The global automotive industry has suffered various crises such as products defects and unethical company management. In order to examine the effectiveness of crisis communication strategy of an automotive company with Chinese consumers who occupy the largest proportion in the global market, this research analyzed the influences of crisis responsibility, crisis types, and crisis communication strategy on attitudes to a company, intentions of negative communication, and intentions to participate in a boycott. A 2(crisis responsibility: high/low) × 2(crisis types: corporate ability/corporate crisis responsibility) × 2(strategy: defensive/accommodative) experimental design was conducted with 1,600 Chinese students in Seoul. High crisis responsibility and corporate social responsibility crises were related to unfavorable attitudes to a company, higher intentions of negative communication, and higher intentions to participate in a boycott. Crisis responsibility and communication strategy showed a significant interaction. When crisis responsibility was high, the accommodative strategy was more effective than the defensive strategy. When crisis responsibility was low, there was no difference between the strategies. Corporate social responsibility crises found no difference between the strategies regardless of the crisis responsibility level. In the case of corporate ability crises, the accommodative strategy was more effective for the high crisis responsibility crisis.

Recently, Japan's territorial claims over the Dokdo Islands and history distortion have provoked the national sentiment of the Koreans. These events make worse political and economic relations between two countries and carry out a demonstration urging a boycott of Japanese goods. This study examines the effects of Korean consumers' ethnocentrism and animosity toward Japan on the product satisfaction perceived after using the Japanese products and repurchase intention. The author hypothesize that animosity toward Japan will affect negatively repurchase intention and positively consumer ethnocentrism, and ethnocentrism will affect negatively product satisfaction as well as repurchase intention Covariance structural equation modeling supports the model and animosity has significant impacts on repurchase intention and consumer ethnocentrism respectively.

I began to produce a series of works based upon the plastic element as a visual transmission -such as points, lines, sides, volumes and cubics, movements with in time, and space- which appeared in the optical art, that emerged in the 1950s and the early 1960. My works, which portray the natural scenes such as mountains, trees, and flowers that are commonly seen around us, are completed by drawing, erasing, filling with many points and overlapping. My works also ignore the scenography. All artistic activities must be based upon humanistic values and ultimately need to work for human being. The work with application of opt art did not use the perspective, but diverse colors. The work with application of opt art did not use the perspective, but diverse colors. The work tried to express more diverse impression rather than the emotion from the familiar perspective. We hope, therefore, my works give pleasure and satisfaction to these who come to see them.

This study investigated the current state of Korean Maker Movement and explored the ways for activating Maker Movement in Korea. To do this purpose, we analyzed the data of 'A survey of the Korea Maker Movement in the second half of 2018', conducted by Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science & Creativity involved 20's~50's Koreans. As a results, first, awareness, interest and behavior intention of Maker Movement was not high in Korea. Second, there were significant different between participants and non-participants of Maker Community in Maker awareness and Maker activities. Third, the positive relation between Maker Community participation and Maker Orientation is parallel multiple mediated by Maker activating motives such as fun, relieving stress, expressing own idea, saving cost, social recognition. Lastly, based upon the results, we presented several ways to activate Maker Movement in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the psychological well-being of Pilates class participants and their intention to continue exercising by examining the passion for leisure of Pilates participants who continue to exercise while taking risks during COVID-19 pandemic. The subjects were 285 Pilates participants. For data processing, SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used, and frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted. In addition, path analysis was SEM and the bootstrapping method was used to examine the mediating effect of psychological well-being in the relationship between the passion for leisure and intention to continue exercising. First, passionate behavior had a positive effect on psychological well-being. Second, passionate behavior had a positive effect on exercise continuity. Third, psychological well-being had a positive effect on exercise continuity. Fourth, psychological well-being played a partial mediating role in the relationship between passionate behavior and exercise continuity.

최근에 측정할 수 있는 상태만을 피드백하여 시스템의 극점을 의도한 영역에 배치하는 상수들의 영역을 찾아내는 방법이 제시되었고, 비행체의 제어에 적용한 결과가 발표되었다. 이 방법은 근궤적법과 극점배치법의 단점을 상호 보완하며 견실성(Robustness)에 대한 판단을 용이하게 할 뿐 아니라 컴퓨터를 사용하여 쉽게 설계에 이용될 수 있는 장점이 있다. 그러나 S 평면상에 배치되는 각각의 극점쌍의 위치를 제어 상수들의 조합으로 부터 유추해내기 어렵고, 중요하지 않은 극점이 의도하는 영역밖에 있는 경우에는 적용하는데 난점이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 이 방법을 확장하여 S 평면상에 배치되는 복소극점쌍의 위치를 제어상수 평면에서 간단하게 유추할 수 있고, 이득여유 위상여유를 동시에 고려할 수 있는 제어상수 영역 그래프법을 제시하고 노드롭(Northrop) 항공사의 시험용 비행기를 대상으로 하여 종방향운동 제어기의 설계 예를 보인다.

This study was conducted to identify the related factors of cancer preventive behaviors for adolescent smokers. Data were collected from September 1st 2012 to March 31st 2013 of 200 adolescent smokers who were participating in smoking cessation school at W hospital in B city. As a results, there were significant differences in cancer preventive behaviors by grade, religion, benefit, barrier, perceived health status, daily living, alcohol, exercise, nicotine dependency, first smoking age, smoking duration and non-smoking intention. Cancer preventive behaviors were weakly negative related to knowledge about cancer, And there is weakly positive correlation between cancer preventive behaviors and attitude about cancer. Meaningful variables which explain cancer preventive behaviors were daily living, barrier, grade, exercise, benefit, knowledge about cancer, smoking cessation intention in order. Total explanation power was 30.6% and daily living has most explanation power. In conclusion, It is necessary to encourage sound hobbies and exercise instead of smoking for adolescent smokers in their daily living. And health education programmes, based on the grade and smoking cessation intention of adolescent smokers, need to be developed to emphasize the benefit of cancer preventive behaviors, and to decrease barriers against those behaviors.

This study paid attention to the notable increase of the use of diet/exercise apps on smartphones. Based on channel expansion theory and technology acceptance model (TAM), this study investigated how three predictors-Internet information use efficacy, Internet information credibility, smartphone use efficacy-affected one's attitude toward and intention to use diet/exercise apps. Results from a path analysis indicated that Internet information use efficacy and smartphone use efficacy positively predict the perceived ease of use of diet/exercise apps. Internet information credibility positively predicts the perceived usefulness of such apps. Moreover, there were gender differences in the effects of both Internet information use efficacy and Internet information credibility on the perceived usefulness of diet/exercise apps.

In this paper, we proposed a new mesh editing algorithm based on the motion between two sample meshes. First, the motion vectors are defined as the derivation vector of the corresponding vertices on the sample meshes. Then, the motion feature vectors are extracted between the motion vectors. The motion feature vectors represent the similarity of the vertex motion in a local mesh surface. When a mesh structure is forced by an external motion of anchor vertices, the deformed mesh geometry is obtained by minimizing the cost function with preserving the motion feature vectors. Simulation results demonstrated that the proposed algorithm yields visually pleasing editing results.
