These days, smart phones are being widely used and accordingly, a larger number of consumers have become interested in them, thus many applications are being developed with a variety of forms. There are various fields in it, such as multimedia, games, information and education, as per users' disposition and characteristics. As for the current contents for language education in mobile environment, the market is dominated by contents for learning foreign language such as English, Japanese and Chinese, while contents for educating Korean language are minuscule. In this paper, thus, we design and implement a elementary Korean language educational contents for foreign beginners who can use the contents at their smart phones with Android OS.

There are various types of educational contents in mobile world. Moreover new and various kinds of contents have been developed recently according the smart phone has become popular. Therefore, many telecommunication companies of domestic and overseas are showing many kinds of smart phone as to customers are growing more and more interested in mobile devices. Currently, most of the language educational contents are composed to foreign languages like English, Japanese, Chinese, but the development of Korean educational contents are inadequate. In this paper, so, we design the linguistic contents for beginning Koran education of foreigner which are used on mobile platforms.

This study aims to analyse the conversation structure on Talking Culture("說漢語 淡文化") that is one of the conversation textbooks about Chinese culture and investigate Chinese textbooks published in Korea and Japan from a integration point of view among language, literature and culture for improving upon the problems on Talking Culture. For this purpose, this study, before analysing and investigating, considered the concept of language socialization on learning Chinese as a foreign language, and on the basis of it, analysed the conversation structure of Talking Culture. And then this study examined how we should organize the structures and contents when making conversations in Chinese textbook related with culture in compared with the Chinese textbooks published in Korea and Japan. In conclusion, this study argues that when composing a conversation textbook with culture, we not only need to pay attention not to have an inclination for conversation structure, but need to make use of the contents in Chinese literary and culture works for organizing conversations from the perspective of integration among language, literature and culture.

The demand for specialized human resources capable of bringing about highly advanced logistics systems and the integration of logistics centers situated in local hubs, has been on the rise. Logistics industry requires more of a systematic mind set, endless innovation, and the navigation of uncharted waters than the logistics industry. This study lays out the reasons for the importance of developing human resources in the logistics industry, and then carries out an evaluation of the current state of human resources development in that particular field in Korea. This study found that there is not only a shortage in terms of the courses needed to develop the skills required to carry out the core activities associated with the logistics sector, but also that students' ability to speak English and Chinese, which are ubiquitous in the international logistics industry, was also wanting. There is a need for the study of logistics at the university level to be based on practical applications rather than theoretical ones.

In this paper, we researched the excellency of 3D graphic nursery contents which is developed by mobile AR technology. AR technology has currently people's attention because of the potential to be core contents of future ICT industry. We applied AR nursery contents for kid's subtitle language selection in Korean, Chinese and English education. The original fairy tale consisted of 6~8 scenes for the 3D contents production, and was adapted and translated. Dubbing was dubbed by the native speaker using the standard pronunciation, and the effect sound was edited separately to fit the scene. After composing a scenario, constructing a 3D model, constructing a interaction, constructing a sound effect, and creating content metadata, the Unity 3D game engine is executed to create a project and describe it as a script. It provides a fun and informative tradition of fairy tales with abundant content that incorporates ICT technology, accepting advanced technology-based education, and having opportunities to perceive software in daily life.
