본 연구는 국내의 CATV 홈쇼핑에서 최근 문제가 되고 있는 소비자들의 비윤리적인 행위에 관한 연구로서 소비자들의 비윤리적인 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고 이러한 요인들이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 한다. 기존의 심리학 분야에서 소비자들의 윤리의식에 관한 연구와 오프라인 상의소비자 비윤리적인 행위에 관한 연구에서의 요인들을 홈쇼핑의 상황에 맞게 수정하여 홈쇼핑에 적용시켜보았다. 비윤리적인 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 신뢰와 전환비용, 그리고 충성도로 보았다. 설문조사를 통해서 분석한 결과 홈쇼핑에 대한 신뢰와 전환비용은 소비자들이홈쇼핑에 대한 충성도를 만드는데 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 4단계의 충성도는 소비자들의 비윤리적인 행위의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 홈쇼핑 사들은 소비자들과의 관계를 보다 탄탄하게 구축하기 위해서는 전환비용을 지각하도록 하는 것보다 소비자 스스로가 홈쇼핑 사를 신뢰할 수 있도록 관리한다면 소비자들의 비윤리적 행위는 감소시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study is conducted to clarify when a person faces an ethical dilemma in business situation, what affects on individual ethical decision-making(from ethical judgments to behavioral intention, nonethical behaviors) in the organizational context. especially, the present study examined the direct and indirect effects of love of money, individuals' perceptions of work climate, perceptions of organizational justice on their ethical judgments and behavioral intentions regarding an ethical dilemma. The subjects of the research were Pusan National University business school enrolled students(n=160). The research was substantiated through statistical analysis of credibility and validity, correlation, variance, and moderated regression analysis. The results indicated that, although perceived ethical climate dimensions did not have a direct effect on behavioral intentions, but had a direct effect on nonethical behaviors. Climates perceived as egoistic were significant moderating effects. and love of money had a direct effect on behavioral intention. Perceptions of organizational justice had a direct effect on behavioral intentions. Especially, interactional justice had a strong influence on ethical behavioral intentions than distributive justice and procedural justice. In depth discussion implications, limitations, and future research directions were supplied.

The purpose of this study was to explore the levels of ethical consumptions and related variables on ethics of adolescents as consumers. This subjects were 552 middle and high school students. The research results are summarized as follows. 1. The scores to measure ethical consumptions level of the adolescents was ranged from 2.87 to 3.08, which were relatively low. 2. The ethical consumptions(fair-trade product consumption, donation and giving, local consumption and eco-friendly consumption) in demographic variables were found to have significant differences depending on their religion, perceived social class, father's education and mother's education. 3. The result of hierarchical regression analysis indicated that consumer education experience, the eco-friendly values, materialism, saving, experiencing mass media on affecting the fair-trade product consumption. The major variables affecting the ethical consumptions in the donation and giving were materialism, consumer education experience, experiencing mass media and the eco-friendly values. The significant variables affecting the local consumption were the eco-friendly values, consumer education experience, materialism, experiencing mass media and saving. The major variables affecting the eco-friendly consumption were the eco-friendly values materialism.

This paper examines the roles, main contents, and writing guidelines of ethical codes, and analyses the developmental process and characteristics of ethical codes of scientific and technological communities in Korea. Korean communities occasionally tried for ethical codes from the 1970s to the 1990s, and have paid a serious attention to ethical codes in the 2000s. The forms of ethical codes became more sophisticated pursuing detailed commentary and ethical education. The focus of contents changed from professional dignity to social responsibility, and the importance of research integrity became embossed in the 2000s. Scientific and technological communities in Korea should make or revise ethical codes with self-imposed control considering realistic operation.

Purpose: This study is aimed to identify the ethical issues and needs for ethical education of nurses in long-term care hospitals. Methods: Data were collected in 2015. Participants were 142 nurses working in nine long-term care hospitals. The Ethical Issues in Clinical Practice Tool was used. Data analysis was performed using SPSS WIN 24.0. Results: The degree of experienced ethical issues was 1.23 out of 3, and 'Providing care with a possible risk to your health' was an ethical problem most frequently experienced in nurses. In addition, the ethical problem that the nurse most disturb was identified by 'Determining when death occurs'. The degree of needs for ethical education was 3.11 out of 4, and the highest ethical topic was 'Legal/ethical issues in the use of restraints'. Ethical issues and needs for ethical education were not statistically significant differences according to the characteristic of participants. Conclusion: In this study, we identified the ethical problems and necessity of ethics education experienced by nurses working in long-term care hospitals. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the development of customized ethical education contents for nurses in long-term care hospitals.

This study conducted a survey of 265 dental hygienists working in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province from January 10 to February 28, 2021 to understand the ethical values and professional occupational characteristics of clinical dental hygienists. The difference in ethical values and professional occupational perception between subjects was post-tested using SPSS WIN 20.0 program and Scheffe test using independent sample T-test and one-way ANOVA. According to the results of the study, ethical thinking in ethical values was statistically significant in dental hospitals with higher final education, more work experience, and ethical work experience (p<0.05). The higher the age, the higher the final education, the more ethical education experience at university, the higher the sense of mission, the fewer working days, the more satisfying the job, the higher the organizational compliance with professional organizations and public service (p<0.05). The results of this study confirm the necessity of regular ethics education such as continuing education for dental hygienists, and are expected to be used as basic data to maintain ethical values and professionalism in clinical practice.

Hwang's scandal give us opportunity to aware about the research ethics, but that can not be established firmly in researcher or the researcher communities. This study analyse the case of research misconduct in order to establish research ethics that was appeared in Assembly hearing process for the candidate of the minister of education(MOE) in July 9, 2014. Based on the analytic results, this study is proposed that provide the institutions to promote responsible conduct of research, implement the research ethics education to all researchers and improve the laboratory culture and evaluation system. This study has the limitations because a single case study. The study is expected to have interest in research ethics and to be up to empirical generalizations through quantitative research.

This study identifies the relationships between professional values, bioethics and death ethic perception in Korean nursing students. The study included 284 nursing students. Data was obtained through convenient sampling, adopting a cross-sectional design methodology. Professional values among nurses were significantly different according to occupational view (p<.001), ethical perception (p<.001) and ethical values (p<.001). Death ethic perception was significantly different based on ethical education (p<.05) and ethical values(p<.05). Positive correlations were found between nursing professional values, bioethics and death ethic perception, death ethic was significant predictors of professional values with an explanatory power of 15.0%. The findings of this study may assist in providing a detailed understanding of values among Korean nursing professionals, bioethics and death ethic perception.
