To investigate the current status of Sex Education for children with Developmental Disabilities and to effectively operate Sex Education programs, 12 teachers working in special education institutions and childcare services for Children with Developmental Disabilities were selected. Focus Groups Interview were conducted to identify opinions and requirements on the three themes through literature review. In the case of Sex Education for Children with Developmental Disabilities, difficulties in operating Sex Education were identified because the direction of education was inconsistent and individual characteristics and needs were not taken into account.

Group counseling in elementary school is very unique in many respects due to the fact that is targets young people from the aspects of realizing educational goals and solving problems. Because it targets children who are undergoing development process, group counseling of the preventive nature is required even more. The reality, however, is that the group counseling in elementary school is carried out during the "left-over" time such as the time allocated for extracurricular activities. Worse yet, if there the homeroom teachers are not willing, then even this is not carried out. Moreover, method used for group counseling is simply re-configuration or modification of the consultation method used for adults regardless of the fact that it is necessary to develop diverse group counseling programs due to the characteristics of the children. To improve these problems, this research paper suggests the basic frame that this type of program needs, and held extensive discussions with sixteen teachers who were pursuing their master's degree for holding group counseling in elementary schools. As a result, consensus was developed that research of demand, contents configuration, organization, operation and evaluation are crucial for developing group counseling program in elementary school. And the results are to be used as important back-up material for the development of new program by holding detailed discussions on the above mentioned five topics. Furthermore, this paper presents the direction for the development of program going forth by evaluating the group counseling program in elementary school conducted in Korea to this day, and mentions the challenges that lie ahead.

In this study, evaluation factors for effective operation are classified to goal-operation strategy, human and physical resources, incubating services, and networking program in business incubator. And, the success strategies of supporting these are classified to construction of industry-academy-laboratory networking system, specification and specialization, finance independence, and appointment of special operation staff in business. We are also presented the priority of success strategy based on the results of analysing by enterprises in business incubator, enterprises graduated form business incubator, and director of business incubator by applying the evaluation model using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique proposed in this paper. Finally, we are suggested the concrete propelling schemes of success strategy.

본 연구에서는 K-water에서 수문관측용으로 무궁화 5호 위성을 이용하여 홍수예보망의 원격 데이터 취득하는데 있어서, 효율적인 위성통신망 운영을 위하여 위성 수신신호 분석용 프로그램을 자체 개발하여 모니터링하고 있으며, 이를 통하여 수신신호가 낮은 관측국에 대한 문제점 제시와 해결방안을 모색코자 하였다.

김치에 대한 올바른 이해와 김치 소비를 촉진하기 위해 관련 기관에서 체험 활동을 운영하고 있지만 주로 단순 김치 담그기 체험에 국한 되어 있어 대상별 특성을 고려한 체험 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 미래 김치 소비의 주체인 아동들이 김치에 대한 긍정적 이미지와 친숙함을 갖게 하기 위해 김치와 과학 실험 활동을 융합한 체험 콘텐츠를 개발하였다.

자바의 가장 중요한 특성 중 하나는 플랫폼 독립성이다. 즉, 자바가상머신(Java Virtual Machine: JVM)이 탑재된 모든 플랫폼에서 운영체제의 종류와 상관없이 Java로 작성된 프로그램을 수행시킬 수 있다는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 각각의 플랫폼에 맞는 JVM이 적재되어야 한다. 본 논문에서 구현하게 될 가비지 콜렉션은 JVM의 성능을 좌우하는 중요한 요소이다. 가비지 콜렉션을 구현할 때 이용되는 알고리즘에는 여러 가지가 있다. 본 논문은 stop-copy와 마크-회수 알고리즘에 대해서 설명하고, 마크-회수 알고리즘을 개선한 마크-회수 압축 알고리즘을 이용한 가비지 콜렉션의 설계 및 구현한 내용을 기술하고 있다.

This study was performed in order to find implications for further activating the reading discussion program by conducting a Havruta-based reading discussion program for elementary school students in the library, by measuring and analyzing the effect on the participants. The results of the study are as follows: First, as a result of comparative analysis between the pre- and post-scores on the effectiveness of the Havruta reading discussion program, it was found that the average score of the post-test was high. Second, as a result of analyzing the differences in the changes in the results of the pre-survey compared to the post-survey according to the general characteristics of the participants, it was found that there were significant differences in the characteristics of 'interest in reading' for the 'critical thinking ability' factor, the characteristics of 'average monthly reading capacity' for the 'critical thinking ability' factor, the characteristics of 'academic performance' for the 'research ability' factor, and the characteristics of 'gender', 'academic performance', and 'interest in reading' for the 'persuasive ability' factor. Third, as a result of analyzing how the effects of the Havruta reading discussion program are affected by the constituent factors of reading and discussion ability, it was found that the factors 'critical reading ability' and 'critical thinking ability' had an effect. As a result, it was identified that there are effects and advantages of the Havruta-based reading discussion program in the library.

최근 정부가 저탄소 녹색성장을 새로운 국정비전으로 제시하고 혁신적 그린에너지 기술개발을 위해 연평균 20%이상의 R&D 예산을 증액하고 있는 상황에서 연구개발결과의 상용화율 제고를 위한 연구기획, 평가, 관리시스템의 개선이 시급한 실정이다. 특히 선진국의 경우 최근 3년간 에너지분야 R&D의 상용화율이 미국 35.9%, 유럽 46.8%로서 24.2%인 한국에 비해 매우 높다고 할 수 있다. 이와같은 격차가 존재하는 것에 대해서 다양한 요인을 생각해볼 수 있겠지만, 크게 시장적인 또는 산업적인 측면에서의 중요도를 기준으로 연구과제를 선정하지 못하고 있다는 점과 연구개발결과를 효율적으로 사업화하고 있지 못하고 있다는 점을 생각해볼 수 있다. 특히 에너지 분야는 대규모 자금의 초기소요 및 개발기술 상용화기간의 장기화등으로 인해 사업화 실적이 타산업대비 매우 저조한 편이다. 이와같은 연구결과의 사업화와 관련된 문제점을 극복하기 위한 노력으로 국내에서 다양한 형태의 기술사업화 지원프로그램이 운영괴고 있으나, 에너지 분야에 특화된 프로그램은 부족한 상황이다. 반면에 미국의 경우, 재생에너지 R&D분야 전문투자자 그룹인 클린테크그룹 등을 중심으로 2002년부터 현재까지 다수의 녹색기술분야에 특화된 기술사업화 지원 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 그 결과 현재까지 약 9년간 총 16억$의 투자유치에 성공함으로써 민간투자 활성화 역할을 담당하고 있다. 따라서 국내의 경우에도 이와같은 에너지 R&D 결과를 효과적으로 사업화로 연계시킬 수 있는 관련 프로그램 등이 시급히 도입되어야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 국내의 사업화 부진문제를 해결하기 위한 하나의 방안으로서 올해부터 정부주관으로 시행되고 있는 녹색인증사업을 활용하여 사업화가 유망한 기술 및 기업을 선별하고, 이에 대해 사업화 지원을 위한 후속프로그램을 적극 지원함으로써 연구개발결과의 경제적 활용도를 획기적으로 개선하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 사업화 지원프로그램의 효율성을 높이기 위해 수도권, 영남권, 호남권 등 지역별 TP 등을 중심으로 기술사업화 협력 네트워크를 구축하고, 이를 기반으로 한 수요기술조사, 기술마케팅, 투자자유치 등의 관련프로그램을 개발하여 전단의 시스템과 융합시킴으로써 향후의 정부주도 R&D결과의 상용화율을 제고할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 이에는 에너지 R&D분야별 기술적 시장적 특징분석, 지역별 산업특성과 기술공급 서플라이 체인분석을 토대로 한 기술이전 잠재수요기업 투자자를 대상으로 한 맞춤형 기술사업화 프로그램 등이 포함된다. 마지막으로 제안된 시스템에 대한 타당성 검증을 위해 올해년도에 시행한 녹색인증 기술사업화 연계프로그램 및 기술사업화 협력네트워크 활용사례 등을 분석하고, 향후 발전방향으로서 기술사업화 유관기관간간 기술사업화 정보교환 및 사업화 유망기술 기업 마케팅 등을 기본내용으로 한 시장지향적 녹색에너지 R&D 관리 시스템 구축방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Human resources specialized in product development (PD) being essential in industry to enhance their competitiveness in the market with differentiated products, the PD curricula of domestic universities are in need of restructuring to better provide a comprehensive and diverse spectrum of knowledge as well as practical experiences for PD. We compared the PD curricula of selected domestic and foreign universities and identified advanced features of PD curricula. The major portion of the information used in our benchmarking of the seven, three domestic and four foreign, universities is obtained through their official websites. At domestic universities, the PD curricula comes in different sizes and is administered at the departmental level. On the other hand, each foreign university has her own unique form of PD curricula which is formulated on the firm basis of multidisciplinary collaboration among schools of Engineering, Management, and Arts with diversified program options ranging from giving course credits to offering various certificates and degrees. The industrial sponsorship in the form of financial support and mentorship at foreign universities is much more noticeable than at domestic universities. The survey results of the present study can be effectively utilized to develop an effective PD curriculum.

Healthcare and data science are often linked through finances as the industry attempts to reduce its expenses with the help of large amounts of data. Data science and medicine are rapidly developing, and it is important that they advance together. Data science is a driving force in transition of healthcare systems from treatment-oriented to preventive care in healthcare 3.0 era. It enables customized precision-based medicine that current healthcare systems cannot facilitate, and discovers more cost-effective treatment. Currently, healthcare big data is in the reality of medical institution, public health, medical academia, pharmaceutical sector as well as insurance agency. With this motivation, the medical college of Soonchunhyang university has performed a 'healthcare data science initiative(HDSI)' since 2014. Most of domestic HDSI programs focus on short-term contents such as mentoring and sharing cases for data science. Therefore, it is difficult to provide education tailored to the level of skills and job competency required at the practical site. Soonchunhyang HDSI implemented specialized strategies for improving resilience and response to changes in the IT education of current healthcare with the emphasis on the need for systematic activation of the practical HDSI. The HDSI has been performed as a part of on industry-academic link program in CK-1. Through quantitative and qualitative analysis, this paper discussed the HDSI process, performance, achievement, and implications.
