  • In this paper, We are proposed the real-time monitor and control mechanism for intelligent robot called URC(Ubiquitous Robotic Companion). URC are intelligent robots designed as to interact with external digital device that can communicate through wire or wireless by integration the network and information technology into traditional robot. In this paper, we implemented the result of this study into the target robot called ISSAC4 and proved its practical worth. We designed it as be able to control on remote by such web browser as anywhere and anytime that show a status information for several controllers, devices, actuators and sensors of robot and guarantee a continuity of real-time image transferring by Client-Pull method and moving control of robot.

  • With the increased demand of ubiquitous home services, intelligent robots have wide attentions. This kind of robots offer various services through middleware components which can connect with remote servers. In this paper we present an UPnP(Universal Plug and Play) based open-source software framework which makes control the robots remotely. This UPnP architecture for home networking can provide various communication methodologies like command control, eventing, presentation with web services and so on. This paper shows successful implementation results on two real platforms.

  • A person does communication between each other using language. But In the case of disabled person can not communication own idea to use writing and gesture. Therefore, In this paper, we embodied communication system using the facial muscle signals so that disabled person can do communication. Especially, After feature extraction of the EEG included facial muscle, it is converted the facial muscle into control signal, and then select character and communication using a minimum list keyboard.

  • In this paper, we propose an efficient hybrid lighting management system implementation on multiple protocol. The proposed hybrid lighting management system was implemented by configured as the data display part for management and control of lighting device and the data conversion-processing part the communication part of gateway. The data were designed the DB to enable to storage in real-time, and implemented able to manage by real time wireless remote control and schedule setting. The proposed an efficient hybrid lighting management system, it was possible the real-time monitoring and remote lighting control by peristalsis with smart devices and portable PC etc., and it could be obtained reduction effect of energy and electricity, communication cost.

  • There are growing demands for improving the patient safety and the effectiveness of medical services through device connectivity and interoperability. However, integration through networking might greatly increase the complexity of the system if it is not properly designed, jeopardizing patient safety. In this paper, we codify safe medical device interaction patterns, and exploit them for the low complexity design and safety analysis of networked supervisory medical systems. We implement the proposed approach as a plug-in of Architecture Analysis and Description Language (AADL). Our implementation enables the modeling and safety analysis of medical devices and their interactions before actual development.

  • In technology advances, The field of military and security surveillance system for a wide range of interest is required. Surveillance system offers a variety of services by the software that work with a remote access server. This paper shows the results of the implementation using three platforms as Mjpg-streamer for server, Arduino-multiwii for control system, OpenNI and OpenCV for image processing.

  • Recently the flow of information security has become a user-centered change. This is mostly breach of security by the normal and abnormal entering harmful files during user internet. Therefore, we would like to design security system that breach of security can be prevented in advance to improve using the reliability of DNS and system control in this paper. In other words, we would like to suggest method can be block randomly to access the site which information security system of user-centric is breached harmful files infected in user computer.

  • 현재 지능형 서비스로봇이 활성화되고 있으며 지능형 로봇 분야에서 청소로봇은 개인생활의 본질적인 운동성을 보조하며 인간과 공생의 형태를 지원하는 로봇으로 성장하고 있다. 청소로봇은 가정에서 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 가정환경과 적절한 상호작용은 필수적이다. 따라서 로봇이 외부의 서버와 협동을 통한 원격제어는 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 현재 지도 작성이 가능한 청소로봇은 바닥에 센서를 부착하거나 작업환경에 카메라 및 기타 많은 장치를 구축하므로 고가의 장비로 분류되어 일반적으로 활용지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 청소로봇의 효율적인 제어를 위하여 작업환경에서 로봇의 궤적과 센서정보를 원격으로 서버에 전달하고 서버는 이러한 정보를 바탕으로 지도를 작성하고 최적의 작업을 수행할 수 있는 알고리즘을 연산하여 로봇에 전달할 수 있는 방법을 연구하였다. 이는 로봇이 지도 작성을 위한 연산 과정을 줄이므로 수행 시간을 단축하고 로봇에 주어지는 부하를 줄일 수 있다. 또한 원격으로 제어를 수행하므로 무선통신이 가능한 각종 디바이스와 상호 연동할 수 있는 체계를 만들어 유비쿼터스 환경을 구축할 수 있는 계기를 만들므로 청소로봇의 성능이 향상될 수 있음을 보인다. 본 연구에서는 청소로봇을 제작하고 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통하여 전체적으로 주어진 작업을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있음을 보여준다.

  • As various mobile technologies, sensor technologies, and remote control technologies are growing and quality of life is enhanced, researches and developments on home network are actively on going. Currently, some network service providers and construction corporations are going to provide home network service, but neither secure nor efficient, So, in this paper, we propose a security framework for providing various secure user authentication mechanisms and efficiently controlling services in home network. Namely, we are going to provide active home network security services with home gateway-based security policy, which locates on the gateway of each home.

  • As the Internet technology of things is developed, a variety of things Internet devices are emerging. Manufacturers of such Internet devices are registering with the IFTTT to control the device so that the user can use the service. However, most object Internet devices are controlled by smartphone applications, so when a manufacturer uses different devices, many applications should be installed and used. In this paper, we design a smart home service remote control that can control various smart home devices in cooperation with IFTTT automated service platform.
