The web, which is most actively used in the internet environment, is changing educational system. Students usually prefer the interactive and multimedia learning aids based on web applications and web media to static web pages. The former is known to enhance the effectiveness of learning. This paper proposes a study system which involves effective adaptation to the various changing factors of learners' progress and the corresponding automated evaluation system. Conventional evaluation utilizes normalized method, where the learning objectives generally set by the instructors or educational operators/administrators are usually pursued rather than the interest of the individual learners, which is not ideal for the computer-based learning. Web-based project-oriented learning system provokes the mutual participations among the users, operators, and administrators in understanding the jobs to be performed and the effort to enhance the progressive developments of knowledge and application capabilities. In this Paper, an automated evaluation system is implemented, where the instructors and web-operators/administrators work as hosts for education. The learners take advantage of user-oriented comparative learning and pattern design. The design and implementation of the project-oriented evaluation methods performed in the internet/intranet environments are discussed.

The present study applied the IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) to derive several practical alternatives for the improvement of Chuncheon Silver Orchestra program using IPA(importance-performance analysis). Most importantly, this work performed a comparative study using sample data collected from two groups of silver member(N=53) and program operator(N=32). A careful literature review leaded to the development of six types of evaluation sectors, including 'connection with the local community', 'budget operation', 'program operation', 'manpower operation', 'public relations strategy' as well as 'environment for program operation'. This work further devised twenty-two evaluation items. The results indicated that silver member group rated 'manpower operation' the highest in their both perceived importance and performance. Program operator group rated 'budget operation' and 'manpower operation' rated the highest in their perceived importance and performance, respectively. The results form IPA matrix analysis provides an important implication that much efforts and interests should be sustainably given from the perspective of the silver member group and the program operator group coupled with four types of IPA quadrant, accordingly.

다양한 정보보호체계가 운영되고 있지만, 방화벽과 침입탐지시스템이 가장 많이 운영되고 있는 실정에서, 본 논문에서는 방화벽 관리자의 차단로그 분석을 효율적으로 지원하면서, 방화벽에 의해 차단되어 침입탐지시스템이 탐지하지 못해 관리자가 지나칠 우려가 있는 공격행위를 방화벽을 통해 인지할 수 있는 방안을 구성했다. 이를 통해 관리자는 침입탐지시스템과 함께 네트워크를 통한 스캔 및 DOS 등의 공격을 방화벽을 통해 인지할 수 있어 안정적인 네트워크 운영이 가능하다.

The authentication technologies used to access computers in both IT and operational technology (OT) network areas include ID/PW, public certificate, and OTP. These authentication technologies can be seen as reflecting the nature of the business-driven IT network. The same authentication technologies is used in SCADA control networks where the operational technology is centered. However, these authentication technologies do not reflect the characteristics of the OT control network environment, which requires strict control. In this paper, we proposed a new enhanced user authentication method suitable for the OT SCADA control network centered on control information processing, utilizing the physical terminal address and operator location information characteristics of the operator's mobile terminal and control network.

Children's food allergies are increasing every year, and the proportion of children who go to childcare centers is also on the rise due to the increase of women's social activities. In this study, the directors of home childcare centers in C city was supposed to investigate the current status of food allergy management and its knowledge, attitude, and practice, and to prepare basic data for safe feeding of children. The study found that there were not many opportunities for teachers and cooking staffs to learn about food allergies compared to the director of childcare center, and that the directors with experience of education are desirable in knowledge, attitude and practice of food allergy management. Therefore, the government should provide education on food allergies by using various contents and media tailored to each level of directors, teacher, and cooking staff, and provide continuous promotion and support to ensure proper management of food allergies in childcare centers.

한국과학기술정보연구원에서는 슈퍼컴퓨터 5호기 시스템인 누리온 시스템을 국내 연구자들에게 서비스를 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 누리온 시스템의 서비스 현황과 관련된 다양한 정보를 표출하는 웹기반 데시보드를 구축함으로써, 이를 활용하여 운영자, 의사 결정자들에게 제공하고자 한다. 이를 통해서 운영자들은 시스템의 현재 서비스 상태를 실시간으로 확인 할 수 있으며, 의사 결정자들은 연구원의 대표 서비스인 슈퍼컴퓨터 서비스의 주요 활용 지표를 쉽게 확인 할수 있도록 하였다. 또한 구축된 데시보드를 홍보관에 표출함으로써 방문객들에게 국가초고성능컴퓨팅센터의 가치 전파 및 인지도 제고를 위해서 사용할 수 있을 것이다.

반도체 칩 부족에 따른 신차 생산 중단 및 중고차 가격 급상승, 항구 파업으로 수입 차량 인도 지연 등 예측 불가능한 사회 현상이 빈번히 발생하는 상황에서도 신속히 대응하며 운영해야하는 자동차 딜러쉽의 총괄 관리자 역할은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 캐나다 온타리오 주 내 현대자동차 딜러쉽을 대표하는 8명의 지점장들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. AHP 기법을 통해 총괄 관리자에게 가장 중요한 핵심 역량을 파악하였고, 의사 결정, 직원과의 관계, 코칭 및 멘토링 등이 핵심 역량으로 도출되었다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 채용 과정에서 평가 지표로 활용될 수 있고, 현직 총괄 관리자들의 역량 향상을 위한 교육 시스템 구축 및 적용을 통해 딜러쉽의 성공적인 운영과 더 큰 성과 창출에도 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

클라우드 VTS 통합플랫폼에 대한 표준운영절차서(SOP) 개발은 클라우드 VTS 통합플랫폼의 안정적인 운영과 효율성 강화를 위해 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 VTS 매뉴얼과 이미 설치되어 안정적으로 운영되고 있는 타 안전 클라우드 서비스 분야의 사례를 조사·분석하였으며, 클라우드 VTS 통합플랫폼 운영을 위한 SOP의 필수요소들과 주요 항목들을 도출하였다. 또한 30년 이상 경력의 VTS 관제사, 시스템 개발 전문가들의 평가를 통해 클라우드 VTS 표준운영절차서를 연구 개발하였다. 이를 통해, 향후 도입될 클라우드 기반 차세대 VTS 통합플랫폼의 관리자 및 운영자들이 일관성 있는 업무를 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

컴퓨터와 멀티미디어, 네트워크 기술의 발달을 바탕으로 웹 기반 교육이 출현하였고 기존 교실 중심수업의 한계를 뛰어 넘는 교육적 잠재성에 교육 운영자 및 학습자는 많은 기대를 하게 되었다. 웹을 이용한 학습은 자기주도적인 학습이 가능하고 학습자와 교수자 간의 상호 보완적인 학습이 이루어질 수 있다는 장점이 있기 때문이다. 이러한 웹 기반 학습을 효과적으로 운영하기 위해서는 개별 교육기관 자체적으로 개발한 학습관리시스템(Learning Management System;LMS)이 필요하다. 학습자들에게 양질의 온라인 콘텐츠를 제공하고자 하는 교사들을 위해 개발된 학습관리시스템 중 하나가 Moodle LMS이다. Moodle LMS는 소스가 공개되어 있어 누구나 필요한 사람은 소스를 개선, 확장, 활용할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문은 Moodle LMS를 활용하여 학습자가 원활하게 토론에 참여할 수 있는 토론 시스템을 설계하였다.

플랜트와 같은 대형 기계설비의 운영 시 발생하는 사고 피해를 최소화하고 조속한 정상화를 위해서는, 운영자 또는 초기 대응자가 예상치 못한 사고에 대처할 수 있는 능력을 향상시키기 위한 현장 운영자에 대한 훈련 기술이 필요하다. 이러한 훈련 과정은 실제 플랜트 현장에서 수행하기가 현실적으로 어렵기 때문에, 시뮬레이션 기술을 사용한 모의 훈련 및 평가기술이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 가상현실 안전훈련 시뮬레이터의 설계 및 개발과정과, 체감형 훈련을 가능케하는 휴먼 인터페이스의 적용 및 통합 과정에 대해 소개한다.
