다가구 및 다세대 원룸주택의 기밀성능 실측연구 (The Measurement of Airtightness Performance of Multi-Family Housing)

  • Even though a study of airtightness performance of apartment and detached house have been done constantly, there are few of studies of multi-family housing which increasing every year. Therefore, this study analyzed airtightness performance of 20 households of one room in Daejeon to investigate airtightness performance standard. All experiments were performed under the same conditions except sealing windows to investigate airtightness performance without sealing windows (natural condition) and airtightness performance with sealing windows of studio apartment. As results, (1) average ACH50 without sealing windows was 19.2/h for pressurization, and 12.8/h for depressurization and (2) average ACH50 with sealing windows was 16.0/h for pressurization, and 10.7/h for depressurization and ACH50 in both condition, ACH50 under pressurization was about 50% higher than that under depressurization. Throughout this experiment, we can figure out that about 16% of air infiltration rate is occurred in windows, and the other 84% is occurred in rest of places such as Junction structure, socket and ventilating opening.

  • 2010년 인구주택총조사 결과로 가장 변화가 심하게 나타난 내용으로는 가구구조변화와 1인 가구의 지속적 증가였다. 이로 인하여 주택시장은 다음과 같은 변화가 예상된다. 첫째, 4인 가구 중심에서 2인 가구 중심으로 변화는 중대형아파트 중심에서 중소형아파트 중심으로 주택시장이 개편될 것이다. 둘째, 1인 가구 비중의 지속적인 증가는 임대시장의 지속적인 확대가 예상된다. 셋째, 1인 가구 비중의 지속적인 증가로 소비자의 니즈에 부합한 다가구 원룸주택, 오피스텔, 도시형생활주택 등 다양한 임대시장이 호황시대가 올 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a practical planning guide for the actual conditions and the preference by user characteristics in one-room housing. The data collected through questionnaire surveys from the residents of one-room housing in kangnam & sinchon. 259 samples we collected and are analyzed by using SPSS-PC. The results are follows : 1) Students: Students prefer monthly rent, down town, of officetel type, 8-l0py room size, and semi-furnished 2)Business men: They prefer multi function housing mixed office and residence, down town, officetel type, 11-l5py, and fully furnished housing. 3)Newly marriged couples: Ordinary habitation site, apt type, 16-l8py ,and 5: 5 division of space(bedroom:others) 4) Old age: normal habitation site, residence-commerce complex building type, middle corridor type, and 11-l5py. 5)Couple+child: lease of deposit basis, apt complex site, and 16-l8py.

주택 평면을 통한 원룸 주거 공간 분석 - 사례를 중심으로 - (Analysis of Living Space of One Room Housing Through Plan of House)

  • This study analyzes the physical environments of studio-housing and suggests alternative solutions for the problems of studio-housing. Based on solving the problems of it through previous research review, the research methods are decided on-site survey and the housing floor plan analysis. The results of this study are follows. First, parking lots make passengers uncomfortable. Narrow spaces between buildings cause problems in terms of light, ventilation, and privacy. Moreover, the short of green space makes living conditions less amenable. Second, the narrow corridors of studio-housing buildings bring about bad effects on walking and privacy. The living conditions becomes worse due to the illegal remodeling. Third, even though a multi-family housing provision for low or middle-income families is a good housing policy, new design policies or interventions are needed to make residents' behavior comfortable.

원룸주거의 현실과 과제에 관한 연구 (A Study of Current Conditions and Future Tasks of One-room Housing)

  • This study tries to provide fundamental policy information for one-room housing by analyzing current living conditions of one-room housing near a university. For this purpose, this study conducts on-site survey as well as residents' survey. The main findings are follows. First, some one-room houses have been converted from single-family houses. Pilotis are often used as parking lots in newly built one-room houses. There are illegal equipments and illegal parkings around one-room village. Second, residents satisfy with proximity to workplace. However, they show strong dissatisfaction with physical environment such as noise, air flow, waste disposals. In particular, they feel very uncomfortable with gloomy lights and fear about potential crime. Third, residents like their independent lives, but complain about narrow living space and unprotected privacy. In addition, many of them feel lonely due to lack of public space in which residents can communicate.

  • This study is intended to analyze the preference of one-room apartment according to the type of life style of single people between 20 and 30 years age. The major findings were as follows: 1) The single people prefer the one-roon apartment(90.2%). 2) The Life styles were classified into 5 types: tradition preservation. self-fulfillment, fashion-pursuit. economy priority. convenience-pursuit. 3) The preference of a one room apartment is strongly influenced by all types of life styles regardless of tradition preservation.

원룸 도시형 생활주택 거주자의 수납가구 사용 요구에 관한 연구 - 1인 가구의 라이프스타일 유형을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Demand of Storage Furniture for Residents in a One-room Studio - Focused on One-person Household's Lifestyle -)

  • The number of one-person households has increased because of social and economic changes in Korea. The purpose of this study is to figure out the need for different types of furniture plans, based on life styles, that minimize undesired dead spaces for those individuals who live by themselves in a one-room studio. Residents of Busan, who are in their 20 to 40 s, answered questionnaires provided by the researchers. 156 questionnaires were analyzed through a statistical process by using SPSS Win 18.0K. The major findings are as follows: (1) The subject's lifestyles were classified into five lifestyle factors: the self-actualizing lifestyle factor, the well-being pursuing lifestyle factor, the open and sociable lifestyle factor, the stable and convenient lifestyle factor, and the information-oriented lifestyle factor. (2) These factors contributed to five lifestyle groups with common characteristic: the 'self-actualizing group' has a positive attitude about self-improvement and most subjects in this group are professionals. The 'well-being pursuing group' has a positive attitude about comfort living. The 'open and sociable lifestyle group' mostly consisted of students who are very positive in regards to accepting new trends. The 'stable and convenient lifestyle group' values stability and convenience in their life. The 'information-oriented group' pursues a lifestyle substantially depending on obtaining online and off-line information.
