우리협회는 지난 1월 통신시장 개방에 따른 정보통신산업계의 의견을 수렴하고자 135개 사업자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 바 있다. 조사결과 통신시장 개방은 장단기적으로 정보통신산업 영역의 전면에 걸쳐 나쁜 영향을 미칠 것으로 나타났으며 특히 S/W 사업자와 SI사업자는 50%이상이 시장잠식등의 부정적 영향을 우려하고 있는 것으로 조사됐다.

공공도서관 웹사이트의 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 설문조사를 통해 실질적으로 조사하였고, 이용자와의 면담을 통해 만족스러운 점과 불만족스러운 점을 조사하였다. 이를 위해 서울시의 15개의 공공도서관의 294명 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사와 면담조사를 실시하였다. 공공도서관 웹사이트의 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 시스템 품질과 정보 품질, 서비스 품질로 크게 나누고, 각각의 세부요인을 들었다. 연구 결과, 이용자 만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 정보의 범위였고, 두 번째는 정보 표현의 심미성, 세 번째는 서비스의 응답성이었다. 네 번째는 시스템 품질의 사용용이성, 다섯 번째는 상호작용성이고, 여섯 번째는 정보의 정확성이었다. 접속은 이용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인에서 제외되었다.

돈육은 상업적 조사가 허용되어 있는 대표적 식품으로 FDA는 신선육과 냉동육의 최대조사량을 각각 4.5 kGy, 7 kGy로 규정하고 있다. 돈육에 방사선을 조사하면 수분이 이온화되어 생성된 자유 라디칼이 돈육성분과 반응하게 되어 돈육의 외관, 텍스쳐 등에 변화를 일으킨다. 돈육의 색깔, 냄새 등은 신선 돈육의 구매여부를 결정하는 중요한 특성으로 방사선 조사에 의한 육류의 품질 특성 변화는 조사 돈육의 소비에 많은 영향을 미칠 것으로 생각된다. (중략)

The current study examined the effects of the voters' perception of television news coverage of election poll results on their political participation intention. 700 voters participated in a telephone interview three weeks before the 2012 Korean presidential election. A structural equation modeling with the nationally representative sample was performed. The findings indicate the respondents were more likely to evaluate television news coverage of election poll results negatively when the news coverage presented that the candidate they supported was behind in the race, and the negative evaluation was linked to a greater third-person perception. The third-person perception, in turn, had an indirect effect on political participation intention through negative emotional responses. The results imply that voters' political position influences their perception of the television news coverage of election poll results, and this perception can have indirect effects on political participation.

The use of internet is expanding globally in a rapid way. The situation is similar in Korea. The growth of internet affects the various aspects of a social system. Such an impact is not an exception in the field of survey data-collection. The internet survey method has gained a recognition as an important survey approach in the U.S and Europe. A number of Korean research organizations have already started implementing the new survey method, too. The time is quite ripe for the internet survey in Korea. However, it is hard to find ever a good literature review on the subject. This study intends to review the results of the past studies about the question of what factors influence the response rate, speed, and quality. The influencing factors incorporated in this review include six elements: personalization, the survey sponsorship, incentives, the questionaire format, prenotification, and follow-ups. Regarding there sis factors, the results of the past studies relating to the internet survey response are reviewed in a systematic way.

홍수로 인한 주거건물의 경제적 피해는 침수심, 침수기간, 유속 등의 재난인자와 제내지에 노출된 사회 경제적 인자들 간의 복합적인 작용으로 발생하지만, 다차원홍수피해산정법을 비롯한 대부분의 모형에서는 침수심 만을 고려하고 있다. 최근 국외에서는 홍수피해와 영향인자 간의 관계를 규명하여 홍수피해액 평가 시 침수심 외 중요한 기타 인자를 고려하는 연구가 시도된 바 있으나, 국내에서는 이것과 관련한 연구가 그동안 거의 진행된 바 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 주거건물을 대상으로 홍수피해 영향인자를 규명하고자 과거 피해지역을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 설문조사에 앞서 사전 문헌연구를 바탕으로 수리/수문학적 인자, 건물특성인자, 예방인자, 조기경보/조치인자, 사회 경제적인자, 피해인자로 설문항목을 크게 구분하여 설문지를 설계하였다. 설문조사는 2014년 8월에 광범위하게 피해가 발생한 부산광역시를 대상으로 1대1면접조사 방식으로 진행하였으며, 수집된 자료로부터 상관분석, 데이터마이닝 등의 통계적 분석을 통해 침수심 외 몇몇 중요한 피해액 영향인자를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 평가된 홍수피해 영향인자는 향후 홍수피해평가 모델을 개발하거나 홍수피해저감을 위한 세부적인 계획에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

In this paper, effect of random dopant fluctuation (RDF) of the top-transistor in a monolithic 3D inverter composed of MOSFET transistors is investigated with 3D TCAD simulation when the gate voltage of the bottom-transistor is changed. The sampling for investigating RDF effect was conducted through the kinetic monte carlo method, and the RDF effect on the threshold voltage variation in the top-transistor was investigated, and the electrical coupling between top-transistors and bottom-transistors was investigated.

Despite the importance of the needs assessment activities and the necessity of the systematical investigation on the features of the needs assessment in the social service agencies, it has been observed that the recent NA studies have ignored an important study area of NA, the utilization of needs assessment results in social service agencies. Therefore, this study was undertaken to investigate salient features of the utilization of community needs assessment results, particularly, in the social welfare centers located in Seoul city. A questionnaire was constructed with seven parts, including a dependent variable and 6 independent variables, and 67 questionnaires were collected from 90 agencies during two months. As the result of the descriptive analyses, the five noticeable features were found; (1) the needs assessment results in the agencies was not highly utilized; (2) the attitude on the NA activities was not highly positive because the responders thought that NA activities require too much time from agency staff; (3) agency staff was more actively involved in the NA process than agency directors; (4) the responders thought that quality of NA influences on the utilization of NA; (5) the respondents were confident in carrying out NA although they did not have many opportunities to learn the technical skills of NA research. Multiple regressions were applied to analyze the relationship between independent variables and three kind of dependent variables - conceptual utilization, instrumental utilization, total utilization. The result showed that the conceptual utilization was critically influenced by social workers' confidence on NA, attitude on NA, and directors' involvement in NA. The institutional utilization was influenced by the directors' involvement. The total utilization was influenced by social workers' attitude on NA, confidence on NA, and directors's involvement. Major findings were discussed and several suggestions were made for future research and improvement of the utilization of needs assessment result in social welfare centers.

This work was initiated to investigate current situation and problems in applying groundwater-related models for various kinds of environmental impact assessment in Korea. and therefore. to enhance appropriate application in the future. This study was carried out with 544 and 16 documents of EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment. Law of Environmental Impact Assessment) and Mineral-Water EIA (“the environmental impact investigation for mineral water developments”; Law of Drinking Water Management). respectively. It was revealed that there were considerably many cases which may cause serious impacts on subsurface environments in EIA. However. none applied groundwater models. Generally, the influences on subsurface system were underestimated or even ignored in EIA. For Mineral-Water EIA. groundwater models wert applied. in general. But. numerous and serious problems were noted: limited number of calibration parameters and parameter types. setting boundary conditions without adequate bases. recharge rates several times higher than precipitation rates. numerically unstable results. etc. Such kinds of misusages seem to be caused by modelers larking in professional knowledges. To solve the problems revealed from this study. more systematic re-education programs are suggested.

"농업 농촌 및 식품산업기본법" 제47조의 2 신설로 기후변화가 농업 농촌에 미치는 영향, 취약성을 5년마다 조사 평가 공표하고 실태조사를 실시하기 위한 법적 근거가 2014년 5월 마련되었다. 지구 온난화 등 기후변화가 농업 농촌에 미치는 영향을 심층적으로 조사 및 분석하여 기후변화에 선제적으로 대응해야 한다. 국가 수자원 총 이용량의 48%가 농업용수로 이용되고 있다. 논면적(964천ha) 수리안전답은 575천ha에 불과하고, 19.4%(187천ha)는 별도 용수공급시설이 없어 자연강우에 의존하고 있으며, 용수공급시설을 갖춘 관개전은 140천ha로 전국 밭면적의 18.5% 수준('15.7월 행정조사)에 그쳐 논에 비해 열악한 수준이다. 기후변화에 대응하여 농업용수의 안정적 공급을 위해 기후변화에 따른 농업용수의 영향분석 및 취약성 평가를 위한 지표 개발이 시급한 실정이다. IPCC에 따르면 기후변화의 영향과 심각성은 수자원, 생태계, 산림, 보건, 농업 및 사회기반시설 등 다양한 분야에서 관측 혹은 전망되고 있는데 특히 가장 취약한 부분은 강수패턴의 변화로 인한 영향이다. 강수패턴의 변화 의미는 강수 공간, 기간 및 강도의 변화를 의미하는 것으로 강수에 민감한 농업분야가 기후에 가장 먼저 영향을 받는다. 본 연구에서는 기후변화 관점에서 강수의 패턴 변화(공간, 강도, 기간)를 분석하여 농업용수에 미치는 영향을 평가하고자 한다.
