  • 타월은 소비자가 구매할 때 촉감을 중요시하므로 염색 후 가공 시 유연제를 사용한다. 그러나 반복 세탁 후에는 유연가공제의 탈착으로 초기의 유연성을 잃게 되고, 유연성 유지를 위해 후 가공시 유연제를 다량 사용할 경우 타월의 흡수성을 감소시키게 된다. 유연제는 이온성 별로 다양한 종류가 시판되고 있으나, 수중에서 음으로 하전된 면섬유와 이온결합이 가능한 양이온성 유연제가 가장 많이 사용되고 있다. 양이온성 유연제는 4급 암모늄 화합물로 항균효과도 부수적으로 타월에 부여한다. 본 연구에서는 반응성기를 도입한 양이온성 유연제를 합성하여 시판 유연제와 사용량에 따른 유연효과, 내세탁성을 비교하였으며, 또한 염색 후 유연가공한 타월의 색상변화도 조사하였다. 합성한 양이온성 유연제는 친수성의 특성도 유지하면서, 5회 세척 후에도 개선된 유연효과를 나타내었다.

The Relationship between Labor Market Flexibility and Outcome Variables and Its Moderating Effect on Union Power (노동시장의 유연성과 결과변수와의 관계 및 노조 힘의 조절효과)

  • Taking 195 Korean businesses and sorting them out according to the unit types, this study looks into how flexibility strategy in labor market, which consists of numerical flexibility and functional flexibility, takes effect on the organization's outcome variable, which in turn consists of productivity, labor-management cooperation, and job security. In addition, the present study analyzes the role of labor union's moderating effect on the relationship among labor market flexibility, labor-management cooperation, and job security. It is found out as a result that numerical flexibility has no meaningful relation with productivity, labor-management cooperation, and job security, while functional flexibility has a considerably positive relation with them. This result confirms the importance of functional flexibility of business strategy in labor market. The West has continuously insisted the importance of functional flexibility, pointing out problems of numerical flexibility. On the other hand, considering that this study has confirmed functional flexibility's meaningful relation, while it has not found out numerical flexibility's negative relation, it is necessary to study further on the relationship between these two kinds of flexibility. The result of analysis on the role of union power's moderating effect confirms only the union power's interaction effect in the relation between numerical flexibility and labor-management cooperation. The possibility of union's opportunistic behavior can be detected in this result.

The Effect of Workplace Flexibility on Employees' Organizational Commitment (직장 유연성이 종업원의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • The COVID-19 pandemic catalyzed major changes in our work environment, underscoring the critical role of workplace flexibility. While a wealth of research exists on specific flexible work strategies and schedules, a broader understanding of workplace flexibility has been somewhat overlooked. This study aimed to bridge this gap by examining the correlation between workplace flexibility and organizational commitment. Our sample consisted of 300 employees from foreign businesses in the ICT(information and communications technology) service sector and the manufacturing industry, along with those from the top 50 leading Korean enterprises. We bifurcated workplace flexibility into two distinct categories for this study: quantitative and qualitative. Our results revealed that within the quantitative category, the flexibility of continuity of work and flexible place significantly enhanced organizational commitment. Interestingly, the flexibility of work schedules didn't have a marked impact on commitment levels. On the qualitative side, job autonomy and teamwork emerged as significant drivers of organizational commitment. It's worth noting that qualitative aspects of workplace flexibility had a more pronounced effect on organizational commitment than the quantitative elements. These findings highlight the necessity of approaching workplace flexibility from a comprehensive perspective, embracing both its quantitative and qualitative dimensions. For businesses aiming to maximize the benefits of flexibility, it's essential to cultivate a culture of open communication, champion collaboration, and prioritize job autonomy and teamwork. Establishing a work environment that actively supports feedback-oriented communication stands as a key component in this endeavor.

A study on longitudinal interaction of resilience of adolescents in poverty: psychological resilience, social resilience, school resilience (빈곤 청소년의 적응유연성 영역간 종단적 상호관계 : 심리, 사회, 학교 영역을 중심으로)

  • There are three main purposes of this study: (a) to investigate the developmental trajectories of psychological resilience, social resilience, and school resilience of adolescents in poverty, (b) to identify the longitudinal relationship of three resiliences and (c) to examine the protective factors that help adolescents to develop successfully in the face of poverty. Data were drawn from Korea Youth Panel Survey(KYPS), a longitudinal panel study on Middle school students in the second grade. Sample consists of 648 adolescents in poverty who particiipated in the KYPS. Latent Growth Curve Model(LGM) was used to analyze intraindividual changes in resiliences and interindividual differences in these changes. And AMOS 7.0 and SPSS 15.0 were used. In this study, it is concluded that the resilience of adolescents in poverty is the construct that has uni-dimensionality and multi-dimensionality at the same time. Therefore, in order to improve resilience of adolescents in poverty, protective factors associated with each resilience have to be increased. Those findings have provided various theoretical and practical implications for social workers and professionals helping adolescents in poverty.

A Model on Enhancing Labor Market Flexibility (노동시장 유연성 제고 모형)

  • The purpose of this article is to show a model on enhancing labor market flexibility and to compare labor market flexibility, considering that the model on labor market flexibility, universally acceptable, are not found. The writer classified the scope of labor market flexibility into three parts such as indirect adjustment, direct adjustment and policy adjustment. The writer further classified the contents of labor market flexibility into eleven sub-parts. This kind of classification regarding labor market flexibility is unique and comprehensive. Based on this classification, the writer measured the degree of labor market flexibility of four countries such as USA, Japan, Germany, and Korea. According to the results, the ranks of labor market flexibility are USA, Japan, Korea, Germany.

그래핀-탄소나노튜브 복합체로 제작한 유연성 투명 전도막의 반복 변형에 대한 내구성 향상

  • 유연성 투명 전도막은 현대 전자산업의 발전에 있어 필수적인 부품소재로서, 가시광선의 투과율이 80% 이상이고 면저항이 $100{\Omega}/sq.$ 전후이며 휘거나 접히고 나아가 두루마리의 형태로도 응용이 가능한 소재를 일컫는다. 이러한 유연성 투명 전도막은 차세대 정보디스플레이 산업 및 유비쿼터스 사회의 중심이 되는 유연성 디스플레이, 터치패널, 발광다이오드, 태양전지 등 매우 다양한 분야에 응용이 기대된다. 이러한 이유로 고 신뢰성 유연성 투명 전도막 개발기술은 차세대 산업에 있어서의 핵심기술로 인식되고 있다. 현재로서는 인듐 주석 산화물(indium tin oxide; ITO) 및 전도성 유기고분자를 사용하여 투명 전도막을 제조하고 있으나, ITO 박막의 경우 인듐 자원의 고갈로 인한 가격상승 및 기판과의 낮은 접착력, 열팽창계수의 차이로 인한 공정상의 문제, 산화물 특유의 취성으로 인한 유연소자로서의 내구성 저하 등의 문제가 제기되고 있다. 전도성 유기고분자의 경우는 낮은 전기전도도와 기계적강도, 유기용매 처리 등의 문제점이 지적되고 있다. 따라서 높은 전기전도도와 투광도 뿐만 아니라 유연성을 지니는 재료의 개발이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 최근 이러한 재료로서 그래핀(graphene)과 탄소나노튜브(carbon nanotube; CNT)를 중심으로 하는 탄소나노재료가 주목받고 있으며 많은 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 열화학기상증착법(thermal vapor deposition; TCVD)으로 합성된 그래핀 및 CNT를 이용하여 탄소나노재료 복합체 기반의 유연성 투명 전도막을 제작하고 그 특성을 평가하였다. 그래핀과 CNT합성을 위한 기판으로는 각각 300 nm 두께의 니켈과 1 nm 철이 증착된 실리콘 웨이퍼를 이용하였으며, 원료가스로는 메탄(CH4)과 아세틸렌(C2H2)등의 탄화수소가스를 이용하였다. 그래핀의 경우 원료가스의 유량, 합성온도, 냉각속도를 변경하여 대면적으로 두께균일도가 높은 그래핀을 합성하였으며, CNT의 경우 합성시간을 변수로 길이 제어합성을 도모하였다. 합성된 그래핀은 식각공정을, CNT는 스프레이 증착공정을 통해 고분자 기판(polyethylene terephthalate; PET) 위에 순차적으로 전사 및 증착하여 탄소나노재료 복합체 기반의 유연성 투명 전도막을 제작하였다. 제작된 탄소나노재료 복합체 기반의 유연성 투명 전도막은 물리적 과부하를 받았을 때 발생할 수 있는 유연성 투명 전도막의 구조적결함에 기인하는 전도성 저하를 보상하는 특징이 있어, 그래핀과 탄소나노튜브 각각으로 제조된 유연성 투명 전도막보다 물리적인 하중이 반복적으로 인가되었을 때 내구성이 향상되는 효과가 있다. 40% 스트레인을 반복적으로 인가하였을 때 그래핀 투명 전도막은 20 사이클 이후에 면저항이 $1-2{\Omega}/sq.$에서 $15{\Omega}/sq.$ 이상으로 급증한 반면 그래핀-CNT 복합체 투명 전도막은 30사이클까지 $1-2{\Omega}/sq.$ 정도의 면저항을 유지하였다.

The Effects of Change Control, Management Review and Flexibility on the Performance of Software Company: Focused on the Innovativeness (변화통제, 관리검토가 유연성과 소프트웨어 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인: 혁신성의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing performance of change control, management review and flexibility in the software company with innovativeness. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to performance of software company, change control, management review, flexibility and innovativeness. Valid 100 questionnaires have been collected within two months of 2010. EXCEL, Smart PLS(Partial Least Square) 2.0 and SPSS 15.0 have been utilized for deriving the study results. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, change control and management review positively influences flexibility. Second, flexibility positively influence performance of software company. Finally, change control to flexibility for low group of innovativeness is significantly larger than those for high group of innovativeness. But management review to flexibility for high group of innovativeness is significantly larger than those for low group of innovativeness. The results of this study will provide various implications on performance of software company.

문서 DRM의 보안성 강화를 위한 연구

  • 현재 제공되는 문서 DRM은 권한 그룹 또는 사용자에 따른 접근 제어를 제공하고 있다. 단순히 권한 그룹 또는 사용자 기반으로 문서를 제어 한다는 것은 문서를 보호하기 위해서는 많은 위험이 따른다. 오브젝트를 과하게 보호한다면 유연성이 떨어지고, 유연성을 높이고자 하면 보안강도가 떨어지게 되므로 보안강도와 유연성은 트레이드오프 관계에 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 유연성을 높이면서 문서의 보안강도 또한 높일 수 있는 방법에 대해 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 각 문서의 security level에 따라 문서 열기 권한을 다르게 적용함으로써 비밀문서의 보안강도와 유연성을 높일 수 있는 방법에 대해 제안한다.

Assessment of Flexibility and Security in Korean Labor Market : An International Comparison (국제비교를 통한 우리나라 노동시장의 유연성 및 안정성 평가)

  • The foremost aim of the paper is to evaluate the flexibility and stability of the Korean labor market through a cross-country comparison with OECD countries. Evaluating by the OECD Employment Protection Legislation Index, the flexibility of permanent job layoff in Korea is close to the average of OECD countries. Employment of temporary workers appears to be relatively flexible allowing for effective indicators such as the proportion of temporary workers among paid employees. As regards security, the levels of job security, income security and combination security are all far below the OECD average. A panel data analysis of OECD countries reveals that labor productivity increases as regulations on permanent job layoff become looser and regulations on temporary employment become more rigorous.

  • The purpose of this research is to understand, through a case study, how the flexibility of Headquarter(HQ) and subsidiaries makes an effect on performance of global ERP system implementation in a global firm. The questions of this research are as follows. First, what types of flexibility are there for HQ and Subsidiary, respectively, which are related with global ERP system implementation? Second, how much impact do these types of flexibility have on the performance of global ERP system implementation? This research suggests three types of flexibility for HQ and three types of flexibility for subsidiaries that are related with the global ERP system implementation. In this study, BorgWarner, a global automobile parts manufacturer, was selected and analyzed to find out what kinds of flexibility contributed to enhancing its global ERP system implementation performance.
