Generally, asset management procedure consists of exact information collection, decision of service level, analysis of aspiration level, analysis of financial condition and available budget, preparation of asset management plan, and value of modified asset. In this study, for the risk-based asset management, condition assessment and performance measuring, assessment of failure modes and risks, evaluation/selection of treatment options, and implementation of optimum solution are additionally included. For this, bridge inventory and performance measure considering risks are classified and method of quantitative/qualitative performance measure is suggested. Also, evaluation method of risk analysis for bridge asset management is suggested and basic research is carried out for applicable method of risk-based asset management. Using suggested risk procedure and method of risk-based bridge service level evaluation, it is possible to perform resonable asset management. Moreover, it is concluded that the proposed applicable method of risk-based asset management will provide a solution to contribute the development of systematical asset management for optimal decision making and prototype asset management system.

As the disclosure of privacy information has grown steadily, concerns about mobile services based on the personal information also increased. We aspired to reveal factors influencing the use of Location-Based services(LBS) App and analyse how the perceived risk affected between these factors and the use of LBS App. Results showed that usefulness and social influence influenced on the use of LBS App. We also found that the group who highly recognized the perceived risk was highly affected by usefulness and the group who lowly recognized the perceived risk was highly affected by social influence. Findings show that the company's strategy should be different depending on the level of consumers' perceived risk.

정신한은행은 '10년 1 월부터 6월까지 약 6개월 동안 "위험관리 기반의 침해사고 조기 대응체계 구축" 프로젝트를 수행하여 침해 시도 조기 탐지 및 대응을 위한 "침해사고 조기 경보 시스템" 및 "침해 사고 대응 프로세스 전산화"와 침해 사고의 사전 예방 강화를 위한 "정보시스템 상시 취약점 점검 체계"를 모두 하나의 프레임웍으로 묶어 통합 구축하였다. 신한은행은 이를 통해 내부망 및 인터넷 서비스망에 대해서 이마 알려진 네트웍 침입 패턴뿐만 아니라 네트웍 트래픽 전반에 대한 모니터링을 대폭 강화하여 기존 침입탐지 시스템이나 디도스 대응 시스템 등에서 탐지가 불가능했던 신종 침입 유형이나 소규모 디도스 공격 트래픽도 자동화된 탐지가 가능하게 되었다. 그리고 탐지된 침입시도의 유행 및 위험 수준에 따라서 사전 정의된 침해사고 대응 프로세스를 통해, 정보보안 담당자가 관련 부서 및 경영진의 요구사항에 각각 최적화된 전용 상황 모니터링 화면을 공유하며 침해사고를 효과적으로 공동 대응할 수 있게 되었다. 또한 정보시스템 전반에 대하여 상시 취약점 점검을 실시하고 그 점검 결과를 데이터베이스로 구축하고 정보시스템의 위험 수준에 따른 체계화된 대응 방안을 수립할 수 있게 되었다. 신한은행은 금번 구축된 시스템을 정보보안 영역 전반으로 확대하여 동일 프레임웍에서 위험관리 기반의 내부 정보 유출 체계를 구축하고, 향후 그룹사에도 확대 적용하여 전체 그룹사의 보안 수준을 제고하는 데 활용할 계획이다. * 금번 구축 사례에서 소개된 침해사고 조기 대응체계는 구축 완료 시점에 사내 명칭 공모를 통해 "Ageis"로 선정되었으며, 본 사례에서도 전체 시스템을 가리킬 때 Ageis로 지칭한다. Aegis는 그라스 신화에서 Zeus 신이 딸 Athena 신에게 주었다는 방패로서 보호, 후원, 지도 등의 뜻을 가지며, 이지스 또는 아이기스 라고 발음된다.

Recently, the application of personal proofing service based on social security number(SSN) replacement means for verifying identity in non-face-to-face transactions is increasing. In this paper, we propose a method of applying differentiated personal proofing service on whether identity verification is necessary in the online service provided by ISP and if it is appropriate to apply a certain level of assurance. By analyzing the requirements related to personal proofing required by current ISPs, we analyze the risks for each of the requirements and propose a method of applying differentiated personal proofing service according to the level of identity assurance guarantee to minimize the risks. In applying the proposed method to online service provision, it is possible to reduce user's unnecessary authentication cost by minimizing the application of personal proofing service based on alternative means, and to help protect user personal information by minimizing excessively collected personal information.

The function failure of present major facilities is likely to lead to failure of related systems and/or whole facilities, increasing the necessity for protection of infrastructures, main structures, and major industrial facilities. In addition, safe and efficient management for urban infrastructure (waterworks and sewerage facilities, electricity, telecommunications, roads, etc) installed in the basement or on large cities grounds at various public areas is required. Recently in response to this demand, efforts for vitalizing asset management are being made such as enacting related laws and developing asset management system in the U.S., Australia, Europe and other advanced countries with the concept for a new maintenance. In our county, identifying maintenance system problems such as aging and rapid increasing of existing infrastructures and decision-making about updating maintenance is required for systematic and organizational maintenance. In this study, by comparing and observing the LOS(Level of Service) of each countries' waterworks and risk-based LOS, we suggest the direction of future urban water infrastructure management systems for more effective management.

This study suggests a design of predictive modeling for a hospital fall risk based on inpatients' posture. Inpatient's profile, medical history, and body measurement data along with basic information about a bed they use, were used to predict a fall risk and suggest an algorithm to determine the level of risk. Fall risk prediction is largely divided into two parts: a real-time fall risk evaluation and a qualitative fall risk exposure assessment, which is mostly based on the inpatient's profile. The former is carried out by recognizing an inpatient's posture in bed and extracting rule-based information to measure fall risk while the latter is conducted by medical staff who examines an inpatient's health status related to hospital fall risk and assesses the level of risk exposure. The inpatient fall risk is determined using a sigmoid function with recognized inpatient posture information, body measurement data and qualitative risk assessment results combined. The procedure and prediction model suggested in this study is expected to significantly contribute to tailored services for inpatients and help ensure hospital fall prevention and inpatient safety.

해상에서의 급변하는 위험기상과 기상이변은 관련 종사자들의 생명과 재산 피해에 직접적으로 영향을 주고 있지만, 선박 안전항해의 필수적 요소인 해양기상정보의 실제적인 활용은 매우 미비한 수준이다. 본 연구에서는 신속하고 정밀한 정보 전달을 위해 해양기상 수치모델 정보를 이용하여 전문 예보관의 예보지식에 기반한 상세 해상실황과 예보정보를 항해 및 조업선박들에게 자기위치기반으로 실시간 서비스할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하였다. 해당 시스템을 통해 해양기상예보 정보를 선박의 위치별로 실시간 제공함으로써 해상교통안전에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Recently, rapid innovation of Smartphone is changing the paradigm of our daily life. Smartphone users, opinion experts more than 99 percent of the economically active population is using, it has reached the saturation past the early stages of formation. Smartphone is equipped with a general purpose OS possible the implementation of high performance environment similar level as a personal computer. Also, it is a mobile communication terminal scalable which can be removed or installed various applications. Such extensibility, it is possible to use different applications through the Apps store. In addition, it is also possible various services which are location based service. However, these services also benefit many but it also has a disadvantage of invasion of privacy and disclosure of personal information. In this research, we aim to analyze factors influencing on perceived value and risk in location based service of Smartphone. In addition, we aim to analyze the causal relationship with perceived value and risk in satisfaction and recommendation intention. This study suggests practical and theoretical implications based on the results.

정보기술환경이 모바일, 클라우드, BYOD 기반으로 변화함에 따라 과거 통화기능에만 머물던 모바일 단말은 인터넷을 활용한 전자상거래 및 모바일 오피스를 뒷받침하는 기반으로 전환되고 있다. 하지만, 단말의 분실과 도난, 악성코드 감염으로 인한 도청 및 정보유출 등의 위협이 발생하고 있으며 특히, 기업의 핵심정보가 유출되는 경로로서 활용되는 사례가 발생하여 이에 대한 조치가 시급하다. 기업은 핵심정보의 유출을 방지하기 위해 출입통제를 강화하고 스마트폰 카메라에 대한 스티커 부착을 통해 보안을 강화하고 있지만 원천적인 보호조치로는 미흡한 실정이다. 높은 수준의 보안을 유지하기 위하여 RFID, Beacon 등을 활용하여 위치기반서비스가 적용된 보안통제기능을 적용하고 위험평가기반의 출입자 보안정책을 수립하여 모바일 디바이스를 직접 통제할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

Due to the great advances in e-Marketplace and changes in type of items purchased from the online market, it has been dramatically increased the demand of the storage and transportation under the special conditions such as restricted temperature. Especially, the cold chain needs the way to transparently measure and monitor the entire network in realtime because it has a very complicated structure and requires totally different criteria at the every different steps and items. In this research, it has been presented the performance evaluation metrics to make contract using service level agreement (SLA), the way to apply the smart contract based on blockchain, the structure of blocks, service platform and application in order to build cold chain which can prevent the risk factors by measuring and sharing information in realtime using block chain technology. In addition, we have proposed the way to store the measured performance and reputation of each player in the block using smart contract based on SLA. With the presented framework, all players including service providers as well as users can secure the information for making the rational decisions. When the service platform is actually built and operated, it seems possible to secure the information in transparently and realtime. Also, it is possible to prevent the risk factors or prepare the preemptive plans to react on them.
