CSA(Control Self Assessment) is a new internal control technique whose objective is to control the human resource performance, the manager's philosophy, the business ethics, the effective communication and decision making etc. The purpose of this study is to find out if the CSA improve the quality of internal control. With the questionnaire method the following conclusions are reached. 1) Level of the management supports influence the level of the workshop participation. 2) Anonymity during the workshop session influences the level of workshop participation. 3) Level of the organizational committment influences the level of the participation 4) The level of workshop performance significantly influences the level of internal contro improvement.

This research aims to analyze the reciprocal relation between 'history from below' and archives and to set forth the overall tides of records management in England. For the Study, the articles published in the History Workshop Journal were analyzed. They used public records and private records such as newspapers, diaries, letters and oral records. Consequently Various kinds of community archives have recently flourished in England and endeavour is being made to expand the horizon of records management by TNA. This can be assessed as a new sort of soil for the history from below.

Based on the capabilities of smartphone cameras which have developed rapidly in recent decades, coupled with and the global market penetration rate, it will study the possibility of various international exchanges through smartphone filmmaking. This aims to achieve a civilian-oriented cultural exchange, instead of simply providing capital-oriented exchanges and film production education. The Smartphone Film Workshop was held as an auxiliary event of the Korea-Vietnam Film Festival, which ran from November 17 to 22, 2017. The three-day workshop, which took place within the festival period, drew attention for its international collaboration project between Korean film directors and Vietnamese film students. The researcher conducted practical-based research while participating as a mentor at this workshop. A step-by-step approach to the entire process of production and post-production was administered, including workshop team composition, scenario, and pre-production in Korea such as shooting equipment, schedule, completion of local works, and screening. Through an analysis of exchange cases at international workshops, we will use trial and error as ways to improve and consider the results of cultural exchanges and the effects of future expectations. Taking this empirical case study into account, we anticipate more active international exchanges through the smartphone workshops.

Animation is an important tool to establish the identity of mutually related countries, as cultural contents with the economic value. That is, it is necessary that the Korean animation should extend the previous boundary of exchange, for the status of representative cultural industry in the 21st century global market. Especially, to overcome the regionally prejudiced and unbalanced cultural exchange, the possibility of extension with Czech animation, which has not had an active exchange with Korea, will be considered and the efficient method will be proposed. The Czech Republic is geopolitically located in the center of Europe and its infrastructure like industrial construction, investment environment, human resources is outstanding among Visegrad Group. The Czech Republic has a remarkable cultural border-crossing phenomenon, and as a complex country of cultural and religious characteristics of eastern and western European, it is a powerful nation leading Central Europe. Therefore, the animation exchange of Czech and Korea is valuable in culture and economy of both nations. Through such an animation exchange of both nations, not only Korean animation secures the diversity of exchange but also insignificant cultural exchange after formal establishment of diplomatic relations in 1990, will be revitalized and international firm relationship of both nations will be established. Therefore, as an activation plan or cultural exchange of Korea and the Czech Republic, concrete plan like Stop Motion Animation Workshop is proposed.

I will introduce robotics education, Novel Engineering, STOMP have hosted in CEEO at Tufts University. CEEO is a leading center for Robotics Education in all over the USA. So far lots of universities and centers have adopted these programs. CEEO have hosted many workshops for students and teachers every summer vacation. And Simple Robotics course is required for every Engineering department freshmen. Novel Engineering(NE) is not familiar to us. I think that NE will be a good tool for integrating reading literacy and engineering. When teachers design a engineering class, members of STOMP help teachers achieve the goals of class. Software Education has been widely spreaded for last several years in South Korea. If our country adopts these programs government-widely. I think that It will be able to contribute to foster SW-talented persons.

본고에서는 전력계통 운전에서 대단히 중요한 분야인 신뢰도 제어분야에 대한 전문가 시스템의 적용에 대하여 현재까지의 연구상황과 적용사례를 소개하고 당면 연구개발 과제와 장래 전망을 간단히 기술하였다. 전문가 시스템 연구는 일본과 구미각국에서 활발히 연구되고 있으며 매년 수십개씩의 특수전문가 시스템 개발용 쉘(Shell)이 상품화 되어 쏟아져 나오고 있으며 전문가 시스템 개발용 Tool도 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 관련 회사들이 경쟁적으로 개발 보급하고 있는 상황이므로 수년내에 전문가 시스템의 활용도가 기존 프로그램 활용도와 비슷한 수준으로 급속히 성장할 것으로 예상된다. 전문가 시스템의 응용은 모든 산업분야에 걸쳐 광범위하게 적용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 기술집약적 두뇌산업분야에 걸쳐 광범위하게 적용될 수 있을 뿐 만아니라 기술집약적 두뇌산업이므로 국가전략산업으로의 육성이 시스템 응용을 위한 한미 워크숍이 개최되어 양국의 활발한 기술교류가 이루어졌으며 국내외적으로 연구분위기가 성숙되어 있는 만큼 국내에서도 전력계통 신뢰도 제어분야에도 전문가 시스템 도입을 위한 연구가 활성화 될 수 있길 바라는 바이다.
