The aim of this work is to verify the self-quality assurances in medical institutions in Korea through the external audits by the group of experts and have a mutual discussion of the systematic problems. In order to validate the external audits 30 of 80 medical institutions across the nation were picked out considering the regional distribution and the final 25 institutions applied voluntarily to take part in this work. The basic rules were setup that any information of the participants be kept secrete and the measurements be performed with the dosimetry system already verified through intercomparision. The outputs for 2 or more photon beams, the accuracy of gantry rotation and collimator rotation and the poistional accuracy of MLC movement were measured. The findings for the output measurement showed the differences of -0.8%~4.5%, -0.79%~3.01%, and -0.7%~0.07% with respect to that of the verified dosimetry system for the 6MV, 10MV, and 15MV, respectively. For the reference absorbed dose 8 (16%) of 50 photon beams in 25 medical institutions differed 2.0% or greater from the reference value. The coincidences of Field size with x-ray beam and radiation isocenters of Gantry roration and collimator rotation gave the results of within ${\pm}2$ mm for every institute except 2 institutions. The positional accuracy of MLC movement agreed to within ${\pm}1$ mm for every institute. For the beam qualities of 6 MV photon beams kQ values showed the distribution within 0.4% between maximum and minimum. For the protocols 21 institutions (84%) used absorbed dose to water based protocol while 4 insitutions (16%) used air kerma based one. 22 institutions employed the SSD technique while 3 institutions did the SAD one. External audit plays an important role in discovering the systematic problems of self-performing Quality Assurances and having in depth discussion for mutual complementation. Training experts of international level as well as national support system are required so that both the group of experts of medical physicists and government laboratory could perform together periodical and constant external audits.

2007년 1윌 1일부터 공공분야 SI사업에 감리가 의무화가 되었고, 이에 따라 일정규모이상의 공공SI 사업에 대하여 감리수행이 활성화되고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 급변하는 정보기술의 자체관리에 한계를 느끼는 민간 기업에서도 프로젝트 품질의 확보를 위하여 외부 전문 감리업체에 품질관리를 의뢰하고 있는 경우가 정가하고 있다. 이에 따라 감리원의 능력과 감리의 방법을 향상시키기 위한 방만을 연구하고 적용 할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 공공SI사업 현황과 감리현황을 분석한 후 감리수행에 대한 발전 방만을 제안한다.

본 연구에서는 공급리드타임이 한정된 용량을 가진 생산시스템에 의해서 내부적으로 결정되어지는 다품종 재고시스템에서의 제품의 수요변동이 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 공급리드타임이 시스템의 외부에서 결정되어 주어지는 경우와는 달리 리드타임 수요의 변동이 제품 수요의 변동이 증가할 때 실제 감소하는 결과를 보였다. 또한, 수요의 변동이 증가할 때 전체 재고 중 안전재고의 비율이 감소되는 것도 보였다. 더 나아가서 수요 변동의 크기가 어느 정도 이상으로 커지면 안전재고가 완전히 제거되는 사실도 입증하였다. 이 같은 결과는 제품수요의 변동이 매우 클 때 리드타임 수요의 변동을 줄이기 위한 전략은 별로 효용이 없음을 보여준다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to understand the attitudes to internal service quality between coworkers, service quality to patients, job satisfaction, organizational identification and job identification of physical therapists in medical organizations. Methods : Data were collected from physical therapists working in medical organizations. 195 questionnaires were analyzed. Participants' total mean, group mean by age, sex, career and type of medical organization and the variables' correlations were examined. Results : The attitudes of physical therapists to five variables were very positive. Especially job identification was strong. The significant differences between groups were found in some variables. All variables except age and career were positively related to each other. The correlation between age and career was very high. Age and career were related to some of variables. Conclusion : To improve organizational performances it should be a top priority to understand the attitudes of physical therapists in organizations.

원자력 발전소가 전력계통으로부터 분리되어 외부전원으로 발전소 내부의 주요 보조기기들을 운전할 수 없는 상황에서 비상디젤 발전기는 원자력발전소의 핵심 냉각펌프 등 전원을 공급하지 않으면 안 된다. 현재까지는 품질등급 Q-Class인 비상 발전기 여자시스템이 외국 기술에 전적으로 의존하여 공급되었는데 비상발전기가 차지하는 역할의 중요성으로 인한 품질활동 절차, 규제기관의 인허가 획득 등의 문제 때문에 비상 디젤발전기의 여자시스템이 현재까지 국산 연구개발이 이루어지지 않았다. 본 논문은 원전 비상디젤 발전기 여자시스템의 국산개발에 필요한 시스템의 기기 검증에 대한 내용을 기술하고자 한다.

2000년대 이후 전 세계적으로 곡물 재고율 하락이 장기화되고, 인구증가 및 생활 여건의 개선에 따라 식량부족 상태의 심화가 예측됨에 따라 세계 각국은 곡물의 생산성 제고 및 품질향상 방안을 확보하고자 노력하고 있다. 농업 IT 융합기술은 기존의 농업기술에 IT 고유기술을 농업에 융합시켜 농업의 생산 유통 소비 전 과정에 걸쳐 생산성과 효율성 및 품질향상 등과 같은 고부가가치 창출을 추구하고자 하는 기술이다. 크게 보면 축산업 분야도 포함되는 것이지만 여기에서는 재배 작물의 생산에 국한하고, IT 기술 중에서 USN 기술을 적용한 USN 기반의 IT 기술을 농업에 융합하는 분야로 한정한 기술의 연구 동향을 고찰하고자 한다. 노지 작물과 시설원예 작물 및 외부 환경에 영향을 받지 않는 새로운 개념인 식물공장에 IT 기술을 적용하기 위하여 필요한 사항을 고찰하고, 국내외 기술개발 및 표준화 동향과 향후 추진되어야 할 기술적 이슈들을 제시하였다.

The restorative materials for deteriorated concrete are estimated by various kinds of strength, carbonation, and at same time, by various deteriorate factors and others. So, it's properties must have maintained many functional properties. In this study, to improvement of durability of restorative materials, we take restorative materials with insulation performance, for deterioration by temperature exchange as deterioration factor.

In accordance with the growing importance of software in computer systems, software quality and performance has become a hot issue in all computer-related fields and businesses. But the measurement and evaluation of software quality still poses a problem, due to the different viewpoints of software developers and users. This study attempts to combine the external characteristics of quality representing the viewpoint of users, and the internal characteristics representing the viewpoint of developers of quality. In order to do this, this study provides multiple models which select the appropriate internal characteristics which reflect user requirements from earlier phases of development. The goal of this study is to enhance the applicability of 40 internal characteristics of ISO 9126 to the models.

골판지조합은 지난 7월13일 농산물품질관리원장에게 "농산물포장용 골판지상자 중량 허용오차 기준 제안"을 하였다. 이번 제안은 농림수산식품부 산하 농산물품질관리원원에서 운영하고 있는 농산물포장 표준규격에서 중량 표시규격은 있으나, 이에 대한 허용오차에 대한 명확한 기준이 없어 실제 거래관계에서 혼선이 야기되고 있으며, 골판지포장은 수분함량 및 평량 허용오차 등으로 인해 동일한 원지배합이라 할지라도 다소의 중량차이가 발생할 수 있고, 또한 KS 표준규격상 라이너, 골심지에 대한 평량 허용차가 ${\pm}4%$, 외부포장용골판지의 수분함량 허용오차가 $10{\pm}2%$임을 감안해서, 현재 명확치 않은 중량 허용오차 기준을 ${\pm}5%$로 개정하는 것이 상당하다는 판단을 골판지포장기업 35개사를 대상으로 설문조사한 자료를 바탕으로 보고서를 작성하여 함께 제출하였다.

초고속 인터넷 서비스가 일반화되고, PDA 및 노트북 등의 휴대 이동 컴퓨팅 기기의 사용이 증가하면서 인터넷 환경이 유선망에서 무선망으로 점차 변화하고 있다. 무선 인터넷 제공을 위한 주요 인프라는 이동 통신망이나 무선 랜 망이며, 서비스 가입자들은 무선망에서도 유선망과 같은 높은 품질과 안전한 서비스를 요구하고 있다. 그러나 무선망은 유선망에 비해 외부로부터의 공격에 매우 취약하므로 사용자의 QoS 요구사항 뿐만이 아니라 안전한 통신을 보장해야 한다. 현재 표준화 기관인 IETF의 Mobile IPv6 워킹그룹에서도 보안문제를 가장 중요하게 다루고 있으며, 기존의 보안 기법들의 취약성을 극복하기 위한 방안으로 표준작업 그룹에서는 인프라 차원의 AAA인증 절차를 이용한 이동노드의 인증 방안이 연구되고 있다. 본 눈문에서는 무선인터넷 가입자의 안전성과 서비스 품질을 보장하기 위해 차별화 서비스를 적용한 Mobile IPv6와 AAA연동 방안을 제안 하였으며, AAA 인증 절차에 따르는 핸드오프 지연을 줄이기 위해 Fast Handoff를 적용한 방안을 제안한다.
