가상 인물은 컴퓨터에 의해 합성된 가상적인 연기자로 최근 많은 영상물에 사용되어 대중에게 큰 호응을 얻고 있고 점차 그 활용 범위가 확대될 전망이다. 가상인물의 동작은 가상 인물의 사실성을 좌우하기 때문에 자연스러운 동작을 보다 적은 노력으로 빠르게 만들기 위해 다양한 방법들이 연구되었다. 가상 인물의 동작의 기본이 되는 자세를 제어하기 위해 다관절체와 인체변형 기법들이 제안되었다. 키프레임 보간법은 소수의 자세로 동작을 생성하고 역운동학을 이용하여 편리하게 동작을 제어할 수 있지만 사용자의 많은 노력과 시간을 요구한다. 대안으로 제시된 동력학 기반 동작 생성은 자연스러운 동작을 자동으로 생성할 수 있는 반면 사용자의 제어가 어렵다. 최근에 각광 받고 있는 연기 기반 방법은 실제 연기자의 동작을 가상 인물에 대입하여 빠르고 자연스러운 동작 생성을 가능하게 한다. 생성된 동작은 동작 혼합이나 전이의 방법으로 재 사용된다. 가상 인물 스스로가 충돌을 검사하여 충돌을 피할 수 있는 경로를 계획하여 동작을 생성하게 하는 연구, 더 나아가서 가상 인물이 주변 상황을 파악하고 능동적으로 대처할 수 있게 하는 연구를 통해 가상 인물은 보다 실제 인간에 가까운 모습으로 발전하고 있다.

In performance art, actors on the stage play an important role. The purpose of performance art is not in producing expression of superficial or trite pleasure, but in presenting a source of philosophical catharsis regarding essence of a human life. It is actors' responsibility to bring such expression onto the stage. Performance art not only involves technical skills but should be a cultural expression to represent tradition, spirituality and identity of a nation. In Korea, performance art tends to follow Western methods of expression. It is desirable to set a future direction to further develop methodology of expression in performance art. As part of such effort, the research examines how the rhythm of traditional Korean dance and dimension of time and space in performance art are effectively visualized in their relation to "stage direction." The research illustrates characteristics and concepts of Korean dances in terms of inhalation in deliberate hypogastric breathing ("danjeon') and rhythms of exhalation (gutgeori, jajinmori, huimori). Also, the research aims to enhance dramatic effect on the stage, which is distinguished from presentation of ordinary actions, by emphasizing dimension of time and space in visualizing expression.

Child labor is being recognized as the key issue of human rights, and the International Labor Organization and the Convention on the Rights of the Child emphasize that children are individuals with dignity and rights. Male and female child actors belong to a profession with wide public exposure and there is a potential danger of invading classes and roles not matching the developmental stage of the child. In this study, we would like to discuss international and domestic laws and future complementary measures surrounding legal and institutional issues that need to be considered for child actors. Although the basic rights for child workers are stated in the Constitution Article 32 Paragraph 5 and Labor Standards Act Articles 64 through 70, they are insufficient. Following the revised broadcasting deliberation regulations by the Korea Communication Commission and amendment of the Juvenile Protection Law, several changes are taking place in the working environment. In certain foreign places such as California, United States, the economic and educational rights of male and female child actors are being protected. Although legal and institutional frameworks for the male and female child actors are being reinforced, more consistent devices are needed. Consideration for working hours, regulations to keep up with learning while working, and preparation for physical and emotional influences are required to keep up with international changes.

In Korea's drama industry, a production factor has several prices, not one, bucking the general economic theory. The price changes depending upon the broadcaster, the producer, and even the genre. The price gets determined by such factors as the scarcity, the substitutability, the overall budget size, and so on. For star actors, the price stands for their popularity and ego, which makes them strive so desperately for a higher pay than competitors. The rise of the production factor price has outpaced that of the production budget, to cause undesirable structural problems. It is deemed that the running guarantee could be a way to rationalize the pricing system for production factors in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of emotional labor on job stress using emotional dissonance as a mediator. Emotional labor is classified into the deep acting and the surface acting, and job stress is classified into sub - variables of the lack of reward and the relationship conflict. We conducted an empirical analysis of 400 questionnaires collected mainly from actors living in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces. The results of the analysis using SPSS v22.0 and Process macro v3.0 showed that only the surface acting had a significant effect on the lack of reward, and both the deep acting and the surface acting had significant effects on relationship conflict. Second, only the surface acting had a significant effect on emotional dissonance. Third, it has been shown that emotional dissonance has a significant positive effect on both the lack of reward and the relationship conflict. Fourth, the indirect effect of the surface acting on the job stress through mediating emotional dissonance was significant. Subsequent studies will likely require studies to find other mediators other than emotional dissonance or to analyze moderated mediation effect by introducing moderators.

영화는 인간의 사고와 감정에 크나큰 영향을 미친다. 프레임라는 제한된 공간에 감독의 연출로 다양한 장면과 연기자의 연기력과 배경과 사물과 시나리오라는 극본을 통하여 관객에게 커다란 감동을 전달한다. 하나의 장면을 카메라를 통하여 실사를 촬영하여 연출하기도 하지만 경우에 따라서는 SF처럼 다양한 특수 효과를 적용하기도 하고, 비디오효과를 적용하여 장면에 대한 깊은 인상을 갖게 하는데 이러한 장면에서 비디오 기법 등 다양한 효과를 적용하여 극적 효과와 진한 감동으로 명화의 장면들을 연출한다.

This study uses conjoint analysis technique to calculate relative importance of each attribute of a specific online content: video-on-demand (VoD) services of TV soap operas. A series of interviews were conducted to identify and derive critical attributes for VoD services. Conjoint instrument was constructed using attributes identified and administered among actual viewers. Price, genre, additional service, and actors were found to be the most highly valued attributes of the VoD services. While price was the most valued attribute for female viewers, it was genre for male viewers. The result suggests that these attribute differentiation would lead to more profitable pricing scheme, and development of additional services may be critical for online content business' success.
