Development of Robot Performance Platform Interoperating with an Industrial Robot Arm and a Humanoid Robot Actor (산업용 로봇 Arm과 휴머노이드 로봇 액터를 연동한 로봇 공연 플랫폼 개발)

  • For the purpose of next generation technology for robot perfomances, a RAoRA (Robot Actor on Robot Arm) structure was proposed using a robot arm joined with a humanoid robot actor. Mechanical analysis, machine design and fabrication were performed for motions combined with the robot arm and the humanoid robot actor. Kinematical analysis for 3D model, spline interpolation of positions, motion control algorithm and control devices were developed for movements of the robot actor. Preliminary visualization, simulation tools and integrated operation of consoles were constructed for the non-professionals to produce intuitive and safe contents. Air walk was applied to test the developed platform. The air walk is a natural walk close to a floor or slow ascension to the air. The RAoRA also executed a performance with 5 minute-running time. Finally, the proposed platform of robot performance presented intensive and live motions which was impossible in conventional robot performances.

The Effect of Breathing Biofeedback on Breathing Reproducibility and Patient's Dose in Respiration-gated Radiotherapy (호흡연동 방사선 치료에서 호흡생체자기제어 방식이 호흡 재현성 및 선량에 미치는 영향 평가)

  • We evaluated the effect of two kinds of breathing biofeedback technique such as audio-instruction and audio-visual biofeedback on breathing reproducibility and the CTV coverage during repeated treatment regimes in respiration-gated radiotherapy. In this study, the breathing data of nineteen lung cancer patients acquired from Medical College of Virginia (MCV) during five weeks were used. The dose evaluation algorithm was programmed in MATLAB. In the result, the CTV coverage was decreased as 30.0% due to the breathing irreproducibility for free-breathing. For audio-visual biofeedback, the CTV coverage was improved as 20.0% because patients can learn how control their breathing stably. And the audio-instruction was effective to preserve the breathing reproducibility.

  • 최근 고유가 문제와 환경에 대한 관심 증가로 인해 친환경저연비 자동차에 대한 기술 연구가 다양한 분야에서 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이 가운데서도 특히 반도체 및 배터리의 급속한 기술발전으로 자동차용 부품들이 기계식 방식에서 전자식 방식으로 대체되고 있다. 그 중에서 전동식 워터펌프는 엔진의 회전에 연동된 타이밍 벨트로 구동되는 기존의 기계식 펌프와 달리, 펌프부에 전기모터 및 제어기가 결합되어 독립적인 구동능력을 갖추고 있다. 자동차 동력효율을 높이기 위해 내연기관 및 주변 전장장치들의 온도를 주행조건에 따라 제어하여 적정하게 유지시킬 필요가 있으며 이를 위한 자동차 부품으로 전동 워터펌프의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 자동차용 전동워터펌프 제어기 개발을 위하여 브러시리스형 DC모터를 적용하였다. 브러시리스형 DC모터는 고속 및 큰 부하에서 Back EMF 대비 전류의 지상 성분이 발생하여 상전류 증가 및 전체 효율을 떨어뜨린다. 이에 본 연구에서는 Lead Angle의 양을 계산하는 기법을 이용하여 워터펌프에 적용하였다.

2-Input 2-Output ANFIS Controller for Trajectory Tracking of Mobile Robot (이동로봇의 경로추적을 위한 2-입력 2-출력 ANFIS제어기)

  • One approach of the control of a nonlinear system that has gained some success employs a fuzzy structure in cooperation with a neural network(ANFIS). The traditional ANFIS can only model and control the process in single-dimensional output nature in spite of multi-dimensional input. The membership function parameters are tuned using a combination of least squares estimation and back-propagation algorithm. In the case of a mobile robot, we need to drive left and right wheel respectively. In this paper, we proposed the control system architecture for a mobile robotic system that employs the 2-input 2-output ANFIS controller for trajectory tracking. Simulation results and preliminary evaluation show that the proposed architecture is a feasible one for mobile robotic systems.

  • The control network has been operated in a closed. But it changes to open to external for business convenience and cooperation with several organizations. As the way of connecting with user extends, the risk of control network gets high. Thus, in this paper, proposed the technique of an anomalous event detection using white-list for control network security and minimizing the cyber threats. The proposed method can be collected and cataloged of only normal data from traffic of internal network, control network and field devices. Through way to check the this situation, we can separate normal and abnormal behavior.

  • Two processors are generally used to drive the power circuits for controlling the dual motors independently. In this paper, we propose the new control scheme to drive dual inverters using only one controller with the aid of CAN network. The proposed system is very useful compared to conventional techniques especially in case of controlling the combined dual motors because the control algorithm can be implemented by the software program only without any additional processor or hardware interfacing. The proposed system is implemented and verified experimentally.

  • This paper presents an Integrated Risk Management System (IRMS), which is designed to integrate longitudinal and lateral collision avoidance systems. Indices representing longitudinal and lateral collision risks are designed. From the designed indices, an integrated control strategy is designed. A collision avoidance algorithm is designed to assist the driver in avoiding collisions by using a vehicle-driver-controller integrated linear model. The performance of the proposed algorithm is investigated via computer simulations conducted using the vehicle dynamics software CARSIM and Matlab/Simulink.

  • Currently, the needs of open standard and integrated network, and also applications of Ethernet network based system are increasing. By applying and expanding TCP/IP based network technology from high to low control level, factory automation application has been implemented, and thus integrated factory automation system has been accomplished, which is directly interoperable between high level management program and DB system. This paper proposes a communication control device which is based on Ethernet/IP standard system for factory automation. The proposed system is workable in the environment of a network system, which is based on CIP standard interface technology. The proposed system can also contribute to improve data communication characteristics.

  • In this paper, we implemented total monitoring system in which LED light turned on only when user detected and LED light turned out only when user disappeared. This system is composed of two modules, one is HW board based on Micro Controller and the other is SW control system based on Web server. Micro controller board is based on ATMega2560 chip which is connected with Infra Red and Ultra sonic sensors. Web based monitoring system was designed can be used in smart device. The validity of this monitoring system was proved by integration test of two modules.

  • A building energy-saving have been increased worldwide interest. There is continuing research on IT technology for efficient management of BEMS. Recently, It is able to control of LED and to maximize energy savings to the development of LED lighting technology. We propose the security image processing system to improve efficiency and we implement the real-time status monitoring system to surveil the object in the building energy management system. In this paper, we proposed the system of LED control using Zigbee network for connect the server. User is able to control LED light and monitering by the desktop. We implemented LED light control software on the based of Real-time monitering and LED control. Also detect human body movement.
