This study proposes an expanded model of personalized search service based on community activities on a Korean Web portal. The model is composed of defining subject categories of users, providing personalized search results, and recommending additional subject categories and queries. Several experiments were performed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model. It was found that users' activities on community services provide valuable data for identifying their Interests, and the personalized search service increases users' satisfaction.

The rapid growth of e-business market makes new online companies to start and existing offline companies to join in this area. As the number of players of this market grows rapidly, the competition among them is very intense. Many companies invest huge resources to online marketing including search advertisement, email advertisement and banner advertisement. Because these traditional online marketing activities mainly focus on how to invite visitors to their web sites, ROI of these marketing activities are getting lower. Many companies are looking for a new marketing method to escape this situation. In this paper, we propose ROMS (Realtime Online Marketing System) which supports tools to improve conversion ratio of e-commerce sites, ROMS gathers behavioral data of visitors and analyzes it in realtime. ROMS supports live chats, visitor profiling, context analysis, event detection, and live marketing. With ROMS, personalized offers based on visitors' realtime context can be made for each visitor.

최근의 디지털 기술 및 컴퓨터, 통신 기술의 개발과 확산을 통해 다양한 소셜 미디어의 사용에 따른 디지털 사회가 생성되고 디지털 지능이 출현하여 새로운 디지털 문화와 커뮤니티가 생겨나고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 산업체, 교육계 등에서 소셜 미디어의 사용 및 채택 효과에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 또한, 소셜 도구의 사용 기법과 활용 방안이 필요하며, 사용 실태에 대한 조사가 필요하다. 이에 따라, 이 논문에서는 소셜 미디어를 개인 및 회사의 업무에 사용할 수 있는 있는 활용 방안을 마련하기 위하여, 소셜 미디어의 참여와 접근 방안 등에 대한 방법론을 조사하고 제시한다. 소셜 미디어에 접근하고 활용하기 위하여 웹 로그 분석 도구 및 소셜 미디어 콘텐츠 도구 등에 대하여 살펴보고, 웹 사이트 분석과 활용 방안 마련을 위하여 소셜 미디어 메트릭스 활용 방안을 제시한다.

축제를 성공적으로 이끌기 위한 노력가운데 축제의 배경과 의미, 행사 내용 등을 담은 축제 콘텐츠의 개발과 이를 통한 홍보는 매우 중요하다. 디지털과 인터넷의 장점을 살려 이를 매개로 하는 웹페이지와 같은 홍보 수단은 전통적인 홍보수단인 책자, TV 및 라디오 방송과 함께 중요한 축을 이루어 왔다. 디지털 홍보 수단의 가장 큰 장점은 내용의 수정 요구가 있을 때, 아날로그와 비교하여 상대적으로 매우 저렴한 비용으로도 가능하며, 재활용성도 매우 높다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 가운데 잡지의 아날로그 미디어와 디지털 미디어가 결합된 디지로그 형태의 웹진의 활용은 아날로그 미디어에 더 익숙한 사용자 층을 배려하면서도 또한 새롭고 혁신적인 미디어를 원하는 사용자 층을 위한 새로운 홍보 수단이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 서귀포 칠십리 축제의 홍보를 위한 웹진을 설계 및 개발한다. 서귀포 칠십리 축제의 홍보를 극대화하기 위해, 제주도 관광 정보 사이트에서 제공하는 있는 주요 일곱 가지의 정보제공형태를 도입하고 축제와 참가자간의 상호작용을 도울 수 있는 참여마당을 웹진에 반영하였다. 이를 통해 성공적인 서귀포 칠십리 축제의 홍보수단으로 사용될 수 있으며, 참가자에게 축제를 만끽하고 영원한 추억으로 남길 수 있는 매체로서의 역할을 다할 것으로 기대된다.

Android that was made by Google and Open Handset Alliance is the open source software toolkit for mobile phone. In a few years, Android will be used by millions of Android mobile phones and other mobile devices, and become the main platform for application developers. In this paper, the integrated login application based on Google's Android platform is developed. The main features of the mobile combination login application content based on Android are as follows. First, the application has more convenient login functionality than the functionality of general web browser as the web browser of the mobile-based applications(web browser style applications) as well as security features and faster screen(view) capability by reducing the amount of data transfer. Second, the application is so useful for management of ID and Password, and it can easily manage multiple ID information such as message, mail, profile. The results of performance evaluation of the developed application show the functionality that can login many kinds of portal sites simultaneously as well as the ability that can maintain login continuously. Currently, we are trying to develope a couple of the technologies that can insert multiple accounts into one ID and check all information on one screen.

Single Sign-On is an authentication scheme that enables a user to authenticate once and then to access to the resources of multiple software systems without re-authentication. As web services are being integrated into a single groupware, more web sites are adopting for user convenience. However, these Single Sign-On services are very dependent upon the cookies and thus, simple eavesdropping enables attackers to hiject the user's session. Even worse, the attacker who hijacked one session can move to another site through the Single Sign-On. In this paper, we show the vulnerabilities of the top ranked sites regarding this point of view and also propose a way to protect a user's session.

본 논문에서는 웹사이트에 접근하는 사용자 접근 패턴을 학습하여 정보 제공이 보다 용이한 구조로 자동 개선시켜 나가는 적응형 웹사이트를 구축하고자 한다. 즉, 기존 웹사이트의 구조를 가늠한 한 파괴하지 않는 범위 내에서 김 사이트를 변경하고자 관련성은 높으나 접근 경로가 긴 문서들의 클러스터를 찾아내고, 이들에 대한 별도의 색인 페이지를 생성하여 웹사이트 내에 위치시킨다. 이를 위하여, 먼저 대용량의 웹 서버 로그 데이터들을 대상으로 순차 패턴 탐색 방법인 AprioriAll 알고리즘을 적용함으로써 웹문서간의 충분한 연관성 지지도를 갖는 사용자 순차 접근 패턴을 분석해낸다. 사용자 순차 접근 패턴 분석을 통해 관련성 있는 문서들의 집합을 알아낸 후, 웹사이트의 하이퍼 링크 구조 정보를 고려하여 접근 경로가 긴 문서들만을 골라 웹 문서 클러스터를 생성시킨다. 이러한 웹문서 클러스터들에 대한 색인 페이지를 추가 생성하여 제공함으로써 사용자들의 보다 효과적인 정보 접근을 지원한 수 있는 웹사이트로의 변경이 가능하다.

본 논문에서는 웹에서 온라인상으로 발생되는 기록 데이터들의 연관 규칙을 구성할 수 있는 효과적인 기법을 제안하고 있다. 기본적으로, 온라인상에서 연관 규칙을 추출하는 방법은 Carma 알고리즘을 바탕으로 하였기 때문에 최대 데이터의 scan 회수를 2회로 유지하였다. 각 사용자가 방문한 웹 사이트의 수에 대하여 정규 분포를 따르는 가중치를 Phase I 알고리즘의 지지도 관련 변수에 영향을 줌으로써, lattice 의 크기를 조절하는 요소로 사용하여 처리 시간을 단축시키고 있다. 기존의 Carma 알고리즘과 제안하는 W-Carma(Weighted-Carma) 알고리즘과 처리 시간을 비교하였으며, 대량의 데이터일 경우 좋은 성능을 보이고 있다.

인터넷에 산재한 id와 개인정보들은 적절한 관리와 보호를 필요로 한다. 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스는 가입자의 id와 개인정보를 관리해 주는 서비스이다. 가입자는 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스에 가입해 id와 개인정보를 등록하면, 이 id로 한 번의 로그인 후 모든 가맹 웹 사이트를 이용할 수 있고, 개인정보의 활용에대한 통제도 할 수 있다. 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스가 도입되면 인터넷 이용이 편리해지고 id 도용을 크게줄이며, 개인정보 보호를 강화할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스의 개념과 현재 실시되고있는 서비스 동향, 관련 표준화 동향, 그리고 관련 기술 적용 사례를 소개한다. 또한 인터넷 ID 관리 분야의 연구 프로젝트를 살펴 본다.

본 논문에서는 최근 주목을 받고 있는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시스템 중 구글 앱스를 초등학교 현장에 어떻게 활용할 수 있는지 그 방안에 대해 모색해 보았다. 구글 앱스는 구글의 다양한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 중 SaaS(Software as a Service)에 해당하는 것으로써 캘린더, 메일, 문서도구, 사진, 사이트 도구, 유튜브, 지도 등의 서비스를 제공하는 것이다. 구글 앱스에서는 구글의 동일한 아이디 하나로 모든 서비스에 로그인이 가능하며 웹상에서 작업한 내용은 모두 웹에 저장되므로 언제 어디서나 네트워크에 연결된 디바이스만 있다면 활용이 가능하다. 그 뿐 아니라, 스마트폰, 태블릿 PC가 확산되고 있고 가격이 낮아짐에 따라 학생들도 활용하게 된 지금, 구글 앱스는 모바일 디바이스에도 서비스를 최적화시켰기에 학생들의 접근성이 더욱 높다. 앞으로 온라인 교육 등도 포함되면 적어도 국내에서는 교육계에 파급력이 상당하리라 생각하며 교육분야에 본격적으로 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 도입되기를 기대한다.
