설, 조선, 자동차, 물류 등 IT와 전통산업간 융합으로 전개되고 있다. 본 고에서는 IT 융합시대의 도래에 따른 IT 부품.소재산업의 대응방향을 살펴보고 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

A Human Resource Perspective on the Industrial Convergence: An Unbalanced Bipartite Network Approach (인적자원, 전공, 산업융합의 구조: 비대칭 이분네트워크의 활용)

  • Prior research regarding the macro patterns of industry convergence has focused on the inter-industry patent network and cross-industry movements of products or services. This article provides a novel approach, according to which human resources embodying explicit and implicit knowledge and technologies are important media driving industry convergence. Drawing on GOMS data (2015-2019) and using information of university graduates' academic majors and their occupations, this article proposes an analytic strategy by which to understand the macro patterns and structural features of industry convergence. Specifically, we build unbalanced bipartite networks of major-industry (occupation) relations, and construct the measures of the industry's niche width and the measure of the average degree of convergence of majors that each industry is linked to. By crossing the two measures, we identify four groups of industries(occupations); specialist, generalist, partial convergence, and full convergence. The convergence group is composed of industries (occupations) that acquire human resources from a number of academic majors each of which plays a role of glue connecting several local industries.

  • 최근 도시공간의 확보를 위한 도시 개발이 지속되고 있는 상황에서 도시 내 재해의 발생 빈도는 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 도시내 인구집중 구조물의 안전은 매우 큰 위협에 노출되어 있는 상황이다. 도시 구조물에 대한 모니터링 기법들은 대부분 단일 센싱자료에 의한 일차원적 분석에 그치고 있어 효과적인 모니터링과 관리가 어려운 현황이다. 따라서 인구집중 구조물이나 도시 내 지형의 변형이나 거동 혹은 자연재해에 의한 피해정도를 분석하기 위한 이기종 혹은 다차원 센싱자료를 3차원 기반으로 융합하고 분석할 수 있는 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 도시 내 인구집중 구조물의 3차원 재해분석을 위한 기초적인 시도로서 이기종 센싱자료의 융합을 통한 효과적인 재해 파악과 분석을 위한 기초적 연구를 시도하였다.

The Convergence Design for Stiffness and Structure Advancement of Automotive Body (승용차 차체의 강도 구조 개선을 위한 융합설계)

  • In the design of an automotive structural component, one of the more important tasks for a design engineer is to determine the life of the component and to ensure that the component will not fail prematurely. In order to accomplish this, a design engineer will first use simple section analysis to come up with a section shape in the concept design stage and use more advanced analysis for stress level. At this stage, the analysis should focus on understanding overall behavior in terms of load paths and gross stress levels. A model that is adequate for a stiffness analysis of the structure will usually provide an adequate level of stress information in the design process. To perform a detailed stress analysis, the structure models must have the detailed local areas such as stress concentrations or force(or displacement) distributions. This paper is to present the design considerations for the stress analysis of automotive structure.

Multibody Dynamic Model and Deployment Analysis of Mesh Antennas (메쉬 안테나의 전개 구조물 설계 및 다물체 동역학 해석)

  • The purpose of this paper was to understand the dynamics of deployment of large mesh antennas, and to provide a numerical method for determining the dynamic stiffness and the driving forces for the design. The deployment structure was numerically modeled using the frame elements. The eigenvalue analysis was demonstrated, with respect to the folded and unfolded configurations of the antenna. A multibody dynamic model was formulated with Kane's equation, and simulated using the pseudo upper triangular decomposition (PUTD) method for resolving the constrained problem. Based on the multibody model, the kinetics of the deployment, the motor driving forces, and the feasibility of the designed deployment structure were investigated.

Developing the Deep Text-to-Ontology Generator based on Neuro-Symbolic Architecture (뉴로-심볼릭 구조 기반 온톨로지 생성기 제안)

  • 본 논문은 뉴로-심볼릭 구조를 바탕으로 일반 텍스트로부터 온톨로지 생성이 가능한 심층 신경망 기반 온톨로지 추출기를 제안한다. 온톨로지 추출 단계를 (i) 온톨로지 학습 및 (ii) 온톨로지 생성의 2 단계로 상정, (i) 일반 텍스트로부터 문장 구조 및 논리적 관계를 학습하는 트랜스포머 기반 심층 생성 신경망 출력을 이용하여 (ii) 계층적으로 결합한 심볼릭 추론기로 온톨로지를 생성하는 뉴로-심볼릭 구조 온톨로지 추출기를 구현하였다. 1800 개 훈련 집합으로 학습 후 200 개 테스트 집합으로 평가한 결과, 정확도 91.9%, Precision 100%, Recall 99.1%로 비교 모델 OpenIE 의 성능에 비해서 각각 83.8%, 1.8%, 3.5% 개선된 것을 확인하였다. 정성적 품질에 있어서, 복잡한 문장 (예: 관계대명사, 접속사, 중첩 구조)에서도 비교 모델에 비해 더 정밀한 온톨로지 생성 결과를 보였다.

Finite Element Model Updating Based on Data Fusion of Acceleration and Angular Velocity (가속도 및 각속도 데이터 융합 기반 유한요소모델 개선)

  • The finite element (FE) model updating is a commonly used approach in civil engineering, enabling damage detection, design verification, and load capacity identification. In the FE model updating, acceleration responses are generally employed to determine modal properties of a structure, which are subsequently used to update the initial FE model. While the acceleration-based model updating has been successful in finding better approximations of the physical systems including material and sectional properties, the boundary conditions have been considered yet to be difficult to accurately estimate as the acceleration responses only correspond to translational degree-of-freedoms (DOF). Recent advancement in the sensor technology has enabled low-cost, high-precision gyroscopes that can be adopted in the FE model updating to provide angular information of a structure. This study proposes a FE model updating strategy based on data fusion of acceleration and angular velocity. The usage of both acceleration and angular velocity gives richer information than the sole use of acceleration, allowing the enhanced performance particularly in determining the boundary conditions. A numerical simulation on a simply supported beam is presented to demonstrate the proposed FE model updating approach.
