This study sets out to examine training courses for newly government-employed librarian for developing training contents to learn their basic knowledge, and suggests development model about training contents' planning, designing and making-process. In addition, in order to evaluate cyber training contents it devises self-evaluating tool, conducts a reviewing of questionnaire and measure by Delphi method. The final content made under the cyber contents development model proposes the six areas and 28th trials. Feasibility assessment for the purpose of evaluating educational contents, based on 17 questions to measure the factor analysis results, it yields, it yields 4 factors having more than .40 variance. Though differences in perception depending on factors did not show statistical significance, the difference in the adequacy of questions results significantly lower in some of them.

원격교육연수를 통하여 달성하고자 하는 궁극의 목적은 교원의 역량을 강화하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 원격교육연수는 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 지속적으로 시스템을 개량하고 양질의 콘텐츠를 확보하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 일련의 과정들이 교원의 역량을 강화하는 방향으로 적절히 진행되고 있는지에 대한 검증을 하고자 하였다. 특히, 문헌연구를 통하여 초등교원의 역량에 대한 정의를 먼저 도출하였으며, 설문조사를 실시하여 초등교원이 가장 많이 필요로 하는 역량을 선정함으로써, 초등교원의 역량 모델을 유추하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 초등교원의 역량을 강화할 수 있는 궁극적인 방향이 제시될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

병원은 1백50종의 다양한 직종이 팀웤을 이루어서 일을 하고 있다. 뿐만아니라 병원근무 직종중 전문직이고 지속적인 연수교육과 새로운 정보의 습득이 필수적이다. 이러한 병원직종의 전문성과 특수성 때문에 병원에는 전문분야별로 협회등 단체가 설립되고 지속적인 교육과 연수 정보 교환을 통해 업무능률을 향상시키고 있다. 본지는 이번호로부터 병원내 전문직단체를 소개함으로써 병원 직종간의 이해를 돕고 함께하는 병원인상 구현에 보탬이 되고자 한다.

매년 여성낙농인 목장경영전문화 교육과 연계, 우수교육 이수자들을 선발하여 실시되고 있는 여성낙농인 해외선진지 연수과정이 올해는 10월 27일~11월 3일, 6박 8일 일정으로 실시됐다. 연수국가는 유럽 중서부 지역에 해당되는 프랑스, 스위스, 독일로서 주로 견학한 목장들은 규모이며 경영형태가 우리네와 다른 양태를 보여주고 있지만, 섭외시 각 국가별 낙농의 보편적 특성을 지니면서도 발상의 전환을 꾀할 수 있는 모델을 보여줄 수 있는 곳으로 잡을 수 있도록 준비하였다.

Distance teacher training is on the increase raplidly because of its merit. But distance teacher training's weak points with its quantitative increasement has been proposed. Especially many study said commonly that distance tearcher training has weak points for contents, teaching method, evaluation method. So in this study, we will develop the teaching method of distance teacher training to solve weak points of distance teacher training with microteaching, cognitive apprenticeship model, teacher evaluation method. We think this teaching method will improve a teacher's teaching ability.

요즘 원격 교육의 필요성으로 인하여 교사 연수에 있어서도 기존 출석 연수와 병행하여 원격연수가 증가하는 추세에 있다. 그러나 현재 이루어지고 있는 원격 연수의 상당 부분은 실제 현장 교사들이 원하고 교사 연수의 핵심인 교수법 향상에 대한 것보다는 교과에 대한 지식이나 기능위주로 시행되고 있는 것이 사실이다. 교사 연수의 궁극적인 목적인 교수법 향상을 위해서는 연수생들이 경험이 풍부하고 교수법이 뛰어난 교사가 실제 수업하는 것을 보고 동료 교사들끼리 서로 충분히 토의를 거치고 배우는 형태의 연수가 유용할 것이다. 그러나 시간, 인원, 경비 등의 문제로 실제 그렇게 하기 어려우므로, 교수-학습 지도안과 동기화된 동영상 중심으로 이루어진 원격 연수 시스템을 구축하는 것이 좋을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 동기화 동영상 저작 도구를 개발하고 이를 활용하여 원격 연수 시스템을 구축해서 교사들의 교수법 향상에 많은 도움이 되리라 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to develop teacher-training for improvement of teaching efficacy of technology teacher. The study was carried out through Delphi research method. It was executed for investigating the professional and wide-range opinions of expert panel to examine the validity. The validity was confirmed by concurrence ratio, convergence ratio, contents validity ratio (CVR). Major results of this study were as follows: First, necessity, nature, purpose of teacher-training for improvement of teaching efficacy of technology teacher was set up. And this teacher-training have 12 objectives in 3 domains (cognitive, affective, psychomotor). Second, contents of this teacher-training were designed to be applicable for 10 modules (300 hours). For example, module1 (introduction of technology education), module2 (construction technology), module3 (information communication technology), etc. Third, educational method, training educator, evaluation method of this teacher-training were developed. Fourth, each module of this teacher-training is 30 hours in length. And summer or winter vacation is appropriate for this teacher-training time. Appropriate teacher-training time is six hours a day. Fifth, roles of educational institution for this teacher-training were suggested. Sixth, strategies to vitalize this teacher-training were suggested.

4차 산업혁명의 특징 중 하나는 생산과 소비의 결합이다. 이제는 소비자가 직접 구매할 물건의 생산에 관여하고, 직접 필요한 물건을 생산한다. 이는 다양한 제작도구들이 보편화되면서 가능해졌다. 이런 흐름으로 세계적으로 메이커 운동, 메이커 교육이 주목받고 있다. 메이커들은 실생활의 문제를 해결하기 위해 창의적인 문제해결 방법을 활용하여 무언가를 만들고 공유한다. 이런 공유문화는 메이커들의 축제인 메이커 페어에서 쉽게 확인할 수 있다. 창의적인 메이커를 교육을 통해 길러내야 될 필요성을 공감하고 있으며, 메이커 교육을 학교 현장에 적용하기 위한 방법으로는 디자인 사고가 있다. 디자인 사고 프로세스는 실제 제품을 사용할 소비자에게 공감하여 이해한 뒤, 다양한 대안을 찾는 확산적 사고, 주어진 상황에서 최선의 방법을 찾는 수렴적 사고의 반복을 통해 결과물을 도출하는 창의적 문제해결 방법이다. 현재 온라인과 오프라인 상에서 다양한 메이커 교육이 이뤄지고 있다. 이를 학교에 도입하여 학생들을 가르치기 위해서는 교사의 역량이 중요하다. 아무리 좋은 교육이라도 교사들이 모른다면 학생들을 가르칠 수 없기 때문에 메이커 교육을 학교 현장에 투입하기 위해서는 메이커 교육을 위한 교사 연수 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 디자인 사고 기반 메이커교육을 위한 초등교사 연수프로그램을 개발하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the differences and commonalities between Korea and China by comparing the objectives, contents, and models of in-service teacher education. Through the differences and commonalities, it is intended to present a revelation point for the education of incumbent teachers in both countries. The research results show that in China, teachers' moral education and subject knowledge are emphasized, while in Korea, teachers' cultural competency and major knowledge are emphasized, and the specific training content and completion time are all precisely stipulated. Based on their research capabilities, the Chinese side was asked to provide individual-centered training support, and to the South Korean side, they were asked to suggest new points, such as substantiating the cooperative system between educational and training institutions.
