표준품셈-2007년 적용 건설공사 표준품셈 개정

  • 표준품셈 487개 항목이 제·개정됨에 따라 건설공사의 예정 가격이 전반적으로 하락할 전망이다. 특히 올해 새로 도입될 표준품셈 상시관리시스템이 작동하면 내년 표준품셈 개편폭은 더욱 확대된다. 건설교통부는 지난 1월 4일 기계설비 등 5개 공종에 걸친 487개 표준품셈 항목을 신설·개정했다고 밝혔다. 이번 개편의 특징은 기존 기관별 요구사항을 단순 반영하는 것이 아니라 건교부가 직접 목표량을 설정해 직접 발굴했고 기계설비, 토목터널 부문이 집중 개선된 점이다. 기계설비 부문의 경우 밸브 및 콕류, 신축이음쇠, 잡철물, 방열기, 위생기구, 소화전 등의 항목이 대폭 개정됐다. 이번 개편에 이어 전체 표준품셈 2,460개 항목 가운데 503개 항목이 추가로 조정돼 내년 초 공표된다. 특히 표준품셈 상시관리시스템이 올해 상반기 가동되면 내년 초 공표될 항목은 이보다 더욱 늘어날 전망이다. 정부의 시스템 운용방침이 당초 계획된 2개년 목표치(990개 항목) 외에 추가 항목을 발굴하는 것이기 때문이다.

A Study on Migration of Monomers from Kitchen Utensils Including PA, PU, ABS, and Acrylic Resin Plastics (폴리아마이드제 등 조리기구 중 모노머의 이행에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of our paper was to investigate the migration level of 4,4'-MDA(4,4'-methylenedianiline), 2,4-TDA(2,4-toluenediamine), aniline, acrylonitrile and methylmeth acrylate from plastic cookwares into food simulants and to evaluate the safety of each monomers. The test articles for monomers were PA (polyamide) items for 4,4'-MDA, 2,4-TDA and aniline, PU (polyurethane) items for 4,4'-MDA, ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene- styrene) items for acrylonitrile, and acrylic resin items for methylmethacrylate. All the article samples of 321 intended for contact with foods were purchased in domestic market. 4,4'-MDA, 2,4-TDA and aniline were analyzed by LC-MS/MS (liquid chromatography -tandem mass spectrometer), acrylonitrile by GC-NPD (gas chromatography-nitrogen phos phorus detector) and methyl methacrylate by GC-FID (gas chromatography-flame ionization detector). The migration level of monomers were within the migration limits of Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS). As a result of safety evaluation, our results showed that the estimated daily intake (EDI, mg/kg bw/day)s were $2.39{\times}10^{-9}$ and $1.20{\times}10^{-9}$ for 4,4'-MDA and 2,4-TDA of PA, $4.32{\times}10^{-9}$ for acrylonitrile of ABS and $2.27{\times}10^{-7}$ for methylmethacrylate of acrylic resin. Reference Dose (RfD, mg/kg bw/day) of acrylonitrile and tolerable daily intake (TDI, mg/kg bw/day) of methacrylate were established respectively as 0.001 by EPA (US Environmental Protection Agency) and as 1.2 by WHO (World Health Organization). When comparing with RfD and TDI, the EDIs of acrylonitrile and methylmethacrylate accounted for $4.32{\times}10^{-4}%$ and $1.89{\times}10^{-5}%$ respectively.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify potentially hazardous factors which can contribute to the outbreak of food borne disease and present more practical management methods in terms of sanitary management of cooking equipment and personal hygiene. 230 Korean-style restaurants in Seoul were surveyed in the same manner on the published study-A study for the Improvement of Sanitary Condition in Korean style-restaurant in Seoul city area (I). Sanitary check-lists were developed to evaluate the sanitary status of cooking equipment and personal hygiene of employee. The sanitary condition of cooking equipment the maintenance of refrigeration, food habits and personal hygiene were assessed by the sanitary score. The sanitary condition of cooking equipment, the maintenance of refrigeration as well as food habits and personal hygiene employee was in good condition. The effective sanitation education and training for good service workers should be practice for the improvement of sanitary management of cooking equipment and personal hygiene.

  • 저는 미국 농무성 식품안전검사처(FSIS)가2002.1.17$\~$1.19 (3일간) 홍콩에서 개최한 국제식품규격위원회(Codex) 아시아지역 Workshop에 한국대표단의 일원으로 참석하였다. 본 워크샵에는 아시아 지역 15개 국가, 50여명이 참석하여 Codex 업무와 관련된 주요 현안사항에 대한 설명을 듣고 상호간에 의견을 교환하였다. 본인은 본 워크샵이 식품안전성에 대한 중요성이 점증하고 있는 요즘에 식품의 기준$\cdot$규격 등에 관한 국제기준을 설정하는 기구인 Codex에서 최근 무엇이 논의되고 있고, 쟁점사항이 무엇인지 등을 축산식품 관련사항을 중심으로 기술하여 전국의 수의직공무원, 식품위생업무 관계자들에게 조금이나마 도움이 될 것으로 기대되어 참석결과를 보고형태로 기술하고자 한다.

  • 포름알데히드(HCHO)는 발암성 자극성 화학종으로 작업장과 실내공기오염의 중요한 오염물이다. 세계보건기구(WHO)에서는 30분 평균농도를 0.08ppm으로 설정하고 미국 산업 위생국(ACGIH)에서는 최대 노출 농도를 0.3ppm으로 규정하고 있다(Nakano and Nagashima, 1999). 또한 국내에서는 지하생활공간에서 포름알데히드 농도를 1시간 평균 0.1ppm 이하로 정하는 등 실내공간에서 포름알데히드 농도에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있는 실정이다. (중략)

알림 - AI청정국 발표 -우리나라 고병원성 AI 청정국 지위회복 선언

  • 정부는 지난 9월 5일부로 고병원성 AI 청정국 지위를 회복했다고 선언했다. 정부는 '10.12.29부터 '11.5.16까지 발생한 고병원성 AI(53건)와 관련, 살처분 등 방역조치 완료 후 3개월 이상 미발생 되었고, 전국 질병예찰 결과 이상이 없음에 따라 가축방역협의회의 자문을 거쳐 세계동물보건기구(OIE) 동물위생규약 조건을 충족하여 AI 청정국 지위로 회복됨을 선언하였다. 이에 따라 정부는 우리나라가 AI 청정국의 지위를 회복하였음을 OIE에 통보하고, AI 발생으로 수입금지 조치를 취한 국가들에게는 수입금지 조치 해제를 요청할 계획을 전했다. 이와 관련된 내용을 요약 정리하였다.

  • 세계 국가들은 자국산업의 이익을 방해하지 않는 한도 내에서 자국의 산림을 보호하려 노력하고 있다. NWPCA는 이러한 도전을 수행하는 다양한 기구가 이루고있는 진보를 좇으면서 회원국들에 미칠 잠재적인 영향을 분석해가고 있다. 국제연합 단위인 세계식물보호협약은 세계적인 기준에 따라 활동하고 있다. 그 동안, EU는 15개 참가국의 수입을 관할하기 위해 긴급 가공처리 대책안을 수립했다. 단독으로, 미국은 농림청 관하의 APHIS 프로그램을 만들어서 제한규정들을 발전시키기 위한 시도를 하고 있다. 미국의 이러한 제한조치들은 IPPC에 참가한 국가들보다 좀더 엄격할 것으로 예상되고 있다.

A Study on Recognition of Infection Control among Dental Staff (치과의료종사자들의 감염방지에 대한 인식)

  • This study aimed at recognition on infection control among dental staff. This investigation was implemented by survey and questionnaires on 50 dentists and 176 dental hygienists and 100 aide nurses who were working in Deagu. The results is 1. Dental staff was recognition that extremely dangerous infectious disease is hepatitis B in dental clinic. 2. Wearing gloves and rubber dam was high in degree of recognition on using of personal protective gears however, put on apron was low. 3. The degree of recognition about sterilization of dental instruments was more higher on dentist and dental hygienists than aide nurse. 4. Dental hygienists were higher than other groups on degree of recognition about managing of dental equipment's surface.

Survey on Practical use of Sanitizers and Disinfectants on Food Utensils in Institutional Foodservice (단체급식소의 기구등의 살균소독제 사용실태 조사)

  • This study surveyed on the actual conditions of using sanitizers and disinfectants for improvements of sanitization on food utensils at 105 school and 20 industry foodservice operations. The questionnaire which was administered to 125 foodservices was used as a mail or visitation method. The answers of asking "Perception on temporary authorization system of sanitizers and disinfectants on food utensils" were 75% in contract managed school foodservices, 81.8% in self operated school foodservices, and 50% in industry. Main factors to choose sanitizers were sterilizing power (38.6%, 28.6%, 38.9%) and safety (32.6%, 46.1%, 33.3%) at every foodservices. Keeping ratio of sanitizers and disinfectants guidelines in contract managed school, self operated school and industry foodservices were 64.8%, 52% and 73.7%, respectively. If easy and practical guideline is developed, most foodservices replied to use if for disinfection of foodservices. Most of the foodservices were not only knowing sanitizers and disinfectants but also possessing a guideline. However, they didn't perform disinfection according to the guideline due to its complexity. Consequently, we suggest that it is necessary to provide an easy and practical "sanitizers and disinfectants guideline" and useful information.

A Study on the Experience of Clinical Practice and the Performance Confidence (치위생과 학생의 임상실습 경험정도와 수행자신감에 관한 연구)

  • To find out the relationship between the experience of clinical practice and the performance confidence, some 2nd and 3rd grade students in D health college who completed clinical practice in 2008. Sept. were surveyed. The results are as follows. 1. During the clinical practice of the dental hygiene students, the performance experience was highest in the basic prep. part among every part. As for the dental hygiene part, the students showed more than 70%, rather higher performance experience in the following parts: arrangement before and after treatment, suction, basic instruments setup, local anesthesia setup, extraction setup, resin filling setup, temporary filling setup, cements mixing, and ligation and removal setup. 2. As for performance confidence, those with performance experience showed higher performance confidence than those with only observation experience or with no experience in every treatment field except basic prep. (p < 0.001). 3. It was proven that the hygiene students have seldom had performance experience in other treatment parts except in assisting treatment part in clinical practice. In order to improve future performance experience on dental hygiene activities, subsequent research is needed to set more specific and objective criterion about the dental hygiene students' clinical practice.
