This study is to look at the influential factors associated with the acceptance intention of smart farm and suggest a proposal for spreading adoption of smart farms. The research questionnaire distributed to the farmers were used for the research analysis by statistical program SPSS v22.0 and Process macro v3.0. The technical characteristics of smart farm, which are availability, reliability and economic efficiency were selected as independent variables to analyze the influential factors on acceptance intention of smart farm and the mediating effect of effort expectation was observed. As a result, availability and economic efficiency have a positive(+) influence on acceptance intention and reliability have no influence on acceptance intention. And availability, reliability and economic efficiency have a positive(+) influence on effort expectation. Effort expectation mediates the relationship between the technical characteristics of smart farm and acceptance intention. The results of the study are expected to be utilized at the seeking direction of policy for potential adopters of smart farm, the training and consulting in actual field of smart farm.

The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of empowerment on achievement in the team based learning by college nursing students and the mediation effects of co-regulation. A convenience sample of 243 subjects were recruited from one university in G city. And data were collected from May 23 to May 30, 2017. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation, Multiple regression analyses with SPSS 21.0 Program. The psychological empowerment showed a significantly positive correlation of co-regulation and achievement, co-regulation showed a significantly positive correlation of achievement. The factors affecting the achievement were co-regulation, psychological empowerment, improvement on cooperation and modification, grade, and explanatory power was 57.2%. Co-regulation had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between shared psychological empowerment and Achievement. This study provided basic data for developing the nursing education program to improve achievement. and it is necessary to repeat the study including various variables related to achievement of the task in the future.

The purpose of this study is to propose a strategy for creating an advertisement for Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) based on the strategy of selecting an advertisement model in order to efficiently execute the advertisement of CSR. Data were analyzed by regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, it is found that the value-relevance factors of the model are important regardless of the theme of CSR. In the economic field, the reliability of the model is important. But, the attractiveness of the model was more important in the environmental field. Second, it is effective to select a model with high value-relevance when selecting CSR advertising model. But, in the case of an expert, it is effective to select not only value addition, but also attractive and reliable models. Third, when producing CSR ads using emotional messages, it is important to consider the value and reliability of the advertising model. But, it is important to select the model considering the importance of the value and attractiveness of the advertisement model when producing the CSR advertisement using the informational message. It was found that it is very important to select a model that has a high relevance to the image of the social responsibility subject and the advertisement model when producing the social responsibility advertisement.

This study reviewed the important preceding studies of prevention and treatment of the crimes and therapies on the characteristics of mental illness, trying to investigate and identify more effective ways to prevent, decrease the crimes of the mentally ill and treat them. The main results were as follows. First, relationships between mental illness and crimes have been inconsistently reported, to investigate environmental stresses and triggers of the mentally ill additionally. Second, the term 'mentally illness' was to be defined more specifically, such as severe psychiatric disabled, antisocial personality disorder, intellectual disability, anger·impulse control disorder, and drug abuse. If medication and psychosocial treatments were properly treated to the severe psychiatric disabled, their crime incidence and recidivism will be decrease enough to live with their neighbors in community. But the ways and processes of treating antisocial personality disorder, intellectual disability, anger·impulse control disorder, and drug abuse were very different from it, requiring more intense psychological, medical and biological interventions and social seclusion. The national campaigns and projects for their human rights and community care will be needed to promote the therapeutic effects for them. The limitation and future tasks were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of empathy in relation to contact experience of the elderly and their knowledge level of ageing. For this study data was collected from 20th Dec. to 30th of Dec. 2018 355 university students from D university in J. province were surveyed. Data was analysis by using reliability test, correlation analysis, hierarchical multiful regression analysis. The statistical significance of the mediating effects was confirmed by Sobel's verification. The results of the analysis showed that the partial mediation effect of empathy was verified with regard to the relationship between elderly contact experience and discrimination of elderly people. In addition, the partial mediation effect of empathy was verified between level of aging knowledge and the perception of elderly discrimination. The results of this study confirmed the necessity of developing practical education and training programs to improve the level of aging knowledge and to increase contact experience with elderly people. There is also a need to enhance empathy in order to improve the awareness of discrimination against elderly people in health and welfare departments among university students.

This study conducted an empirical analysis of SSE-listed companies to verify the effects of evaluation and disclosure of internal control systems on the agency costs management and controlling shareholders. Agency costs can affect the valuation of accounting information as asymmetry of information in the relationship between a company and its stakeholders, or induce financial costs as an adverse selection. If the firm's agency costs are reasonable, the valuation of the company can also move in a relatively positive direction. In this study, the evaluation information of the internal control system was analyzed through sales management ratio and equity ratio as substitute variables to analyze the relationship between management and agent costs of the controlling shareholders. In addition, independent control ratio, capital balance ratio, and company scale were used as control variables, as a result of the analysis, the evaluation information of internal control was found to be related to the agency costs of managers and governance structure. This study can be conducted to positive factors in evaluating the reliability and corporate value of accounting information according to the evaluation of internal control of SSE-listed companies and helps to understand the financial reporting environment.

This study attempts to interpret the causes of offshoring and reshoring, find out facilitating factors and the areas where these happen mainly. In viewpoint of self-organization phenomena, the theory of prospect, quantitative analysis is performed by utilizing actual data of American Reshoring Association. This study shows that offshoring to the U.S. is positively correlated with market power in the U.S. and innovation of investment countries, while reshoring to U.S. is positively correlated with market power in the U.S. not with technology innovation. The reshoring of U.S. companies is influencing offshoring to U.S, emerging countries such as Asia tends to focus offshoring in short catch up cycle area like IT. This study is expected to contribute to investment support policy and decision for optimal production site. Further study will complete the economic benefit assessment model by reinforcing the impact factors of reshoring and offshoring.

The study sets out to examine the relationship between the effects of government support, network capability, and knowledge sharing on the effects of innovative behavior on innovation performance. As digital-based networks and knowledge sharing activities are rapidly becoming common in the era of the spread of Covid-19, 357 questionnaires were analyzed for incumbent employees and the research hypotheses are verified using SPSS 24 and smart PLS 3 to prove the relationships between variables. As a result of the study, it is found that innovation performance increased when government support, network capability, and knowledge sharing increased. Innovative behavior is found to significantly mediate the relationship between network capability, knowledge sharing, and innovation performance, and government support was found to have a significant effect on network capabiltiy. Therefore, in order to induce innovative actions that are important in creating innovative results, various programs to enhance the network capabilities of entrepreneurs and promote knowledge sharing should be required as government support policies. This will serve as a driving force for entrepreneurs to voluntarily develop and implement ideas more flexibly and freely, thereby enhancing competitiveness through innovative growth of companies and industries. In other words, this study verified the effectiveness of government support in the network capability to help create innovative results by inducing innovative behavior along with knowledge sharing activities, and comprehensively demonstrated the relationship between factors in the overall structure.

By employing in-depth interviews with a total of 14 television producers, the study seeks to investigate how the use of documentary background music has changed in the rapidly evolving media technology. This study reveals two major findings. First, the use of traditional compositional background music in TV documentary has been decreased for the last 20 years, while library music with various sound sources has been more likely to be used due to its artistic value, its digitalized formats, and its convenience. Second, the popularity of the library music use has changed the cooperative relationship between TV documentary producers and music directors, and their views on background music. Overall, compared to the past, the new media technology (e.g., much easier, faster editing process and communication through e-mails) has helped to come up with the current trend of using more library music. This trend however implies that the dependency of library music only may lose the unique value of television documentary as a work of creative art and eventually downgrade the quality of the programs. Further practical implications are discussed.

This paper presents the core competencies diagnosis system which targeted our collegiate students in an attempt to induce the core competencies for reinforcing the learning and employment capabilities. Because these days data give rise to a high level of redundancy and dimensionality with time complexity, they are more likely to have spurious relationships, and even the weakest relationships will be highly significant by any statistical test. So as to address the measurement of uncertainties from the classification of categorical data and the implementation of its analytic system, an uncertainty measure of rough entropy and information entropy is defined so that similar behaviors analysis is carried out and the clustering ability is demonstrated in the comparison with the statistical approach. Because the acquired and necessary competencies of the collegiate is deduced by way of the results of the diagnosis, i.e. common core competencies and major core competencies, they facilitate not only the collegiate life and the employment capability reinforcement but also the revitalization of employment and the adjustment to college life.
