보라성게의 산난과 성장 (Growth and Spawning of the Sea Urchin Anthocidaris crassispina (A. Agassiz))

  • 1980.8-1982.8월까지 일광, 주문진, 돌산, 어청도 및 성산포에서 채집한 1,663미의 보라성게의 성장 및 산란에 관한 조사이다. 1세부터 5세까지의 평균각경은 가각 19, 32, 43, 51, 58mm로 추정됐으며 $l_\infty=84.4 mm,\;k=0.223,\;t_o=-0.187$의 성장식을 보였다. 가경에 대한 각고, 보대, 간보대, 위홍문부경 및 극 길이의 상관관계는 매우 높았다. 연령에 따른 가부분의 상대성장은차이가 없으나 극의 성장에서는 3세까지는 각경에 비례하여 성장하나 그 이후의 연령부터는 반비례하고 있다. 일광해역에서의 산란은 6-10월에 일어나며 주 산란은 8월로 사료한다. 연령에 따른 주 산란시기는 다르며 고연령군은 저연령군 보다 일찍 산란하고 있다. 제주산 보라성게는 8월 이전에 산란을 이미 마친 상태이며 여수산, 일광산은 주로 8월에, 주문진산, 어청도산은 8월 이후에 산란하는 것으로 판단된다.

  • The effects of histamine were investigated on the uterine smooth muscle motility in the pig. The results were summarized as fellows : 1. Histamine caused the contraction of the porcine uterine smooth muscle and the contractile responses increased between the concetration of histamine $10^{-8}$ and $10^{-5}$ M with a dose-dependent manner. 2. The contractile response Induced by histamine ($10^{-6}$ M) was completely blocked by pretrevatment with $H_1$-histaminergic receptor blocker, pyrilamine($10^{-6}$ M) 3. The contractile response induced by histamine($10^{-6}$ M) was increased by pretreatment with $H_2$-histaminergic receptor blocker, cimetidine($10^{-6}$ M) From these results, it was concluded that the effects of uterine smooth muscle by histamine were the contraction mediated by $H_1$-histaminergic receptor and the relaxation mediated by $H_2$-histaminergic receptor in pig.

한국산 오수유성분에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Components of Evodia daniellii $H_{EMSLEY}$ in Korea)

  • Evodia daniellii $H_{EMSLEY}$, a plant belonging to Rutaceae, is cultivated in Korea and used as a folkmedicine for gastric inflammation, extermination of noxious insects, and headache. The seed oil of this plant also has been used in various diseases, for example, dermatitis, scabies and so forth. From the barks, fruit peels, and seed oil of Evodia daniellii $H_{EMSLEY}$, four crystalline compounds were isolated. Three compounds except one were characterized as methyl sinapate, bergapten, and evodiamine by m.p. determination, elemental analysis, UV, IR, NMR spectra and mass analysis. Even though methyl sinapate was a known synthetic compound, it was not yet reported as a natural product. From the seed oil, unsaponifiable fraction was separated and was analyzed. It was considered to be consisted with sterols, hydrocarbons and tocopherols.

  • 패션산업은 매년 1 조원씩 성장(연평균 2.1%)하며 많은 연구자들의 관심을 받고 있다. 전통적인 패션산업은 점차 디지털화되어 선진적인 컴퓨터 비전 기술을 적용해 소비자들에게 더 좋은 쇼핑 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 2014 년부터 2019 년 사이에 구축된 대표적인 패션 데이터셋을 연도별로 정리하고 각 데이터셋에 포함된 주석(annotation)의 특징을 정리했다. 또한 데이터셋이 패션 상품 검출(Fashion detection), 패션 이미지 생성(Fashion image generation), 가상 피팅(Virtual try-on) 그리고 패션 의류 분할(Fashion Clothing segmentation) 등 연구에서의 활용될 수 있는 여부에 대해 분석했다.

사료 내 수준별 조단백질 조건에서 보호메티오닌과 보호라이신의 사료첨가 급여가 착유우유생산성 및 유성분에 미치는 영향 : 메타분석 (Effect of protected Methionine and Lysine on Milk yield and Composition in Holstein Dairy Cow under Different Dietary Crude Protein Levels : Meta-analysis)

  • The present study was conducted to investigate effect of dietary protected amino acid on milk yield and composition in dairy cow using meta-analysis. Total 21 research papers were employed in analysis, and mixed model was used for the analysis of effects. Effect of protected methionine (PM) and combination of protected methionine and lysine (PML) were investigated under two different levels of dietary crude protein (CP, <18% and >18%). For performance of dairy cow, milk yield, milk composition including milk fat and protein content and yield and 4% FCM (fat corrected milk) production were used for analysis. In case of milk yield, a trend of increment was found at PM supplementation at low CP (P=0.055). However, the effect of PM at high CP was detected as not significant (P>0.05). In case of milk protein, inclusion of PM at low CP showed significant decrement (P<0.05). However, there was no significant effect of MP on milk protein at high CP (P>0.05). Supplementation of MP at high CP level showed significant increment of milk fat (P<0.05). MP supplementation represented significant increment of 4% FCM production (P<0.05) regardless of dietary CP levels. Effects of PML on milk yield and composition at both of low and high dietary CP were not significant in this study. However, it seem to be that there was a possible positive effect of MPL application at high dietary CP on performance of dairy cow.

노화(老化)에 의한 아스팔트 시멘트 형질변화(形質變化)의 HP-GPC 분석(分析) (HP-GPC Analysis for Characteristics Change of Asphalt Cement Due to Aging)

  • 본 연구(研究)는 노화(老化)에 의한 아스팔트시멘트의 물리적 성질변화를 크로마토그램에 근거(根據)하여 유성학적(流性學的)으로 고찰(考察)하였다. 3종류의 AC-20 아스팔트시멘트와 그것을 인공노화(人工老化)시킨 것 그리고 도로(道路)포장의 코어로부터 추출(抽出)해낸 자연노화(自然老化)된 아스팔트에 대하여 3가지 물리적 성질과, 고압(高壓) 겔 투과(透過) 크로마토그래프(HP-GPC)를 이용한 크로마토그램(분자입도분포(分子粒度分布))을 측정(測定)하였다. 이 물리적 성질과 HP-GPC 결과를 분석(分析)하여 노화전후(老化前後)의 크로마토그램과 물리적 성질의 상관관계(相關關係)를 고찰(考察)하였다. 물리적 성질로는 점도(粘度), 동점도(動粘度), 퇴입도(退入度)를 구하였으며, HP-GPC 시험에서는 THF가 순환용액으로 사용되고 RI 검출기가 사용되었다. 크로마토그램을 같은 시간간격(時間間隔)의 10구간으로 분할(分割)하여, 각 구간의 분할면적비(分割面積比)와 물리적 성질이 통계분석(統計分析)에 사용되었다. 이 연구결과(研究結果) 아스팔트시멘트의 물리적 성질은 크로마토그램 특성과 매우 밀접한 관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 아스팔트의 노화는 유성학적으로 분자입도의 구성비가 변환되는 과정임을 알 수 있었다.

  • The purpose of this study was to develope a computer program to help with gross diagnosis of protein-energy balance and feeding management practice and with the prediction about the risk possibility of productive disease such as reproductive and metabolic disorders by evaluating fat, protein, and milk urea nitrogen (MUN) from individual cow milk in dairy herd Somatic cell counts also represent the condition of udder health. The principal flow charts of this program was to check on herd management, sampling the composite milk, analysis the milk composition, conversion of data from milking equipment to program, input and analysis of data in program, and report. This program is compatible with window 95/98 system. The major analytical elements of this program were presented as; the profile of herd lactation curve analysis of the test-day milk production level, the distribution of somatic cell count, the fat to protein ratio to evaluate body energy balance, and the interpretation of dietary protein-energy balance by milk protein and MUN contents for individual cows. This program using milk fat, protein, MUN, and somatic cell counts will serve as a monitoring tool for the protein-energy balance and the feeding management practice, and for distribution of mastitis in individual cows. It will also be used to manage the nutritional and reproductive disorders and mastitis at the farm level.

착유시스템 및 계절이 홀스타인 착유우의 유성분에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Types of Milking Instrument and Season on Milk Composition in Holstein-Friesian lactating Cows)

  • This study was conducted to examine the effect of different types of milking instrument and season on milk composition (fat, protein, non-fat milk solids, milk urea nitrogen and somatic cell count) on Holstein-Friesian lactating cows. Raw milk samples were collected from 20 automatic milking system (AMS) installed dairy farms and 85 conventional milking system (CMS) installed dairy farms. Milk fat, protein, NFMS and MUN contents did not changed between AMS and CMS and different seasons. On the other hand, the average SCC in AMS was $239{\times}10^3cells/mL$ which was lower than in CMS ($373{\times}10^3cells/mL$, (p<0.05). In conclusion, present results indicated that SCC in milk might be influenced by AMS. However, this area needed more study to confirm the reason of reducing SCC content from AMS.

시유의 보존기간 및 온도에 따른 일반 유성분 및 산가의 변화 (Changes of the goneral components and acid value in market milks according to the preserving periods and temperature)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the changes of physical and chemical properties according to the preserving periods and temperature in heat-treated market milks ($130^{\circ}C$, 2 sec). The market ilks were divided into 3 experimental groups, that is $4^{\circ}C$, $15^{\circ}C$ and $30^{\circ}C$ according to the preserving temperature during 7 days. There were analysed fat, protein, lactose, total solids, solids-not-fat, specific gravity and acid value of market milks in each experimental group. These observations indicated that heat-treated market milks ($130^{\circ}C$, 2 sec) may be acceptable physically and chemically after 7 days at $4^{\circ}C$. The results obtained were summarized as follows ; 1. Total microorganisms in market milks were found 12$\times$$10^1$ cells at 1st day Coliform and pathogenic bacteria were not detected. 2. Milk fats tended to decrease 3.69% to 3.48% according to the time lapsed in all experimental groups without concerning to the storage temperature. 3. Milk proteins were slowly decreased 3.18% to 3.13% according to the time lapsed without concerning to the storage temperature. 4. Milk lactose was slightly increased 4.41% to 4.55% in all experimental groups. 5. Specific gravity in market milks was 1.0316 to 1.0299, and showed no changes according to the preserving periods and temperature. 6. Total solids and solids-not-fat in market milks were slightly decreased 12.30 to 12.05 and 8.55 to 8.40. 7. Acid values were dramatically increased 0.1289 to 0.3116 at $30^{\circ}C$ storage group, while tended to be stable at $4^{\circ}C$ storage group for 7 days.

우리나라 산양유의 농장별 및 계절별 성분 비교분석 (Comparative Monthly Analysis of Goat Milk Components by Individual Farms)

  • 산양유의 계절별 및 농장별 이화학적 특성을 구명하기 위하여 본 연구의 결과 및 타지역에서의 산양유 성분인 Fat, Protein, Lactose, Total Solid, SNF, Cells 성분 등을 살펴본 결과 $12{\sim}6$월 사이의 값 중에서 2월과 3월에 Fat, Protein, Lactose, Total Solid, SNF, Cells 값이 높은 경향을 보였고, 특히 Fat의 경우 $12{\sim}3$월까지의 값이 다른 월별 성분보다 더욱 높은 값을 보였다. SNF의 경우도 2월에 다른 월별 성분보다 월등히 높은 값을 나타냈다. 그러나 Lactose는 계절 또는 월별간 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 산양유 성분의 지역별 차이 또한 크지 않았으며 일반 유성분 자료를 본 연구의 결과와 참고자료를 함께 비교 검토한 결과 산양유의 일반조성은 cow milk와 전체적으로 비슷하나 Fat 성분에서 약간 낮은 값을 보였고, Mare milk 보다는 전체적으로 높은 값을 보였다. 산양유 생산은 산양의 계절번식에 의한 계절간 생산량의 편차가 커 수급조절이 어려운 문제점이 있으므로 국내 산양유 산업의 발전을 위해서는 산양유 제품의 소비를 촉진시킬 수 있는 저장성이 우수한 다양한 기능성 제품을 고안하여야 한다고 사료된다.
