The Army 3 Military Academy is a government-approved transfer school. After two years of education as an officer training institution, I will be graduated from college and concurrently be called as an army. In order to become a Korean officer, I would like to examine the recruitment of cadets who are trained through various educational institutions and who will become the backbone of the future army.

Officers and NCOs are in charge of complaints Army. Most of the complainants are civilians, so if the active duty is treated as complaints, their expertise is limited and it is difficult to think in terms of civilians. In order to overcome this problem, it is suggested that private career experts should be dedicated to complaints.

ROTC is the system that selects the best students in university and implements the military training of two years and uses them as beginning commander of the army by commissioning as officers. ROTC makes up a very large portion of the army and society in Korea in terms of the size and role. Therefore, it is very important to enhance intangible combat power of the Korean army by improving leadership of primary grade officer from ROTC. The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether or not ROTC candidate training program is providing the right training, so as to improve ROTC's leadership and present improvement plan. First, we divide ROTC candidate training program into three areas and take the 1st and 2nd survey. Then we compare and analyze the actual condition and recognition of investigation using statistical analysis methods such as chi-square test, ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test. Also, we analyze the element affecting the army leader's three qualities formation which are basic elements of ROTC cadet's leadership using multiple regression analysis.

Korea is facing a population cliff and a decline in the fertility rate, and the competition rate for recruiting officers in our military is rapidly decreasing every year. This situation is a serious problem in terms of national security and requires efforts to obtain excellent manpower. To this end, it is necessary to understand their occupational values through consideration of the MZ generation, which is the main recruitment target of the military, and to find diagnosis and solutions for each problem by closely analyzing the military's internal and external environment based on their understanding of soldiers as a job. Therefore, we diagnose the current situation in consideration of military specificity, examine the occupational values of the MZ generation, which is a resource for military officers recruitment. Since the subject of military officer acquisition is the MZ generation, efforts are needed to focus on occupational values of MZ generations.

This study was performed to determine the job satisfaction and its association with sociodemographic and health related characteristics, job-related factors and job stress among nursing officers. The survey was administered to 350 nursing officers working at military hospitals of the ROK Armed Forces, from May 30 to June 15. The structured self-administered questionnaires were delivered and they were collected without respondents' personal information. As a results, The job satisfaction of respondents turned out to be significantly higher in the group of elder, current drunker, higher positional status, a longer job career, department of general wards, satisfied with their work, fit to the job, haven't considered quitting the job, lower job demand, higher decision latitude and higher support from supervisor. Especially, job stress is highly correlated with job satisfaction. Therefore, to initiate inner motives leading to higher job satisfaction to provide a better working environment for nursing officers, serious effort is necessary to improve the factors related with job stress.

Because Korean military promotes employment support policy which give priority to the middle service officer who served more than 5 but less than 10 years and long term service officer who served more than 10 years, the support policy for obligated involuntary officer is relatively deficient. To make matters worse, national youth unemploy ment makes obligated involuntary officers suffer from serious unemployment crisis after discharge. These problems have bad effect on gaining ROTC KAOCS cadets who constitute about 80% of first appointment officers and because they are mostly discharged after just taking a short service, it's time to find a measure to solve the problem. Thus, this study is investigated to improve competitive rate of entry of ROTC KAOCS for securing outstanding manpower by deducing MR about legislation and system which are related to employment support for obligated involuntary officers and suggesting stable job secure plan for employment support, supplement system, and after discharge, model way of career management during military service of an obligated involuntary officers who are suitable for qualificated men who are needed for a company. Also, it will lead to combat power development of the military consequently.

현재 AUSA의 군인 및 민간인등 개인회원은 15만명 이상이며, 찬조회원인 업체는 3천6백개사에 이른다. 개인회원은 강제가 아닌 임의이지만, 군사학교나 군부대에서는 장교, 하사관, 사병 및 각 후보생에게 입회를 권장하고 있다. AUSA는 학술연구, 홍보 및 병기의 전시 이외에도 복리후생업무도 취급하고 있다. 요금이 낮은 보험, 디스카운트 물자의 알선등이 그 일례이다. 해군, 해병대, 공군에도 AUSA와 유사한 사업을 하는 단체가 있다
