This study is to provide basic data on intervention methods to enhance the performance of infection control by grasping the relationship between ethical decision-making, moral sensitivity and infection control performance of nursing students in the global COVID-19 pandemic. General characteristics, major-related characteristics, ethical decision-making, moral sensitivity, and infection control were investigated using a structured questionnaires for 3^rd and 4^rd graders of nursing college. To analyze collected data, descriptive statistics, indepentent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression anlaysis were performed using IBM SPSS21.0 program. As a result of this study, factors influencing the performance of COVID-19 infection control were the principle of beneficence, which is the sub area of ethical decsion-making, and conflict and patient-centered nursing, which is the sub-area of moral sensitivity. In order to improve infection control of nursing students who are prospective medical professionals in a situation where new infectious diseases are highly likely to occur in the future, it is required to develop a practice-oriented convergence education programs for nurses which can improve ethics of patient centered nursing.

The company strives constantly to prepare for the current crisis and uncertainty of the future and to strengthen its competitiveness. At times, it strives to strengthen its competitiveness through continuous innovation, as well as securing technological innovation and talented personnel. However, even if the company makes such a hard effort, the sustainable growth of the enterprise will not be guaranteed unless smooth communication and efforts among the internal resources are supported. The social responsibility of management and the attitude of labor-management relations are important factors for the smooth coordination of labor-management relations. Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the relationship between manager 's social responsibility, labor relations attitude and job performance. The results of this study showed that the social responsibility of managers affects job satisfaction and job commitment. In addition, managers' attitudes toward labor relations have an effect on job satisfaction and job commitment. Also, job satisfaction has a positive effect on job commitment. The result of this study can be used as a practical application data for establishing new labor - management relations among the managers of the enterprise in the future.

This study is the analysis of actual proof about how the CEO's values system affects the organizational performance. To this end, we analyzed the content of forty different actual CEOs' values system through in-depth interviews. In addition, we verify the impact of the CEO's values system on organizational performances depending on the employee's awareness and sympathy. The organizational performance is analyzed in two different areas, social and financial performance, and significant results are obtained in both areas. In particular, we interview the CEOs directly, which is usually difficult to access, to analyze the values system and study the employee's awareness and sympathy for the values system. The Study puts emphasis on the importance of the process of achieving the employee's awareness and sympathy, rather than the values system contents itself. And it is necessary for verifying through much more company samples from further study.

Urban design claiming the notion of 'Sustainability', which inevitably includes ecological complexity, is normally geared towards the reflection of environmentally-friendly technical guidelines in the existing planning process. Although physical planning should be combined with economic, social, cultural, environmental issues, and policies, it is conducted conventionally as the sum of the closed sectoral approaches of planning. To overcome this limit, Design Charrette was invented for sustainable urban design or community design, which should consider the complexity of diverse issues. This design process unveils complicated and divergent problems and a variety of stakeholders participate in the integrated design simultaneously and cooperatively. Because Design Charrette must also be a process of agreement, it is used for sustainable community design. The aim of this study was to introduce Design Charrette as an alternative of Korean sustainable urban design, which is regarded as 'making guidelines related to green principles'. For such a purposes, the definition and differentiation of Design Charrette will be explained with an analysis of the introduction background, benefit and procedure. The contents, system and process of Design Charrette will be analyzed through case studies in Canada, where this method of design is widespread. In the last part, the implementation system (the comprehensive system of organization / content and direction of planning / process and output) will be deduced after concentrated analysis of one respected case, 'Sensitive Urban Infill Charrette' of the City of Surrey. This implementation system will be a crucial reference to develop Korean Design Charrette.

The purpose of this study is to suggest some implications for prevention and manage burnout of workers in community welfare centers for the elderly. To conduct this purpose, this study examine how much effect burnout risk, burnout resilience and burnout are they have, it will explain whether resilience works to mediate between burnout risk and burnout. The result of analysis on the study as follow: 1) burnout risk has positive(+) effects on burnout 2) burnout risk has negative(-) effects on burnout resilience 3) burnout resilience has negative (-) effects on burnout. These results were based on some suggestions.

The purpose of this study is to provide implications for fiscal policy by comprehensively examining the relationship between the on-campus retention and university soundness items of four-year private universities in the context of financial contraction of private universities due to suppression of tuition increase. Multiple regression analysis was performed to analyze the correlation of variables and the effect of financial soundness items on accounting indicators using SPSS 25. First, private university's on-campus reservations had an effect on accounting index items. Second, financial soundness items had an effect on accounting index items. Third, the financial condition factors influenced the change of accounting index by the location of the university. Fourth, according to the size of students, financial conditions had an effect on the change in accounting indicators. Government investment and support for private universities should be changed to a paradigm of securing finance through establishment of a development plan, rather than financial support through reduction of quota, and survival should be sought through income diversification policy strategies.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the coloring properties of non-mordant dyes by examining local literature on silk fabric dyeing using red-colored natural dyes. Natural dyes can be prepared from the following 8 materials: purple-fleshed sweet potato, Impatiens balsamina, mulberry, fruits of Ligustrum japonicum Thunb, guava leaves, dansam, hibiscus flowers, and pruned branches of Prunus persica. To examine the surface color calculated $L^*$, $a^*$, $b^*$, ${\Delta}E^*$, and K/S value and H V/C. The variables considered in the dyeing experiment were dye concentration, dyeing temperature, dyeing time, and number of dyeing iterations, which were varied to evaluate the dyeing properties and color characteristics. As a result, the abovementioned variables, dye affinity, and red color expression were directly proportional to one another. In this study, it was found that red coloring can be obtained with natural dyes; moreover, excellent dyeing was achieved without the need for repeated dyeing or mordanting processes, which cause environmental pollution.

The research background of this paper is because the u-convergence information system applying flow theory lacks the measurement of tourist satisfaction. The purpose and research method of this study are as follows. The first is the suggestion of flow relation information display format algorithm. Second, by combining this algorithm and flow theory, a pattern algorithm was created according to the content information quality and the personality type of tourists. The expected effect of this study is to derive the success factors of the u-convergence information system by generating a pattern algorithm according to the flow relationship information display format and the tourist's personality type. The limitations of this paper are limited to one area, and objectivity is poor due to the lack of data and small area. In the future, it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness through analysis after applying the method presented to other tourist destinations. Future tasks will need to be supplemented with data from expert groups and objectivity in various regions.

The development of the Internet of Things led to new services that did not exist before. This required a change to the existing network. This study aims to verify the service quality, satisfaction, repurchase intention relationship, and the moderating effect of online reviews of Chinese consumers using fashion shopping malls. The results of the study showed that from the perspective of consumers in their 20s and 30s in China, the type, reliability, convenience, and interaction of service quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. In addition, negative reviews among online reviews had a great influence on repurchase intention. Based on the results of the study, it will help improve the effect on online product reviews and in-depth understanding of the acceptance of online product reviews for online fashion shopping malls, and establish strategies for fashion companies to effectively manage online product reviews information.

This study verified the influence of distributive justice on burnout and inspected the mediating effect of empowerment of personnel in rehabilitation facilities. We surveyed 321 personnel in facilities of Daejeon and Chungnam areas. The main methods are structural equation model analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The important analysis result is that distributive justice influenced burnout negatively and mdiating effect of empowerment was identified. According to analysis results, some measurements were proposed to reduce personnels' burnout. For increasing distribution fairness, compensation by objective evaluation of ability and workload, establishment of transparent compensation system, improvement of working conditions of irregular workers are required. In order to improve empowerment, leadership education for managers and operation of related programs, voluntary participation of employees in programs, provision of supervision and education of empowerment are needed.
