기업들은 IT 아웃소싱을 통하여 급속한 IT의 변화에 대하여 신속히 적응하고, IT 구축 및 운영 비용을 효율적으로 절감하고 있으며, 특히 IT의 전략적 가치가 주요해짐에 따라 아웃소싱을 통하여 서비스 품질을 향상시키고, 핵심역량에 집중하고자 노력하고 있다. 공기업에서도 최근의 정부의 민간위탁에 대한 적극적인 제도 지원에 의해 IT 아웃소싱이 활성화되고 있으나, 이에 따른 의사결정을 위해서는 민간 부문과는 다른 요인들이 고려되어야 한다. 지금까지 많은 연구가 주로 위험요인, 조직요인, 도입목적 등의 단편적인 요인들을 제시하는 수준이었기 때문에 실질적인 의사 결정에 있어서는 활용성이 부족하므로, 본 연구에서는 실질적인 의사결정을 지원할수 있도록, 기존 연구들을 바탕으로 IT 아웃소싱 의사 결정의 전범위에 걸친 체계적인 의사결정 모형을 제시하고, 각 의사결정단계에서 우선적으로 고려해야 하는 요인들을 구체적으로 나타내고자, IT 아웃소싱의 의사결정 영역을 네가지로 분류하고, 고려해야 할 55개의 요인들을 문헌연구들을 통하여 도출하였다. 그리고, 11명의 전문가 집단을 구성하여 각 의사결정 영역별로 주요한 요인들을 도출하였다. 또한, 공기업 M사 사례를 통하여 IT 아웃소싱 의사결정 프로세스의 실례를 보여줌으로써 향후 활용방안을 제시하고 있다.

In this paper, we analyze accident factors that occur in the unloading of steel cargoes and try to derive priority of importance among factors. The Fuzzy-AHP, which enables hierarchical analysis through pairwise comparison of factors, is used to derive priorities of safety factors to consider when unloading steel cargo. In the top factor analysis results, weights were ranked in order of human factors, safety education, equipment and facilities, and business environment. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the improvement of the safety consciousness of the field workers and enterprises and to reduce the incidence of accidents in the unloading and unloading operations by deriving the relative importance between the factors. In the future, it is necessary to study the cargoes of other disasters such as container cargo as well as steel cargo.

In this study, we tried to find out port safety from various perspectives through news data that can be easily accessed by the general public and domestic academic journal data that reflects the insights of port researchers. Non-negative Matrix Factorization(NMF) based topic modeling was conducted using Python to derive the main topics for each data, and then semantic analysis was conducted for each topic. The news data mainly derived natural and environmental factors among port safety risk factors, and the academic journal data derived security factors, mechanical factors, human factors, environmental factors, and natural factors. Through this, the need for strategies to strengthen the safety of domestic ports, such as strengthening the resilience of port safety, improve safety awareness to broaden the public's view of port safety, and conduct research to develop the port industry environment into a safe and specialized mature port. As a result, this study identified the main factors to be improved and provided basic data to develop into a mature port with a port safety culture.

현재 플랜트 산업이 해외 건설 부문에서 차지하는 비중은 해외 건설 수주액의 60% 이상에 달하고 있다. 하지만 시공부문의 높은 기술경쟁력에 비하여 고부가가치 창출이 가능한 설계부문은 그 기술이 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 플랜트산업의 우수설계능력 확보를 위하여 플랜트 설계단계의 성공에 대한 정의를 내리고, 플랜트 설계업무를 분석한 뒤, 설문조사를 통하여 플랜트 설계단계 프로세스의 업무별 중요도를 파악하였다. 또한 이렇게 파악된 중요도 점수를 공정관리 프로그램에 적용하였고, 이를 바탕으로 제시된 결과에 대한 전문가의 검토를 통하여 최종적으로 플랜트 설계단계의 핵심성공요인(CSF)을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 플랜트 설계단계 성공의 요인을 파악하고 확인 및 관리를 위한 요소들을 제시하여 설계단계 업무수행의 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 향후에는 도출된 핵심성공요인을 이용하여 플랜트의 성공과 실패를 가름할 수 있는 정량적 평가모델 개발 등의 연구가 수행될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구에서는 가상커뮤티니 성과의 영향요인들에 관하여 보다 포괄적이고 객관적으로 파악할 수 있도록 (1)가상커뮤니티 성과의 영향요인에 관한 현재까지의 대부분의 연구에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 (2)가상커뮤니티 성과의 영향요인에 관한 12개의 변수와 51개의 측정지표를 도출하였으며, (3)가상커뮤니티 사용자들에 대한 설문조사와 Lisrel 분석을 통하여 도출된 연구모형을 실증적으로 검증하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 한일 온라인게임 시장의 고객을 세분화하여 국내기업이 일본 온라인게임 시장에 진출할 때 고려해야 될 전략을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 MCFA와 SOM을 이용하고자 한다. 먼저 MCFA를 통해 한일 온라인게임 시장의 고객 몰입에 영향을 주는 요인들이 무엇이며, 이러한 요인의 측정 동질성이 같은지를 먼저 검증하였다. 이러한 방법을 통해 검증된 요인으로는 도구, 보상, 디자인, 정보제공, 공동체를 들 수 있다. 다음으로 SOM을 이용해 위에서 구한 요인을 기준으로 한일 온라인게임 시장의 고객을 세분화하고자 한다. 이후 이렇게 세분화된 고객의 특성을 도출하기 위해 Decision Tree를 이용하고자 한다.

운전자가 필요없는 완전한 자율주행 시대에 있어, 자율주행 차량에 탑승한 사람의 상황인지 측면에서 불안감을 예측하고 이를 저감하는 방법은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 탑승자의 불안감을 유발시키는 자율주행 환경 요인으로 도로 환경, 차량의 내·외부 환경, 자율주행 제어 환경의 3가지 요소가 도출되었고, 각 요소에서 탑승자의 불안감을 유발시키는 세부 요인들을 도출하여 분석하였다.

Many studies have identified the determinants of shippers' selection of ports, and of these, a number have repetitively cited major elements. However, different researchers came up with somewhat different research results depending on the position and preference of research targets. Accordingly, to deduce the determinants of shippers' selection of Gwangyang Port, appropriate research and analysis is required in addition to literature study. This study first deduced from previous studies the determinants that have influence on shippers when selecting a port and positively analyzed the effects of those determinants on the shippers using Gwangyang Port. In this regard, whether shippers using Gwangyang Port have continuously used the port was set as a dependent variable, and port service, port facilities, location of ports, port costs, and other determinants for port selection deduced in the previous studies were set as independent variables. This study's analysis finds shippers using Gwangyang Port are all influenced by the elements of port service, port facilities, location of ports, and port costs in their selection of Gwangyang Port. Their degree of importance is in the order of port costs, location of ports, port service and port facilities. This indicates that shippers consider port costs and location of ports more important than port facilities in their selection of a port.

The purpose of this study was to enhance the factors of the purchase intention of a mobile game for applying existing. For this study, an exploratory analysis was conducted on 40 ordinary peoples to survey through open-ended questionnaires. After that, the factors was examined by 30 experts. finally, closed-ended survey was conducted to confirm the validity and Reliability Verification. As a result, the factors have been identified with 9. From among these, 2 factors were a Newly derived -The factors of a innovation service and device- Through this study, This research will be useful to provide The basis for extended studies of Marketing, Game-development, Market analysis, etc

The purpose of this study is to investigate asymmetric and nonlinear nature of the relationship between service attributes and global customer satisfaction, and to identify improvement strategies of service quality in libraries. In this study, two methods(such as kano's analysis and importance grid) were used to analyze the factor structure of customer satisfaction in libraries. The results show that two quality elements are classified as excitement factors, twelve quality elements are sorted as hybrid factor and eight quality elements are classified as dissatisfiers.
