The Effect of Fusible Interlining on the Appearance related Properties & Mechanical Characteristics for the Lyocell Fabric(Part I) (리오셀직물의 심지접착에 따른 외관적 성능 및 역학적 특성(제1보))

  • The goal of this research is to investigate the effect of fusible interlinings on the mechanical characteristics and appearance related values for the Lyocell fabrics. In this study, to establish optimum fusing conditions, peel strength of the fused fabrics depending on the fusing temperature, pressure and time was measured. Appearance related properties and mechanical characteristics of the fused fabrics ere determined. The reulst are as follows: In the fusing condition of $120^{\circ}C,\;3kgf/textrm{cm}^2$, 15sec, peel strength was excellent. Peel strength was excellent in the case of tencel/cotton fabric, with increasing cover factor of woven interlining, with twill and nonwoven interlining. Flex stiffness was increased in the case of tencel/cotton fabric, with increasing weight of woven interlining, with twill and nonwoven interlining. Drapability was excellent in the case of 100% tencel fabric, with decreasing weight of woven interlining, with plain and woven interlining. Crease recovery was excellent in the case of 100% tencel fabric, with increasing weight of woven interlining, with twill and woven interlining. Shear and bend properties were increased in the case of tencel/cotton fabric, with increasing weight of woven interlining, with plain and nonwoven interlining.

  • In this work, the effect of fusible interlining on the appearance related properties and mechanical characteristics of Lyocell fabric after fusing was investigated. Two different types(20's and 10's) of Lyocell face fabric with six different interlining(by thickness and structure) for earth Lyocell fabric were examined. In order to establish the optimum fusing condition for the different face fabric and interlining, peel strength of each fused fabric was measured, which was dependent on the fusing temperature, pressure, and time. The characteristics related appearance and mechanical characteristics of each fused fabric were determined. The results are as follows: The peel strength was excellent, when the fabric was fused with the force of 3kgf/$textrm{cm}^2$ at $120^{\circ}C$ for 15seconds. Flex stiffness, G, 2HG, 2HG5(shear), B, 2HB(bending) of 100% Lyocell fabric 10's were higher than those of 100% Lyocell 20's. Flex stiffness, crease recovery, G, 2HG, B, 2HB of thicker woven interlining were higher than those of thinner woven interlining. Crease recovery of twill interlining were higher than those of plain interlining. In case of shear and bending properties, however, plain interlining was higher than twill interlining. Flex stiffness, crease recovery, G, 2HG, 2HG5, B, 2HB of nonwoven interlining were higher than those of woven interlining. In case of drapability, however, woven interlining was higher than nonwoven interlining.

Quality Characteristics of Noodles Prepared with Pine Needle powder and extract during Storage (솔잎 분말과 추출물 첨가 국수의 품질특성과 저장성)

  • This study summarizes our findings on the effect of pine needle powder and water extract on the quality characteristics of wet noodle and the changes of microbial count during storage. The lightness of wet noodles was significantly decreased with increasing amounts of PN powder and water extract added in the noodles(p<.001), whereas the redness and yellowness of the noodles were significantly increased(p<.001). Texture evaluation showed that springiness was the highest in the noodle prepared with 5% PN extract, whereas brittleness was the lowest in 1% PN extract. At the beginning period of storage, there were significant differences of microbial cell count in PCA and PDA among the samples, but a significant decreasing was observed after 6 days. In the relationship between sensory and mechanical properties, a negative correlation was observed between color and sleekness, while there was a positive correlation with redness and yellowness. Sensory evaluation showed that odor, taste, texture and overall acceptability were the best in noodles processed with 3% PN extract.

  • 전기아연도금강판은 표면이 미려하고 희생방식력이 뛰어나기 때문에 주로 자동차와 가전, 건자재 등에 많이 사용된다. 현재 냉연 표면처리 제품들은 연속도금공정에 의해 생산되고 있으며 고전류밀도에 의한 고속생산과 도늠액 제조와 조성이 비교적 단순해야 하는 여러 가지 이유로 염산욕과 황산욕을 가장 많이 사용하고 있다. 최근에 신설된 당사의 전기도금공정은 수직형으로 황산욕에서 불용성 양극을 채용하여 아연을 전기도금하고 있다. 일반적으로 황산욕은 염산욕 대비 전기 전도성이 나빠 과전압이 크게 걸리므로 불용성 양극을 사용하여 극간 거리를 최소화할 필요가 있다. 그러나 $Ir0_2$가 코팅된 불용성 양극은 가격이 비싸기 때문에 극간 거리를 너무 짧게 하면 깡대에 의해 손상을 받을 수가 있어 극간 거리를 줄이는데 한제가 있다. 따리서 용액의 전도도들 증가시켜 과전합을 줄이기 위해서는 타사에서 현재 사용하고 있는 황산나트륨, 황산칼륨, 황산암모늄 등에 대한 검토가 필요하다. 전기전도 보조제들은 용액의 전기전도도 뿐만 아니라 도금층의 외관 및 미세구조에도 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 황산나트륨, 황산암모늄의 농도를 변화시켜 표면외관, 한계전류밀도, 미세구조, 우선배향성 등을 조사하여 최적의 물성을 갖는 아연 도금층을 얻기 위한 조건을 도출하고자 하였다. 전기아연도금용 소재로는 두께 0.8mm이고 크기가 $100{\times}120mm$인 중저탄소강 (0.02% C)을 사용하였으며 전처리 과정으로 탈지와 산세를 행하고 현장 도금액을 사용하여 다음과 같은 조건 하에서 아연도금을 행하였고 극간전합을 측정하였다. 도금 후 표면의 미세구조는 SEM을 사용하여 관찰하였으며 표면외관 특성을 분석하기 위해 광택도계(Tri- Microgloss-60-85)를 이용하여 입사각 $60^{\circ}$ 에서 광택도를 측정하였고, 색차계(Color Quest II Hunter Lab.)를 사용하여 백색도를 각각 측정하였다. 또한 X선 회절기를 이용하여 도금층의 우선 배향성을 분석하였다.

User Satisfaction Analysis on Similarity-based Inference Insect Search Method in u-Learning Insect Observation using Smart Phone (스마트폰을 이용한 유러닝 곤충관찰학습에 있어서 유사곤충 추론검색기법의 사용자 만족도 분석)

  • In this study, we proposed a new model with ISOIA (Insect Search by Observation based on Insect Appearance) method based on observation by insect appearance to improve user satisfaction, and compared it with the ISBC and ISOBC methods. In order to test these three insect search systems with AHP method, we derived three evaluation criteria for user satisfaction and three sub-evaluation criteria by evaluation criterion. In the ecological environment, non-experts need insect search systems to identify insect species and to get u-Learning contents related to the insects. To assist the public the non-experts, ISBC (Insect Search by Biological Classification) method based on biological classification to search insects and ISOBC (Insect Search by Observation based on Biological Classification) method based on the inference that identifies the observed insect through observation according to biological classification have been provided. In the test results, we found the order of priorities was ISOIA, ISOBC, and ISBC. It shows that the ISOIA system proposed in this study is superior in usage and quality compared with the previous insect search systems.

Changes in Quality of Fresh Ginseng Packed Individually with a Soft Film during Stnrage (연포장재 필름으로 개별 포장된 수삼의 저장 중 품질 변화)

  • The fresh ginseng was packed individually with a soft film bag, ONY/LDPE/L-LDPE (20$\times$30 cm, 93 ${\mu}m$) and stored at $25^{\circ}C$ for twenty days. The Quality-related appearance parameters and the sensory characteristics of the fresh ginseng were evaluated. The quality of the fresh ginseng was lowered mainly due to hardness decrease with increasing storage time, while the occurrence of mould was rarely observed. The normal ginseng had strong fresh ginseng odor and strong bitter taste and its hardness was well maintained during twenty days. The softened ginseng had pungent and sour odor, sweet and sour taste and sticky texture.

방사선 조사가 신선 돈육의 특성에 미치는 영향

  • 돈육은 상업적 조사가 허용되어 있는 대표적 식품으로 FDA는 신선육과 냉동육의 최대조사량을 각각 4.5 kGy, 7 kGy로 규정하고 있다. 돈육에 방사선을 조사하면 수분이 이온화되어 생성된 자유 라디칼이 돈육성분과 반응하게 되어 돈육의 외관, 텍스쳐 등에 변화를 일으킨다. 돈육의 색깔, 냄새 등은 신선 돈육의 구매여부를 결정하는 중요한 특성으로 방사선 조사에 의한 육류의 품질 특성 변화는 조사 돈육의 소비에 많은 영향을 미칠 것으로 생각된다. (중략)

  • 104 village has kept the landscape of low-income settlements at hillside village as called 'Daldongnae' since 1960s. It has high urban and social values in modern housing history of Korea. This study is to analyze the basic type, transformed type of street facade and also the meaning in the modern housing history. It analyzes basic elements(building elevation, gate, fence) and subsidiary elements(roof form, door, window), and the type of street facade by the composition of the element.
