A Legal Study on liability for damages cause of the air carrier : With an emphasis upon liability of passenger (항공운송인의 손해배상책임 원인에 관한 법적 고찰 - 여객 손해배상책임을 중심으로 -)

  • Air transport today is a means of transport that is optimized for exchanges between nations. Around the world, has experienced an increase in operating and the number of airline route expansion that has entered into the international aviation agreements in order to take advantage of the air transport efficient, but the possibility of the occurrence of air transport accidents increased. When compared to the accident of other means of transport, development of air transport accidents, not high, but it leads to catastrophe aviation accident occurs. Air Transport accident many international transportation accident than domestic transportation accident, in the event of an accident, the analysis of the legal responsibility of the shipper or the like is necessary or passenger air carrier. Judgment of the legal order of discipline of air transport accident is a classification of the type of air transport agreement. Depending on the object, air transport agreements are classified into the contract of carriage of aviation of the air passenger transportation contract. For casualties occurs, air passenger transportation accident is a need more discussion of legal discipline for this particular. Korean Commercial Code, it is possible to reflect in accordance with the actual situation of South Korea the contents of the treaty, which is utilized worldwide in international air transport, even on the system, to control land, sea, air transport and welcoming to international standards.   • The route of Korea and China situates stable shipping market by the agreement on maritime transport between two countries. Epecially, the Car-ferry shipping market between Korea and China is growing up the world's largest markets in this situation. But, the rapid growth of markets have the possibility of imbalance between supply and demand. In addition that heavy competition can be arisen. The aim of this study is to analyze the ways to reinforce competitiveness of Car-ferry shipping companies(CFSCs) between Korea and China routes through suggesting importance weights of service factors. Firstly, evaluating service factors of CFSCs between Korea and China routes are selected by reviewing literatures and Delphi method. Secondly, importance weights of service factors are calculated using Fuzzy method. As a result, Shipper and CFSCs between Korea and China routes select 'agility of loading and unloading', 'agility of customs', and 'punctuality of transportation' as the most important factors. On the other hand, the two groups are shown the perception gaps on the factors such as 'reasonable shipping cost', 'voyage speed', 'multimodal transportation', and 'professionality of manpower'. The implication of this study is that Government of Korea and China Have to cooperate agreement for mutual drive towed trailer and customs to speedy transportation.

  • Recently, the transport quantity of goods between South and North Korea is rising rapidly by increasing of economical exchange between South and North Korea and growth of Gaeseoung industrial complex. In addition to a land transportation route, it is necessary to secure various logistics and transportation route for freight transportation between Incheon and Gaesung. In this paper, we investigated a construction of barge transportaion system between Incheon and Gaesung. The barge transportation system which has many merits such as a little initial investment and convenience of harbor loading/ unloading has been also used to transport freight widely in the EU and USA. Firstly, we investigated barge transport route, marine freight and barge fleet which consists of barge and pusher between Incheon and Gaesung. And next, we designed hull form and general arrangement of a barge and pusher based on shipping service condition, barge fleet, etc. Finally, a construction plans of barge transport system such as a operation of shipping service, berthing facilities, logistics center, intermodal transport are investigated.

A Study on the Characteristic Factors of Logistics Companies and the Wage Gap of Workers in Korea (우리나라 물류기업 특성요인과 근로자 임금격차에 대한 분석연구)

  • In this paper, samples are collected for individual companies and the factors affecting worker wages (average annual salary) are analyzed in depth. In addition to the average annual salary of workers in a company, we would like to conduct an in-depth analysis of the average annual salary of first-time employees. Specifically, we tried to explain the size of companies, the production structure of capital and labor, and the impact of business on the average annual salary of first-time, college, and graduate school graduates by educational background of first-time employees. The difference in average annual salary of first-time employees of logistics companies is a decisive factor in the main project on sales, and first-time graduates and college graduates provided high salaries in the overseas passenger cargo transportation, port operation, and unloading management, and low salaries in the land cargo and warehouse industries. n addition, Korean logistics companies had relationships between the location of the headquarters, the number of employees, the proportion of labor costs to sales, and the four characteristic factors of the main business on sales. This fact is that Seoul-based foreign passenger cargo transportation, corporate logistics agency, complex transportation, and international transportation relay are large companies, with a low proportion of labor costs and a higher proportion of capital, technology, and information-intensive investments.

  • As a way to allocate lots of orders to many participants for vehicle allocation problem, this study has used an agent negotiation based reverse auction model. This agent negotiation provides coordination functions allowing all participants to make a profit, and accomplishing Pareto optimum solution from the viewpoint of a whole trucking cargo transportation network. In order to build a strategic cooperation relationship based on information sharing, this agent negotiation provides a coordination mechanism in which all the participants including consignors, brokerage firms, and car owners are able to attain their own profits, and also that ensure a competitive market. This study has tried to prove that the result of an agent-based negotiation is the Pareto optimal solution under the present market environment. We established a mathematical formulation for a comparison with the Integer Programming model, and analysing e-Marketplace, structure of shipping expenses and brokerage system in the trucking cargo transportation industry.

  • 해상교통관제(VTS; Vessel Traffic Service)는 IMO RESOLUTION A.857(20) on Guidelines for Vessel Traffic Services와 해사안전법 제36조, 개항질서법 제28조에 의거 해상운송에서의 위험을 감소하고 해상교통질서확립과 안전확보를 위하여 전세계 주요 항만 및 수역에서 이용되고 있다. 특히 최근 E-navigation 이행 전략 및 개발 프로그램에 의해 육상에서 지원, 제공해야 할 해사안전정보의 중요성이 대두되면서 그 역할 및 중요성을 인정받고 있다. 이에 E-navigation 프로세스 DFD 아키텍쳐와 VTS 업무 프로세스를 비교하고 VTSO의 역할과 VTS 업무의 올바른 분석을 통해 INS, NAS, TOS의 실현을 위한 효과적인 업무프로세스를 찾고 시스템 설계자의 관점에서 개선사항 및 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 원전에서 발생하는 중 저준위방사성폐기물(이하, "방폐물"이라 함)을 처분시설로 운반하는 것은 원전과 처분시설이 임해지역에 위치하고 있으므로 육상운반보다는 선박을 이용하는 해상운반이 효율적이다. 해상운반은 무엇보다 다량운반이 가능하며 이로 인하여 운반회수가 줄고, 인구밀집지역을 지나지 않아도 되기 때문에 방폐물의 운반에 대한 위험도가 상대적으로 적어 안전성 확보에 유리하다. 방폐물의 해상운반은 운반 도중 방사성물질의 위험으로부터 인간과 환경을 보호하기 위하여 국제원자력기구(IAEA)의 안전운반규정, 국제해사기구(IMO)의 국제해상위험물규칙, 국내 원자력법 등 국내외의 엄격한 기술기준에 따라 안전성이 철저하게 보장되어야만 한다. 한국수력원자력(주)(이하, "한수원"이라 함)는 원전(월성원전 제외)에서 처분시설까지 방폐물을 안전하고 효율적으로 운반하기 위하여 전용운송선박, 운반용기, 전용운반차량 및 원전 물량장 등으로 이루어지는 해상운반시스템을 구축하여 운영할 것이다.

  • 전 세계적으로 천연가스의 수요가 급격하게 증가함에 따라 천연가스의 생산 및 공급이 활발하게 이루어지고 있고, 향후 10년 간 천연가스의 사용량이 현재의 2배 이상이 될 것이라는 추측도 나오고 있다. 이에 따라 천연가스 생산지에서는 천연가스 액화 플랜트(Liquefaction Plant)와 저장 탱크(LNG Storage Tank), 수입하는 곳에서는 재기화 플랜트(Regasification Plant)와 저장 탱크, 그리고 LNG를 운송할 LNG 운반선의 신조프로젝트가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 미국의 경우 911테러와 NIMBY 사고의 확대로 인하여 LNG 수입기지의 육상건설을 주민들의 반대하자 해상에 건조하려는 경향을 보이고 있으며, 이에 따라 여러 가지 형태의 LNG Offshore 터미널이 설계되고 있다. 향후 LNG의 급격한 수입이 예상되는 나라로는 미국, 중국, 인도 등이 있으며 수출국으로는 카타르가 급격하게 부상하고 있다.   • 현재 GPS 데이터는 항공기 운항과 선박운항, 해양활동 및 육상 운송수단 등의 광범위한 분야에서 사용 중이다. 본 논문은 이 데이터를 시간과 장소에 제약 없이 시뮬레이터를 통하여 얻을 수 있도록 하였으며, 시뮬레이터를 통하여 발생한 GPS 데이터는 현재 상용화된 GPS 수신기의 신호와 동일하다. 또한 GPS 데이터는 GPS 국제 표준 데이터인 NMEA-0183의 위치정보 프로토콜을 사용하였으며, 데이터 분석을 위한 NMEA 프로토콜의 취득은 상용 GPS 모듈을 주행 중인 실제 차량에 탑재해 취득하였으며, 신호취득에는 RS232C통신 인터페이스를 사용하였다. 시뮬레이터의 프로그래밍은 GUI 기반의 윈도우즈 응용프로그램을 사용하여 누구나 간단한 조작만으로 차량의 위치와 속도 등의 변경이 가능하도록 구현하였다.
