Chinese consumers get more interests in the brands which show the consumers with th trust rather than the those which provide consumers with excessive information on brand. Accordingly, this study aimed to find out that the antecedents of brand authenticity such as brand consistency, continuity, individuality, authority, ethics affect the brand aura through brand authenticity and surveyed data from a total 400 Chinese consumers for the analysis. As a result, this article is summarized as followings. First, brand continuity, individuality, authority affected brand authenticity but brand consistency and ethics did not have a direct effect on brand authenticity. Second, brand authenticity had positive effect on brand aura. This study provides information on the antecedents of brand authenticity of Chinese consumers. Further, it will provide meaning suggestion point of the importance of brand authenticity in establishing of brand aura.

This study aimed to find out the learning outcomes of the program belonging to law and ethics, which is the category of the 4th cycle nursing certification evaluation, and to find out the direction of health care laws and regulations belonging to the related category accordingly. In the 4th cycle, 4 sub-competences were presented, and "learning outcomes are to practice nursing in accordance with law and ethics". Planning is recommended. In particular, health care laws and regulations are an important subject in the national examination for nurses, and the number of students who failed in the recent national examination for nurses was 1st to 2nd. However, if these subjects are recognized only as memorization-oriented national tests, the learning outcomes of the Nursing Education Accreditation and Evaluation Institute cannot be achieved. In particular, with the demand for high-level nursing care as a nurse and the expansion of work, related responsibilities and duties are increasing, so it is necessary to recognize the importance of achieving learning outcomes for health care laws and regulations and to make efforts to link learning outcomes.

Purpose: This study was done to analyze nursing students' attitudes to life-sustaining treatment by measuring their awareness of biomedical ethics and resulting attitude toward withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment. Methods: This study was a descriptive research to assess the level of nursing students' awareness of biomedical ethics, attitude toward withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment, and correlations between these variables. After the nursing students signed a consent form they were assessed. Data collection was done from September 1 to October 25, 2016, and analyzed using SPSS 23.0 WIM Program. Results: There was a negative correlation and significant difference between nursing students' awareness of biomedical ethics and attitude toward withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment. There was a significant correlation among attitude toward withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment and medical ethics, mortality ethics. Conclusion: The findings in the study indicate that it is necessary to provide nursing students with easy access to continuous education to help them establish an acceptable view of withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment.

Objectives: This study analyzed the views, awareness and performance of vocational ethics of dental hygienists employed in health centers. Methods: A survey was conducted on 197 dental hygienists who attended the National Health Association job training session. SPSS WIN 22.0 was used to analyze the results. Results: The vocational ethics that dental hygienists valued the most was integrity, followed by expertise and integrity. The awareness level of vocational ethics was 93.3% and observance level was 97.4%. The methods of information gathering were 34.5% 'off-the-job training' and 34.0% for 'at work or employment SOP' The highest of vocational ethics performance was responsibility, marked 4.25. Significant differences were observed in fairness, cooperation and vocation between different general characteristics such as age, employment history, marital status, work region, and major responsibilities. Conclusions: It is necessary to evaluate the vocational ethics performance of dental hygienists based in health centers in order to develop programs for ethical guidelines and institutional principles to help decision making.

The purpose of this study was to examine consumers' perception toward business ethics and ethics management in fashion industry. Subjects were 236 women in age from 20 to 28 years old in Seoul for this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Pearson's Correlations, t-test, and ANOVA were used. As the results, business ethics had 2 factors; 'IMBE(Importance of Business Ethics)' and 'INBE(Interest of BE)', while ethics management encompassed 5 factors such as 'ethics management evaluation', 'healthy industry environment', 'environment task', 'fair business system', and 'customer convenience'. There were statistically differences between men and women in IMBE and INBE. That is, generally, women had higher scores on both than men. Also, subjects in business major had higher scores on IMBE and INBE than those in other majors. Finally, seniors and juniors tend to have higher scores on IMBE and INBE than freshman and sophomore subjects. Based on these results, fashion marketing strategies would be suggested.

This study aims to examine primary school teachers' interest and understanding of bioethical issues, and to analyze their perception of bioethics teaching in the primary school education. For this purpose, the questionnaires were constructed. The data were collected from 553 primary teachers in the whole country. Major findings of the studys are as follows. First, most primary school teachers showed high level of interest about bioethical issues, but they had the limited understanding about bioethical issues. Primary teachers showed the highest interest about' respect for human life' and the lowest understanding of 'awareness of current biotechnology' Second, the prior reasons why primary teachers wanted to teach specific bioethical issues in the classes were that 'they were closely related to social phenomena' and 'they were appropriate for enhancing students' awareness of the value of life'. Third, the lack of the teachers' knowledge about bioethics and limited supply of teaching materials were found to be barriers, which prevent them from teaching bioethical issues. The implications of these results are discussed for the improvement of bioethics teaching in primary school education.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the paths of influence that a hospital's ethical climate exerts on nurses' organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, with supervisor trust as the mediating factor, and verify compatibility of the models in hospital nurses. Methods: The sample consisted of 374 nurses recruited from four hospitals in 3 cities in Korea. The measurements included the Ethical Climate Questionnaire, Supervisor Trust Questionnaire, Organizational Commitment Questionnaire and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire. Ethical Climate Questionnaire consisted of 6 factors; benevolence, personal morality, company rules and procedures, laws and professional codes, self-interest and efficiency. Data were analysed using SPSS version 18.0 and AMOS version 18.0. Results: Supervisor trust was explained by benevolence and self-interest (29.8%). Organizational commitment was explained by benevolence, supervisor trust, personal morality, and rules and procedures (40.4%). Organizational citizenship behavior was explained by supervisor trust, laws and codes, and benevolence (21.8%). Conclusion: Findings indicate that managers need to develop a positive hospital ethical climate in order to improve nurses' trust in supervisors, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior.

The purpose of this study was to analyze big data to identify the sub-dimensions of ethical consumption, as well as the consumption value associated with ethical consumption that changes over time. For this study, data were collected from Naver and Daum using the keyword 'ethical consumption' and frequency and matrix data were extracted through Textom, for the period January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2018. In addition, a two-way mode network analysis was conducted using the UCINET 6.0 program and visualized using the NetDraw function. The results of text mining show increasing keyword frequency year-on-year, indicating that interest in ethical consumption has grown. The sub-dimensions derived for 2014 and 2015 are fair trade, ethical consumption, eco-friendly products, and cooperatives and for 2016 are fair trade, ethical consumption, eco-friendly products and animal welfare. The results of deriving consumption value keywords were classified as emotional value, social value, functional value and conditional value. The influence of functional value was found to be growing over time. Through network analysis, the relationship between the sub-dimensions of ethical consumption and consumption values derived each year from 2014 to 2018 showed a significantly strong correlation between eco-friendly product consumption and emotional value, social value, functional value and conditional value.

The purpose of this study is to identify how teacher librarians perceive the importance of each job and the expected job of other teachers and students, and to obtain basic information on their job recognition and to derive their jobs to be improved. To this end, after modifying the 25 jobs selected by Lim Jeong-hoon et al.(2021), 210 librarian teachers were measured for their own importance by job, the expected importance of other teachers and students, and the level of evaluation of their own performance ability. As a result of the analysis, teacher librarians recognized 'reading education and literacy education' as the most important, but recognized 'library event' as the most important task expected of other teachers and students, and recognized that 'library usage guidance' was the most outstanding. In addition, there were nine jobs that needed to be improved.

The Quality of Early Childhood Teachers has recently become More Important as the Amount of Time Spent by Early Childhood Educational Institutions Increases. The Purpose of this Study was to Investigate the Effects of Professionalism Awareness and Occupational Stress on Teacher and Child Interactions in Early Childhood Teachers. The Questionnaires were Distributed to 150 teachers in 30 Early Childhood Education Centers and 134 completed Questionnaires were Collected and Analyzed Using SPSS 18.0 Program. The Results of this Study are as Follows. First, the Lack of Leadership and Administrative Support Adversely Affects Teacher's Professionalism Awareness. Behavior Interaction and Verbal Interaction among Teachers and Children are Influenced by Emotional Interaction. Second, analysis of the Influence of Professionalism Awareness and Occupational Stress on Emotional Interaction of Early Childhood Teachers revealed that Among the Sub-factors of Professional Awareness, the Variables of Work Ethics, Professional Knowledge and Technical Requirements Positively Influenced Affective, Emotional, Verbal, and Behavioral Interactions.
