  • In this paper, with water-LiBr-LiSCN mixture which utilizes solar energy as mid temperature range evaporator heat source, a thermodynamic analysis was performed to provide design data for a double-effect absorption heating system. A comparative study of the water-LiBr-LiSCN mixture against the water-LiBr pair was conducted by a computer simulation. The computer simulation is based on mass, material and heat balance equations for each part of the system. Coefficients of performance and flow ratios for effects of different operating temperatures are investigated. It is found that the heating COP is higher for the water-LiBr-LiSCN mixture than for the water-LiBr pair, and FR is lower for the former.

그라우트 재료별 열응답 특성 및 열교환기 운전온도 변화 (Thermal Response Property of Grout Materials from In-situ Test and Temperature Variation of Ground Heat Exchanger)

  • The objective of this report is to determine the difference of thermal response that grouted two different materials, and compare the simulation result of the length of total ground heat exchanger length that using the ground thermal conductivity. And also to know heat exchange variation of ground heat exchanger temperature that measured with various test depth. The result shows that the test hole grouted with water permeable material got better thermal response than grouted with water impermeable material. However, with consideration of ingnore for the initial 12 hour data, the test hole grouted with impermeable material has larger thermal conductivity than the other. By former thermal conductivity, simulated data by engineering program shows only 3.4% difference or less. This result shows that ground thermal conductivity is not the main variables for the design program of ground heat exchanger. At the cooling or heating mode, base on the depth of -150m, the ground heat exchanger has best temperature at $-90{\sim}-60m$ and than getting worse because of entering water heat exchanged with leaving water in the same hole.

지중열원 열펌프시스템의 성능해석 (A Study on the Performance of Ground Source Heat Pump System)

  • The performance of water-to-water heat pump system coupled with the ground source vertical heat exchanger is presented in this paper. The CAP program of Florida Heat Pump Co. is used to predict the heat pump performances while the EED program calculates the borehole fluid temperature. It is shown that COPH increases with decreasing the temperature of output water for the operation of heating mode and COPR increases with increasing temperature of output water for the operation of cooling mode. The value of specific heat extraction rate must be moderate to insure the reasonable installation cost of borehole system. With $1^{\circ}C$decrease of $T_{wo}$ the average COPH increase is estimated as about $0.06/^{\circ}C$(for $T_{wo}\;=\;45{\sim}60^{\circ}C$ range) while with $1^{\circ}C$ increase of $T_{wo}$ the estimation of COPR increase is about $0.13/^{\circ}C$(for $T_{wo}\;= \;5{\sim}11^{\circ}C$ range) at the specific heat extraction rate of 30W/m.

  • 액체산소 탱크 내에서의 열적 성층화(thermal stratification) 현상은 대기로부터의 열 투입과 탱크 내에서의 극저온 액체의 열적 비평형에 의해 발생된다. 열적 성층화 현상은 벤트 시스템, 탱크 단열. 펌프 설계에 영향을 미치게 되므로 정교한 해석 및 시험적 검증이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 side-wall에서의 열 투입에 의해 발생되는 경계층 유동을 해석적 방법으로 1차원 모델링하여 시간에 따른 성충화 부피의 증가 및 탱크 내에서의 높이에 따른 온도 분포를 묘사한다.

지하수 히트펌프 시스템의 지중 환경관리를 위한 시추 슬라임의 원핵생물 유전자 다양성 (Genetic Prokaryotic Diversity in Boring Slime from the Development of a Groundwater Heat Pump System)

  • 지하수의 열을 이용한 히트펌프 시스템에서는 열 효율 유지를 위한 클로깅 현상이 고려되어야 한다. 클로깅 현상은 토양 지하수 환경에서 이화학적 요인 외에도 미생물학적 요인으로 발생한다. 이번 연구에서는 안정적인 지하수 열원 냉난방 시스템 운영을 위하여, 대수층 수위강하의 영향을 받지 않는 지하 10 미터 지점에서 불교란 시추 슬라임의 초기상태 원핵생물 다양성을 조사하였다. 세균은 문 수준에서 Proteobacteria (20.8%), Acidobacteria (18.8%), Chloroflexi (16.9%) 및 Firmicutes (10.2%) 등으로 나타났고, 속 수준에서는 Koribacter속 등 144개속이 분석되었다. 고세균은 문 수준에서 Thaumarchaeota (42.8%), Crenarchaeota (36.9%) 및 Euryarchaeota (17.4%)이 나타났으며, 강 수준에서 약 69.4% 비율로 Miscellaneous Crenarchaeota Group (MCG), Finnish Forest Soil Type B (FFSB) 및 Thermoplasmata가 분석되었다. Operational taxonomic units (OTUs)는 세균 3,565 및 고세균 836 OTUs로 나타났고, 세균이 고세균에 비해 풍부하며 우점도가 낮게 나타났다. 또한, 관정 막힘 현상을 유발할 가능성 있는 세균 후보군 135개(1.9%) reads가 분석되었으며, 향후 클로깅 현상에 대한 연구에 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 금속염화물과 암모니아간의 가역반응을 이용한 화학열펌프는 비프레온계 냉동 냉장시스템으로서 환경규약의 제한이 없고 가스, 전기 및 산업폐열 등 다양한 구동열원을 사용할수 있으며 축열에 의한 에너지 저장이나 산업공정에서의 대용량 에너지관리 시스템 등 응용분야가 다양한 장점을 갖고 있다. 통상 소규모의 실험실 장치에서 파일롯트 플랜트(pilot plant)로 전환하는 과정에서 시스템의 성능에 대한 해석이 필요하며 화학반응기의 거동에 대한 컴퓨터 모사도 필수적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 작동조건에 따라 화학식 냉동기 성능계수가 어떻게 변하는지를 예측하였고 반응기 모델링에 의한 동적모사를 수행하여 반응기의 온도거동, 작동조건에 따른 전화율 변화, 반응혼합물의 제조변수가 냉동기 성능에 미치는 영향 등을 고찰하였다.

  • The heat pump system is attractive alternatives to conventional heating and cooling systems owing to their higher energy utilization efficiency. The thermal loads of commercial and institutional buildings are generally cooling-dominated. In this study have been developed ice storage type heat pump system for cooling and heating by heat pipe. This system was practiced performance test on evaluation criteria for heat storage systems. Accomplished the actual proof examination and looked into the performance of the system. In this study, measurement and analysis of ice storage type heat pump system for cooling and heating by heat pipe. The heat pump unit COP appears 3.05 for cooling and 4.20 for heating. As a result, the method to energy saving and to using a substitute energy actively that is heat pump cooling & heating system is expected by heat pipe. Thermal storage capacity appears $19.5RTH/m^3$ for cooling.

공기-물 열펌프 시스템의 비가역손실 해석 (Irreversibility Analysis of an Air-to-Water Heat Pump System)

  • Thermodynamic irreversibility analysis of an air-to-water heat pump system is analyzed in this study. This analysis shows the distribution of irreversibilities(true losses in thermodynamic sense) through the system components and informs us of a potential improvements with the irreversibility factor decreases. The results show that the largest irreversibilities occur in the motor-compressor unit. The remaining irreversibilities are distributed relatively uniformly through the other parts including utilization system. The increase of performance can be attained through either the improvement of adiabatic efficiency of motor-compressor unit(${\eta}_{mc}$) or the reduction of temperature difference(${\Delta}T$). With the decrease of utilization temperature($T_u$) COPH also increases but the exergetic efficiency decreases. The increase of COPH of about 0.05 can be accomplished with 1K decrease of ${\Delta}T$ or $T_u$.

해수열원 및 폐열이용 고성능 열펌프 시스템 성능실험 (Performance Test for High Efficient Heat Pump System using Seawater Heat Source and Exhaust Energy)

  • The performance characteristics of heating and cooling operation for a heat pump system using seawater heat source and exhaust energy are presented. The heat pump system is made of a waste heat recovery system and a vapor compression refrigeration system. The working fluid is R-22. The heat pump system COPs are measured during heating and cooling operation modes, and the resultant COPs were 9.7 and 7.9, respectively, which are three times higher than those of the heat pump itself. Therefore, the performance of the heat pump system using exhaust energy is excellent compared to that of a general heat pump. The experimental data can be effectively used for the design of the high efficient heat pump using a seawater heat source.

  • This study of the performance characteristics of natural refrigerants such as R-290 (propane), R-6OOa (iso-butane) and R-1270 (propylene) has investigated to compare with conventional HCFC's refrigerant R-22 for water-cooled heat pump system. The experimental apparatus has basic parts of cycle that uses the water as a heat source. The Performance of the water-cooled system using hydrocarbon refrigerants had been getting better than R-22 from start-up to the similar evaporating temperature after stabilizing system. Through the above it is possible that hydrocarbon refrigerants could be drop-in alternatives for R-22.
