The results of this study are the two. First, for convergence technology and convergence technology transfer based on analysis of previous studies I suggested a framework for convergence-type technology transfer conceptualization and measurement. Second, I am compared convergence-type technology transfer to total technology transfer from public research(university and public institute) to SME. Overall, despite the trend to increase technology transfer to SMEs, convergence-type technology transfer is only 4.4%. Both total technology transfer and convergence-type technology transfer to the Industry is active to electronic components, machinery, chemicals, food and beverage, and the medical. The role of universities is emphasized in both total technology transfer and convergence-type technology transfer. There are small transactions of less than 5 million in both total technology transfer and convergence-type technology transfer. Both total technology transfer and convergence-type technology transfer to the region are concentrated in Seoul, Daejeon and Gyeonggi-do.

The objective of this paper is to examine the determinants of technology transfer for Small and Medium Enterprises. Based on IP-MARKET, KIPRIS, and Wintelips, we employ the logistic regression analysis using all data related with technology transfer in markets for intellectual property rights from 2008 through 2012. Our main results are as followings: (i)the more inventors the higher possibility; and (ii)the more claims and forwards the higher possibility of success in technology transfer in Small and Medium Enterprises.

This study analyzed the effects that service convergence factors in the public sector have upon corporate performance via the parameter of overall satisfaction, targeting corporations that have received corporate support service under the auspices of regional industry promotion policies. The results of the analysis indicated that corporate support service quality factors pertaining to support processes and outcomes, excluding quality, have significant influence on overall satisfaction, and overall satisfaction also affects corporate performance. Thus, the study is significant in that it provides a sound basis for judging which aspects of corporate support convergence service quality need to be supplemented in order to improve overall satisfaction and corporate performance.

The purpose of this study to understand collaborative process and the capabilities of the firm impact on innovation performance in convergence environment. To achieve the purpose, research model was empirically tested with a survey from 162 employees from 4 Korea manufacturing companies and 1 USA company. The data obtained from the survey were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). As a result, collaboration process, learning capability and operation capability have significant and positive impact on innovation performance. It is a meaningful result that the collaboration process improve the innovation performance of firms through the operation capability and the learning capability.

The purpose of the study is to verify the effectiveness the preliminary Health Administrators' Social Problem Solving Competency(SPSC) through the application of the learner-centered program Convergence Design Thinking(CDT) conducted by undergraduate school of Intrapreneurship the integrated curriculum, and evaluation of SPSC improvement effect. A pre-post-questionnaire survey was carried out that started March to June 2016 among the forty-five second-year college students from the Health Administration Department who participated in the CDT during the 15 weeks training. The main results are as follows. CDT were positive influenced on the improvement of Negative problem orientation, Impulsive careless style(ICS) and Avoidance coping style of the preliminary Health Administrators' SPSC. Especially, female college student or the absence of working experience, it was effective on the improvement of ICS of the participants. This CDT program identified having positive effects on their participation, SPSC. To further improve SPSC, The development of integrated curriculum and application of creative teaching method like this CDT is highly recommended.

Financing, marketing capability, and the production base is completely mediated effect acting from within the technology business technical achievement, but funding and the regulation of full-mediated effects on the financial performance in the external action, technical marketing skills and capacity of external technology in part mediated effect was investigated by the effect on financial performance.

본 연구는 농촌융복합산업에 관심이 있는 예비 농촌융복합산업 창업인들의 농촌융복합산업 창업의도 발현에 대한 영향요인들을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 농촌융복합산업 예비창업자들이 농촌융복합산업 창업이라는 의사결정을 하는데 미치는 영향요인을 실증적으로 분석하여 영향관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 특히 농촌융복합산업 창업도 창업의 한 형태로 이해할 수 있는 것이라는 관점에서 논의를 전개하였으며, 이를 위해 창업연구 분야에서 농촌융복합산업 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석에 사용되는 연구분석틀을 응용하여 분석을 수행하였다. 잠재적 농촌융복합산업 창업자들인 예비농업인들의 창업 기초 자료를 제공하고 관련 정책에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 예비 농촌융복합산업 창업자들이 현재의 환경 하에서 농촌융복합산업 창업을 고려할 때 창업의도에 미치는 요인들로서 개인적요인과 외부적요인으로 귀농지역적 요인, 정책적요인을 선정하였다. 이후 선행연구 및 정책적 자료들에 대한 문헌연구를 통해 이론적인 개념을 정립하고 연구모형을 설정하였다. 선택된 연구의 변수들인 내적 개인특성, 외부 환경요인, 정책적요인, 농촌융복합산업 창업의도들 간의 관계를 실증분석하고, 이를 토대로 의미 있는 이론적 및 정책적 시사점들을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 농촌융복합산업 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대해 알아볼 것이다. 이를 위해 연구대상인 농촌융복합산업 예비창업자 개인적 요인과 외부적인 지역적요인, 정책요인을 변수로 제시하고자 한다. 둘째, 표본의 일반적 특성과 농촌융복합산업 창업의도와의 상관관계에 대해 분석할 것이다. 연령, 현재 회사에서 맡고 있는 업무분야, 기업규모, 성별, 학력, 농촌융복합산업 유형, 근무경력 등 인구통계적 특성이 개인의 농업·농촌 관심도와 농촌융복합산업 창업의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 집단간 비교분석을 통해 알아볼 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the IT resources on the work efficiency and corporate performance in Mobile Smart-Work Environment with IT convergence Technology by applying the Resource-Based View. The study has an academic meaning by empirically analyzing the effects of factors identified based on the existing study on the IT resources in Mobile Smart-Work, and practical implications to identify how the significance of the Mobile Smart-Work used as a platform of variety industries in manufacturing, logistics, service, distribution, finance, public institutions, and so on positively affects improvement of corporate efficiency and performance. The results showed that IT Infrastructure and IT skills in the Mobile Smart-work environment were found to bring positive effects on individual work efficiency, and IT skills had positive influence on team work efficiency. Also, we confirmed the individual and team work efficiency positively affect financial and market performance of business firms. Finally, we expect that business firm equipped with IT resources in the Mobile Smart-Work environment with IT convergence Technology. It can improve this work efficiency and the performance, which leads to strengthening the core competency.

The technical standard is an important factor in the national economy, and its importance is gaining more attention due to the emergence of the convergence industry. This is an essential element for implementing fusion technology because it ensures interoperability. Since standardization activities are essential for the growth of domestic SMEs, this study aims to diagnose the status of standardization activities of SMEs and to suggest policy directions accordingly. And we sought to clarify the status of the standardization activities of domestic SMEs and to draw some implications for the domestic promotion plan by examining the major promotion policies for overseas standardization successfully. As a result, it was found that the investment cost for the standard activities is burdensome, the professional manpower is needed, and the participation of SMEs is low due to the complexity of the standard technology. In addition, standardization activities have weaknesses in terms of technology protection, and SMEs tend to avoid technology disclosure. Therefore, in order to solve the difficulties of standardization of companies, it is necessary to establish cooperation system of supporting organizations. In order to promote standardization activities, it is necessary to establish legal basis necessary for technology protection.
