A Study on Comparison between Korean.Chinese Consumers In the Relationship between Domestic Open Market Brand personality, Customer Satisfaction and Brand Loyalty (국내 오픈마켓 브랜드개성과 고객만족, 애호도와의 관계에서 한.중 소비자간 비교에 관한 연구)

  • At this point in time when the percentage of foreign consumers as well as domestic consumers are being increased in domestic open market users due to the recent interest and promotion on the open market, the purposes of this study are as follows. First, the relationship between open market brand personality, satisfaction and brand loyalty will be clarified targeting all Korean consumers and Chinese consumers using domestic open market. Second, whether there is difference in the effect of domestic open market brand personality on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty between Korean consumers and Chinese consumers will be compared. The results are as follows. First, as a result of testing the study hypothesis targeting the open market users, in other words targeting all Korean consumers and Chinese consumers, only the ability among brand personality dimensions did not have positive effect on the satisfaction toward open market. Other than that, it could be confirmed that the reliability, sincerity and familiarity, etc are important influence factors in forming satisfaction toward open market. Next, as a result of testing whether there is difference in the effect of domestic open market brand personality on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty between Korean consumers and Chinese consumers, it was shown as having difference. In other words, the Korean consumers were shown as not having positive significant effect in the relationship between the ability among brand personality and satisfaction toward open market while all other brand personality dimensions were shown as having positive effect on the satisfaction toward open market. It could be found that if the satisfaction toward open market is high, the brand loyalty toward open market also gets high.

  • 최근 온라인 소매업을 선도하고 있는 업태는 오픈 마켓이다. 본 연구는 기존 문헌을 바탕으로 오픈 마켓 사이트에서의 쇼핑동기, 만족도, 이용빈도, 재이용의도, 구전간의 인과모델을 제시하고 실증하였다. 그 결과, 쇼핑동기는 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 만족도는 이용 빈도, 재이용의도와 구전의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증결과를 바탕으로 오픈 마켓 활성화를 위한 마케팅적 시사점을 토의하고, 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 마지막에 제시하였다.

  • The primary purpose of this study is to examine the effects of information satisfaction on customer trust and future behavior intention in open markets. Based on relevant literature reviews, this study posits three information satisfaction characteristics, that is, seller information satisfaction, product information satisfaction, and transaction procedure information satisfaction as key determinants of customer trust and future behavior intention. And then we structured a research model and hypotheses about relationship between these variables. A total 253 usable survey responses of open market users have been employed in the analysis. The major findings from the data analyses are as follows. Firstly, all three kinds of seller information satisfaction, product information satisfaction, and transaction procedure information satisfaction have a positive influence upon customer trust. Secondly, customer trust have very significantly related to repurchase intention in open markets.

A Study on the Web Service Quality and User Satisfaction at Open Market (오픈마켓의 웹서비스 품질과 사용자 만족)

  • The open market are expanding service quality which was used as rating scale in the field of marketing. In accordance with open market, they convert it to e-service quality and use it. Udo et al.[6] suggested web service quality combining e-SEVQUAL[2] and extended Information Success Model[7]. This study suggests four influence factors of e-service quality in the open market; website privacy and security, web site contents, web site convenience, and images of the open market companies. The study conducted survey on 301 college students and life long education center students in Busan. The study found that all four influence factors have positive effects on the web service quality and ultimately web service quality has beneficial effects on the satisfaction in open market users' information system.

  • 최근 인터넷이 대중화되면서 웹을 통한 전자상거래가 점차 늘고 있다. 이에 따라 웹 기반전자상거래를 위한 문서교환의 표준화 연구는 여러 기업의 참여 하에 활발히 진행 중에 있으나 아직까지 전자상거래의 일부 절차는 체계화되어 있지 않다. 가장 활발한 전자상거래형태인 오픈마켓을 통한 중계판매에서 상품제조업체, 판매업체, 오픈마켓(중계판매업체) 간의 전자적 상품정보(e-Catalogue)교환은 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이런 이유로 오픈마켓을 통한 전자상거래에서 상품을 판매하는 판매업체는 상품정보를 직접 수집하거나 가공하여 이를 오픈마켓에 등록한다. 실제로 이러한 상품정보 교환 과정에서 많은 인력과 시간이 소비된다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 RFID ODS 기술과 ebXML 기술을 활용하여 상품제조업체와 판매업체, 판매업체와 오픈마켓 간의 상품정보를 공유할 수 있도록 하는 새로운 모델을 제안한다.

  • 오픈마켓이란 구매자와 판매자가 모여 인터넷 기술을 이용하여 서로 제품 거래를 하거나 관련된 정보를 교환하는 상업적 목적의 웹사이트, 즉 오픈마켓을 가리킨다. 오픈마켓은 시장형성자, 구매자, 판매자의 참여로 거래가 이루어지며, 시장형성자는 구매자와 판매자간의 거래가 성사될 경우, 그에 대한 수수료를 주수익원으로 하는 사업자이다. 시장형성자의 주요 고객은 구매자뿐만이 아니라 판매자도 포함되게 된다. 본 연구에서는 웹사이트의 특성이 판매자의 충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이러한 결과는 이론뿐만 아니라 실무적으로도 오픈마켓상에서의 판매자 충성도 형성 요소에 대한 유용한 함의점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The Effects of Intermediary and Site Characteristics of a B2C E-marketplace Upon Trustworthiness Factors and Trust (오픈마켓에서 중개자특성 및 사이트특성이 신뢰가치성 요인과 신뢰에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Trust is becoming one of the critical forces that drive consumers into purchases in e-marketplaces, as consumers face uncertainty associated with buying online from unknown sellers. In this paper we propose a consumer trust model specifically designed for an online marketplace. It aims at examining how intermediary and site characteristics of an e-marketplace affect factors of trustworthiness, and understanding the relationship between trustworthiness factors and trust in intermediary. Findings from an empirical analysis indicate that both intermediary and site characteristics are positively associated with factors of trustworthiness - namely, competence, integrity, and benevolence. In addition, all the three factors of trustworthiness were found to have positive relationship with overall trust in intermediary; in particular, integrity had higher association with trust than the other two factors. The paper concludes with suggestions for building consumer trust for the owners of online marketplaces.

  • The number of people using on-line shopping has rapidly increased over time. In particular, open-market is the most potential on-line market. Since there are too many products in open-market, customers have serious troubles finding products they want. Thus, interface should be improved so that open-market is able to offer products they want effectively. This study analyzed web interface based on main web pages of four major open-market companies in Korea, and performed satisfaction evaluation according to the analyzed factors. As a result, it reveals that what kind of factors the customers prefer and there is a causal relation between the most satisfactory open-market and the preferred factors of the customers.

  • Two legal issues of the game industry in Korea are intersted in theses days. Open market & Shut-down. This article is studying for the impacts and the meaning of the game market that the institutionalization of two legal issue produce a powerful effect on. Social environment & recognition bring up the subject. This article is focusing at social environment & recognition and the forecasting game market. With the coming of smart-phone, the mobile contents market is changed. The open market for game is the issue for this changing market and assists the activation of the mobile-market with rational and futuristic perspectives. Shut-down(prohibition of the access of the young people in midnight) is the issue for game addiction and aggravates the game market and the perception on game with the focusing of the happening. This article points out the importance of institutionalization in consequence of the opposite direction of the market effects.
