The purpose of this study is to suggest logical foundation and points which necessarily for establishing E-commerce of Korean shipping companies' development strategy and activation plan. In order to empirical analysis, two step analyses are adopted. Firstly, this study examines the effects of the shipping company character and the shipping environment character on the usage of E-commerce in the shipping companies. Secondly, this study examines the effects of usage of E-commerce on the performance in shipping companies. In the empirical analysis, research hypotheses are being tested mainly by a structural equation model(SEM).

본 연구는 백화점 고객을 대상으로, 소비자 만족과 관련된 여러 선행요인 및 사후 행동의 관련성을 고찰함을 그 목적으로 하였다. 특히 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 다루어지지 않았던 지역공헌관련특징에 초점을 맞추어 이에 따르는 마케팅 시사점을 발견하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 분리되어 다루어진 만족평가 요인으로서의 매장관련특징과 서비스관련특징들을 통합하여 매장의 전체적인 만족에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하고, 새로운 사회적 쟁점으로 대두되고 있는 환경정책을 포함한 지역공헌관련특징이 매장만족 경로상에서 미칠 수 있는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해, 기존연구를 바탕으로 소비자 만족, 지역공헌관련 특징을 포함한 선행요인 및 사후행동에 대한 인과관계구조모형을 설정하였으며, 분석은 LISREL을 이용한 공변량구조분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 매장관련특징과 서비스관련특징은 매장의 전체적인 만족형성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 기존 연구와 일치함을 보여주었다. 또한 환경정책, 지역공헌정도를 포함한 지역공헌관련특징은 매장만족의 결과 변수로 사용되어진 구전의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석됨으로써 직접 매장에 대한 만족을 얻지 못한 소비자들이라도 지역공헌관련특징의 정도에 따라 구전의사에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것이라는 연구결과를 도출하였다. 이러한 연구는 새로운 경쟁관계에 직면한 최근 백화점업계의 마케팅 경쟁환경을 감안할 때 적지 않은 현실적 의미가 있으리라 생각되며, 나아가 국내 할인점과 외국계 할인점들간의 경쟁으로 인한 마케팅 전략의 수립 및 분석에도 시사하는 바가 클 것으로 기대된다.

The use of hybrid FRP-concrete structures with a dual purpose of both permanent formwork and reinforcement, has been considered in some studies recently. For the FRP plank and the concrete to act as a composite structural member a satisfactory bond at the interface between the smooth surface of the pultruded plank and the cast-in-place concrete must be developed. Sand was bonded to the pultruded FRP plank using a commercially available epoxy system. In applying general analysis techniques to evaluate the performance of composite structures with FRP stay-in-place forming, it is essential that characteristics of the bond stress-slip relation be identified. In this study I would like to propose a simplified bilinear bond stress-slip model for FRP composite structures.

After a concrete is poured, reinforced concrete structures were distressed by physical and chemical factor over time. It is in need to define important variables related to structural behavior for effectively conducting seismic analysis of structures with age-related degradation. In this study, a sensibility analysis using the first-order second moment method was performed to analyze an important variables for the reinforced concrete shear wall with age-related degradation. Because the seismic capacity of aging structures without a concrete hardening effect can be underestimated, the sensibility of analysis variables was analyzed according to the concrete hardening. Important variables for RC shear wall with age-related degradation was presented by using the tornado diagram.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the critical factors that have made Koreans such poor readers. What is the factors in make poor progress in reading of the Korean. The emphasis was put on identifying some indigenous barriers against buiding ‘good’ reading habits. Especially investigated are the following three aspects: historical, socio-educational, and psychological. This study suggested the policies and strategies for correcting and improving the poor reading of Korean.

지구온난화의 문제가 다양한 분야에서 논의되고 있다. 특히 도시열성효과에 대한 문제는 도시기후변화의 측면에서 공간적인 특성을 반영하여 나타난다. 현장조사 자료와 위성자료에 의한 연구는 도시의 열 환경이 공간적으로 어떤 분포를 나타내는지 분석하고 평가하는데 중요한 요소로 연구가 이루어져왔다. 본 연구에서는 도시열성효과가 도시 내부공간의 열 환경에 대해 공간적으로 나타나는 요인을 평가하고 이의 상관성을 도시 공간분포의 범위에서 평가하였다. 연구지역인 전주시는 지난 20년 동안 도시환경의 공간 구조적 요인 보다는 도시 열 발생원에 의해 30% 이상의 영향을 받는 것으로 평가되었다. 이를 검증하기 위해 고해상도 위성자료를 활용하여 공간 요인 분석을 수행하였다.

구조물에 있어서 진동은 소음을 유발하며 구조물을 불안정하게 만드는 요인이 된다. 특히, 저주파 진동은 구조물에 미치는 영향이 크므로, 유연구조물의 저주파 진동모드들을 우선적으로 제어할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 압전세라믹을 작동기로, 압전필름을 감지기로 사용하였고, 능동 제어 알고리즘의 하나인 적응형 디지털 PPF(Positive Position Feedback) 제어기를 구성하여 유연 외팔 평판과 열린 박스 구조물에서 저주파 진동을 감소시켰다.(중략)

This research has a goal which is suggesting the way of constructing 'Cluster' which mean scheming the commencement of an enterprise in an early stage. Now it is reorganized into a IT industry structure 'Time-to market growth' is burst as a big issue. in that point, this research analyze the core success factor which is drawing from the existing IT industrial complex, and then it will be used to draw up to the 'Idealistic growth-support Cluster' on the basis of it, we pulled out various issues about the Corporate in the early stage of its growth. Therefore, this research is focused on presenting the ideal network(net) by considering the Network that organizations and business in Cluster or the network including the factors linked organizations and business in Cluster. therefore, this research carried out three big analysis. from the case investigation we pulled out the core growth factor, and then we approached the analysis of net structure for making application to Network Analysis. and then we analyzed that the characteristics of the Network after measuring by on the basis of analyzing core growth factor. and especailly, this research carried out the Core analysis for recognition of Core- support-frame by base Centrality Test on the net which is composed of growth support organizations at each Business. Judging from this, we can help to make full use of resources for the network analysis in Cluster and establish the Network Strategy by Structure comparison between the structure of industry-Cluster and ideal Business-support networks on the basis of the analysis from the Core-success-factor
