오는 6월 30일이면 명의신탁부동산(95.6.30 이전 명의신탁)에 대한 실명전환 유예기간이 끝난다. 명의신탁부동산이란 다른 사람의 명의를 빌려 등기한 부동산을 말하는 것으로 6월 30일까지 실명으로 등기를 하거나 매각처분 또는 성업공사에 매각을 의뢰해야 하는데 이를 위반 시에는 부동산가액의 $30\%$에 해당하는 과징금이 부과되고, 명의신탁약정이 무효가 되어 법적인 보호를 받지 못하게 된다. 실명전환 방법 및 구비서류 등에 대해 알아본다.

최근 새로운 무역장벽으로 대두되고 있는 유럽시장에서의 CE마크에 대한 적용은 우리나라의 수출업계가 새롭게 해결해야 할 과제로 등장하고 있다. 올해 유예기간을 거쳐서 내년부터 적용되는 CE마크는 EU지역으로 수출하는 전기전자 및 통신기기에 해당된다. 우선 이번호에는 CE마크에 대한 개념과 적용대상 제품의 범위, 대상제품, EMC분야 관련지침 및 국가별 EU공인기관 현황에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

온라인 유통 시장이 확대됨에 따라 택배의 과대포장을 방지하기 위해 정부가 지난 2022년 4월 29일 제품의 포장 재질·포장 방법에 관한 기준 등에 관한 규칙을 일부 개정한데 이어 지난달 30일부터 시행에 들어갔다. 판매자 외 제조·수입자의 준비 기간 등을 고려해 시행 2년간 유예, 시행 후 제작 및 수입한 제품들에 관련해서 적용한다는 내용을 담은 이 규칙에 대해 알아본다

Statement of problem: There is a reduction of dentin bonding strength when the bonding procedure is carried out immediately after bleaching with peroxides. Purpose: The aim of this study is to evaluate a proper time interval for in-office bleaching technique using 35% hydrogen peroxide. Material and methods: Fifty extracted non-caries human third molars were used in this study. Buccal enamel of each tooth was removed and polished by 600 grits silicone carbide paper. They were randomly divided into five groups and bleached 35% hydrogen peroxide except control group. All groups were bonded with Single Bond/Z 350 after each time intervals ; Group-A: control, no bleaching treatment. Group-B: resin bonding immediately after bleaching. Group-C: resin bonding 1day after bleaching. Group-D: resin bonding 2 days after bleaching. Group-E: resin bonding 7days after bleaching. Shear bond strengths were measured with a cross-head speed of 1.0 mm/min using an Instron machine. The data of results were statistically analyzed by analysis of variance(ANOVA) and Tukey multiple comparison test.(P=.05) Results: There were significant decreases in mean shear strength in immediately bonding group after bleaching. The reduction of bond strengths was 78% compared with the group of no bleaching treatment. Group C showed the recovery of 51%, and Group D showed recovery of 63%. Both of them have no statistical difference with non-bleaching group. Group E showed no statistical difference with no bleaching treatment group. Conclusion: Dentin bonding strength is significantly reduced when bonding is performed immediately after bleaching for in-office bleaching regimens using 35% hydrogen peroxide, and increases as time goes by. One week of elapsed time between bleaching and resin bonding significantly increases bonding strengths for the in-office bleaching technique.

Trade credit refers to a transaction where a product supplier allows an distributor to defer payment for a certain period of time for the purchase cost of the products. This practice is generally permitted as a means of differentiation between competing companies. Such trade credit is commonly granted based on the volume of transactions, aiming to increase customer orders. From the perspective of the distributor, trade credit allows for a deferred payment period for the purchase cost, leading to cost savings in inventory investment. These cost savings in inventory investment can be a factor in reducing selling prices with the aim of increasing customer demand. In this study, we analyze a model that determines the optimal selling price and order quantity from the perspective of the distributor, assuming that the supplier allows a deferred payment period dependent on the transaction volume. We assume that the final customer's annual demand exhibits an exponential decrease with respect to the distributor's selling price, using a constant price elasticity function. To analyze the problem, we assume that the product deteriorates at a constant rate over time and aim to establish an inventory model for the intermediate distributor. We also want to analyze the impact of deterioration on the inventory policies of the intermediate distributor.

우리는 지난해BOP졸업으로 국제사회에서 양반노릇을 하게 되었다. 이제 양반의 지위 유지를 위해서는 냉수마시고 이빨쑤시는 막대한 고통이 따르고 비용이 들게 되었다. 과거 개도국으로 누려왔던 혜택을 포기해야 하기때문에 UR협상이 타결되면 선진국과 같은 수준으로 수입개방되고, 정부정책도 보호나 규제에서 시장기능에 맡겨진다. 이제 우리는 총론적 반대에서 구체적인 산업구조조정에 필요한 유예기간을 최대화 하고, 주요 품목을 선정해서 끝까지 비교역적 고려사항 대상품목으로 인정받아야 할 것이다.

요즘 쌀 관세화문제에 대한 언론의 이목이 집중되고 있다. 그럴 수밖에 없는 것이 농가에서 '쌀'이 차지하는 소득 비중과 상징성을 감안해 볼 때 우리나라 농업을 대변하는 주곡작물로서 미치는 영향력이 매우 크기 때문이다. 우리나라는 1994년 우루과이라운드 타결 이후 쌀에 대해서만큼은 관세화를 수용하지 않고 향후 10년간 관세화를 유예하기로 했다. 당시만 해도 우루과이라운드체제하에서 관세인하폭에 대한 예측을 할 수 없었기 때문에 궁극적으로 무관세를 지향하는 WTO체제에서 쌀 만큼은 지켜야 한다는 의견이 지배적이었기 때문이다.
