An Analysis on the Influence Factors of Learning Effectiveness for Multivision Education Process -Focusing on Distribution Working Course in Vocational High School- (멀티비전교육과정이 학습효과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -전문계 고등학교의 유통실무과정을 중심으로-)

  • This study was to analyze the learning effectiveness of multi-media based class by comparing with traditional classroom method. The "Distribution Working Subject" course that is one of the required courses of Vocational high school was selected and its contents were digitalized on MS Powerpoint for multi-media based class. The thirty students were sampled for each experimental and control groups. The homogeneity and learning achievement of sample groups were tested for experiment. Same teacher took the classes of two groups and delivered same contents of course. Only difference between two groups was the delivery method, one is traditional classroom teaching method and the other was the multi-media based class. The learning achievements and satisfaction of sample were post-tested in order to analyze the learning effectiveness by comparing two teaching methods. The results showed that there was a significant difference between experimental and control group in learning achievement after ANCOVA controlled pre-test as covariance(F=5.08, p<.05). It means that the learning achievement of multi-media based class was higher than that of traditional classroom group. The results also showed that a significant difference in students' satisfaction between two groups (t=5.57, p<.001). This study concluded that using multi-media in class could produce more learning achievements and satisfaction of students than traditional classroom method.

  • 본 연구는 교수 및 학습효과를 증대시키기 위하여 실제 상황에서 일어나고 있는 사회현상들에 대한 보도형태의 자료인 신문기사를 비롯한 각종 매체 자료를 활용하여 사회 제 현상이 현재 학습과정의 교과과정에는 어떻게 연관되며 경영적 이론이 실제 어떻게 적용되는가를 학습함으로써 교과목에 대한 관심도의 증대와 학습심화의 필요성을 증대시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 최근의 선별된 자료를 중심으로 각종 경제경영 관련주제의 주요 기사 내용을 숙지하고 주요 기사 내용들의 배경과 문제점을 파악하며 여러 관점에서 다양한 현상의 원인과 배경에 대한 접근으로 사회과학적인 현상을 습득하는 사고방법을 훈련할 수 있다. 또한 다양한 사회 경제경영분야의 요구사항과 사회적인 욕구들을 주지하고 향후 학생들의 사회진출에 따라 사회현상을 이해하고 이를 통하여 보다 적극적인 자신감 고취와 현실사회에 대한 이해력을 증진시킨다.

Determinants Affecting the Intention to Adopt the Internet Shopping Mall (기업의 인터넷 쇼핑몰 채택의도의 결정요인)

  • This paper investigates the determinants which influence the intention to adopt the Internet shopping mall in the form of a new B2C by off-line manufacturers or service providers in their design of a channel. The current study purports to provide managerial suggestions for a firm that sets up channel design strategies, with the Internet channel considered. Research findings are as follows: First, the intention to adopt the Internet shopping mall increases as a firm's relative benefits are perceived higher; second, as organizational readiness increases, the intention to adopt the Internet shopping mall increases; third, the intention to adopt the Internet shopping mall decreases as the level of perceived barriers on the Internet increases, and fourth, as the level of perceived social/organizational pressures is higher, the intention to adopt the Internet shopping mall increases. In addition, this paper presents theoretical and practical Implications, given the limits of the current study.

  • With the rapid dissemination of Internet and the fast development of IT technology. utilization and circulation of video files through Internet has been widely popularized. To keep playing a central role in information circulation in this ever-changing environment, libraries should pay attention to the circulation of video content, as it emerges to be an important type information resource. In this context, this paper examines the issues surrounding the development of the video content circulation system, while suggesting foundational knowledge required for the development of the system. First, the author reviews the current state of video content utilization and circulation on the internet and examines the related technical developments. Then, the author explains each component of the video content circulation system, while discussing the issues to be considered in the practical implementation of the system. The paper will provide practical guidelines for the librarians in their investigation and/or implementation of the video content circulation service and system.

  • In this study, the college's curriculum and industry satisfaction with graduates were investigated. As a result, the college education of the consumer's feedback to an education as the basis for the survey was conducted. To this end, a survey of industry conducted and analyzed a result. Questions of the survey are as follows: Foundation for industrial research, the recruitment of new employees, research on skills, basic research on curriculum, and skills related to satisfaction surveys were conducted. According to survey results the average period of employment in manufacturing. Research and development, and public officials, and management in the area has served more than three years. Distribution and service the tourism sector, mainly two years. The major practical difficulty in working theory of scarcity and insufficient foreign language skills, and inter personal relationship. Working in a variety of school curriculum and an emphasis on training relevant and practical by developing a training curriculum and the majors, colleges will improve for the satisfaction.

  • This study using a transaction cost approach perspective, this paper presents a model for understanding shopper's buying behavior. Finally, based on the results of these studies, this paper suggests practical implications to companies establishing their management strategy of the channels. In order to achieve the research purpose, it derived hypotheses from the literature studies and conducted questionnaire survey for the buyer who actually purchased by distribution channels. In this paper, 876 of the samples has been used in practice and with those samples it analyzes its empirical testing through reliability verification, validation, factor analysis, correlation analysis and covariance structure analysis.

  • While a lot of research has been done in the area of the B2C e-commerce, heavily on the Internet shopping, a study on the B2B e-commerce has not been improved enough to be competitive for its importance and practical use. We have studied to build an effective database, attempting to complement and further replace in the long term the off-line distribution channel which has yet to be fully evolve with respect to effectiveness and efficiency. For the building of the effective database, we have gathered information from the related institutions and characterized a fishery channel, and surveyed existing literatures and consumers for deriving factors affecting their purchase intentions and satisfactions. Based upon this survey we constructed the entity-relationship diagram(ERD) which possibly provided some perspectives for the future application. This study focuses on the improvement in the distributional efficiency not only minimizing the intra-organizational conflict and resistance but also maximizing the role function of each party of the organization.

  • The research aims to propose improvement to legal theses deposit system in S. Korea by conducting comparative analysis of legal theses deposit systems in eight other countries including the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, France, Taiwan, Japan and S. Korea. The research used documentary research method including literature review by collecting and analyzing the legal regulations, ordinances, practical processes, and guidelines related to thesis submissions at national libraries and academic institutional depositories, as well as practical cases of thesis submissions at major universities in each country. Based on the analysis results, the key issues are identified and discussed, and corresponding suggestions for solving the issues are presented. For the improvement of the legal theses deposits systems, the research recommends legal amendments to the Library Law and Higher Education Law. On the practical side, the research proposes strengthening the legal foundation for KERIS, in collecting and providing theses, improving the operation of the dCollection system, and proposing a submission method focused on electronic theses.

Multichannel Shopping and Customer Satisfaction: The Role of Shopping Experience and Customer-Firm Relationship Characteristics (다채널 쇼핑과 고객만족: 쇼핑경험과 고객-기업 관계특성의 역할)

  • In recent retail environments, multichannel customer management increasingly has been considered a key element of successful CRM. Although customer's multichannel usage is believed to be potential cause of customer loyalty, the theoretical explanation about this causal relationship still remains unexamined and unanswered. In this paper, the authors present a systematic framework to test the postulated "multichannel usage-shopping experience-customer satisfaction" chain. To this end, we examine that the two core components of shopping experience(convenience and enjoyment) is a mediator of the direct causality of multichannel usage(based on both information search and product purchase stage) on customer satisfaction. Moreover, the authors examine that two types of customer-firm relationship characteristics(relationship age and purchase frequency) is a moderator of the multichannel usage-shopping experience relationship. Using integrating data with survey and customer database of multichannel retail company, the authors empirically test and substantiate shopping experience's mediating role in the multichannel usage-customer satisfaction relationship and customer-firm relationship characteristics' moderating role in the multichannel usage-customer experience relationship. These results suggest that multichannel retailers should deliver favorable shopping experience for building customer satisfaction and differentiate shopping experience according to customer-firm relationship characteristics.

  • This study aims to analyze price information system and pricing label operation process, which are important information delivery systems of retail stores. This study also intends to identify the problems in store operation and identify academic and practical methods. In-depth interviews, direct observation, and service blueprint techniques were used to define problems in the existing business operation process, and an operating process based on the electronic shelf label (ESL) system is designed as an alternative to problem solving. The changes of the operating process before and after introduction were compared. Results of this study suggest practical implications that the ESL system can be used to solve the problems of the current price management process. The study also suggests the academic significance of presenting a complex research method of problem finding, cause analysis, and alternative presentation by using each research method complementarily.
