A Study on the effect of the experience of Job-Training on Youth Employees' Wage (직업교육훈련 경험이 청년층 취업자의 임금에 미치는 영향)

  • This study verified the effect of the experience of job-training on youth employees' wage by analyzing panal data. The study results showed that the objective of job-training(enhancing job performance, ${\beta}=.336$), satisfaction of job-training(${\beta}=.-.256$) and the type of job-training(cyber lecture, ${\beta}=.334$) significantly affected youth employees' wage. Also, age, education, marital status, hour of job-training, objective of job-training and satisfaction of job-training significantly affected the differences between groups. This study provided practical implication to prepare effective job-training policy by confirming the effect of the experience of job-training on youth employees' wage and verifying the effectiveness of job-training.

  • The service industry needs face-to-face customer service, which suggests the need for education training for workers. In other words, it is meaningful to look at whether education training for workers has a positive impact on the organization's performance. The success through education training will be due to the combined role of various factors. In this regard, the study focuses on how the attitude of workers in education training can play a role rather than just verifying the effectiveness of education training alone. As a result of the study, it was found that an employee's attitude toward education training, which was considered necessary to produce more effective results, was a regulator to further improve the educational satisfaction of training. After all, the more positive workers are about education training, the better workers' job performance can be. Therefore, promoting employee's education attitude before education training needs to be a priority, and further studies may call for more in-depth examination of the role of education training attitude.

Comparison of the effect of Action Observational training and Task-oriented training on Upper Limb Function and activities of daily living in People with Chronic stroke (만성 뇌졸중환자의 상지 기능 및 일상생활동작에 동작관찰훈련과 과제지향훈련의 효과 비교)

  • This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of action-observational training and task-oriented training on upper limb function and activities of daily living in patients with post-stroke hemiparesis. This study included 12 voluntary participants with post-stroke hemiparesis. Subjects were randomly assigned to either group 1 or group 2, with 6 in each group. Each subject completed the crossover experiment that comprised of action-observational training (A) and task-oriented training (B). The intervention sequence was A-B for the group 1 and B-A for the group 2. Each training was performed for 30 min a day, 5 times a week for 2 weeks (total experimental period of 4 weeks). Assessments were made using the Wolf Motor Function Test (WMFT) and Modified Barthel Index (MBI) thrice: at baseline, after 2 weeks of intervention, and after 4 weeks of intervention. The results showed that the WMFT and MBI scores significantly improved after the completion of each training (p<.05). Therefore, a determination of the superior training method was difficult. The effect sizes of both groups were greater when performed the action-observational training. The findings suggest that both the action-observational training and task-oriented training may be helpful in improving the upper limb function and activities of daily living for patients with post-stroke hemiparesis, and support the clinical feasibility of the action-observational training.

  • 가상현실 기반 훈련시스템은 3D 모델링 기법으로 개발되어 실시간 렌더링(Realtime Rendering)되는 훈련용 콘텐츠와 운동감 제공을 위한 모션플랫폼, 촉감 제공을 위한 햅틱장치 등 다양한 하드웨어를 이용하여 인간 감각에 대한 모의 체험환경을 제공함으로써 높은 훈련 몰입감을 제공한다. 훈련시스템의 구성요소 중 하드웨어들은 설계 성능을 바탕으로 정량적 시험평가로서 검증(Verification)과 확인(Validation)이 가능하나, 훈련환경에 대한 사실적 가시화가 요구되는 훈련용 콘텐츠는 시현을 위한 실시간 렌더링 성능 등의 정량적 시험평가 만으로 검증과 확인에 어려움이 많다. 본 연구에서는 일반 소프트웨어와 콘텐츠 소프트웨어 테스팅 요소 차이와 상용게임 콘텐츠와 훈련용 콘텐츠의 차이점을 분석하고, 훈련용 콘텐츠의 정량적 시험평가를 위한 명세서의 작성과 활용을 제안한다.

  • 고층빌딩, 지하역사와 같은 대형 복합건물은 건물 자체의 복합도 증가와 더불어 이에 따른 위험요소(hazard)의 증가를 가져오고 위험상황에 대처해야 할 소방관들의 대응기술 및 훈련도 고도화되어야 한다. 실제 화재현장, 특히 대형 복합건물에 대한 훈련은 비용, 시간뿐만 아니라 소방관 안전 확보라는 차원에서 불가능하며 반복적인 훈련이나 그 평가가 어렵다는 점에서 가상환경을 이용한 훈련 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 복합건물에 대한 소방관 팀 훈련 시스템 구현을 위한 가상환경의 설계 및 구현을 소개하고자 한다. 가상환경은 소방관의 훈련 및 평가, 팀 단위훈련을 제공하고 현실감 있는 훈련을 위하여 가상현실, 증강현실, 물리체험 모듈을 이용한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공한다. 가상환경 구축을 위하여 대상 건축물에 대한 3 차원 모델을 구축하고 도출된 발생 가능한 화재 시나리오에 대한 수치적 모델링을 수행하고 그 결과를 가상환경 및 훈련 시나리오에 반영하였다.

  • According to the learning situation, the industrial design request is to diagrammatic creativity. The question of this study is to discover how to develop creative idea. The purpose of this study is to provide standardization-training program that could develop students'creative idea at Design College. For this purpose, we tested college students, who was divided into experimental group applied the training program and control group without it. And standardization creativity paper was used for the result to verify. The model of this study was selected 2 universities and 3 technical colleges with 352 persons in ail. The three hypotheses are made to achieve the direction of this study - training effective and different of an educational system, creativity effect. As the result of this study, the use of a training program has an affirmative in fluency (the creative idea) on the diagrammatic creative, and result of the goodness on the training effect.

민간 직업훈련 기관 훈련생 모집에 미치는 영향 요인 분석

  • 본 연구는 민간 직업훈련 기관의 훈련생 모집에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 훈련 등록한 대상들에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 위해 접근성 요인(교통편, 주차장 등), 시설 요인(교실 크기, 시설 환경 등), 상담자 역량 요인(응대 태도, 서비스 지식, 상담 Skill 등), 비용적 요인(훈련비, 훈련비 지원 유무 등), 교육 요인(교육 편성 내용, 강사진 등)으로 나누고 각 요인들이 훈련 등록에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석 하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest implications for improving training performance by studying how the capacity of IPP workers and the characteristics of training programs affect the training performance through social support of employees. The study was conducted by distributing the online questionnaire to 270 IPP learning worker(of 9 university). As a result, it was found that the characteristics of the learning worker and the characteristics of training programs were positively related to the social support of the employees, and their social support was positively related to the training performance. The results of this study can contribute to the training performance when used as reference materials for selection of trainees and participating companies and development and operation of training courses. However, the limitation of this study is that the objectivity of the result is rather low by deriving the response centered on the recognition of the learning workers. In future studies, it is necessary to increase the objectivity of the results through three-dimensional cross-checks with training participants.

  • 본 연구는 2008년 3월부터 2009년 2월까지 S시 M동에 위치한 A청각장애인학교 학생 16명(초등학생 6명, 중학생 10명)을 대상으로 일상적 스트레스저항 능력에 뉴로피드백 훈련이 미치는 영향을 보고자하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청각장애학생들의 스트레스 저항 능력에 뉴로피드백 훈련이 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 항스트레스(좌 우)가 통계적으로 유의하였다. 둘째, 청각장애학생들의 육체적 정신적 긴장 저항 능력에 뉴로피드백 훈련이 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 긴장도(좌 우)와 산만도(좌 우)가 통계적으로 유의하였다. 이상의 연구 결과를 종합해 볼 때 청각장애학생들의 일상적 스트레스 저항 능력에 뉴로피드백 훈련이 효과적인 중재임이 검증되었다. 따라서 본 연구 결과는 뉴로피드백 훈련을 통한 뇌기능 변화가 학생들의 육체적, 정신적 스트레스나 저항능력등의 객관적 지표로서 활용될 수 있는 가능성을 제시한 점에서 의의가 있으며, 이에 대한 경험적 증거의 축적을 위한 후속연구가 필요하다고 본다.

The Effects of the Utilization of External Resources on the Technological Innovation Performance Along the Stages of Growth in Korean Ventures (준고령자의 직업능력개발훈련 실태 및 욕구특성에 관한 연구 - 직업군인 전역자를 중심으로-)

  • This study empirically analyzed how technological innovation performance of venture business is affected by utilization of external resources, especially utilization of external cooperative network, government's policy funds and venture capital funds, using '2008 Venture Business Investigation'. This study further analyzed how the effect of utilization of external resources on technological innovation performance varies according to growth stage. Analysis results show that all variables related to utilization of external resources, i.e. external cooperative network, government's policy funds and venture capital funds, were observed as affecting positively to technological innovation performance. However, adjustment effect was not observed as statistically meaningful according to growth stage of venture business. Further analysis just observed that the effect on technological innovation performance at each growth stage varies according to type of utilization of external resources.
