  • The purpose of this study is to analyze musical styles emerging in modern musical history from the perspective of integration and deconstruction, and to academically investigate the characteristics contained in each style. The style of musicals can be divided into periods of non-integrity, integration, deconstruction, and convergence. The rise of musical styles and the associated meanings can be studied from the perspective of modernism and postmodernism. In modernism, the energies of 'integration' and 'concentration' form the major trend while in early postmodernism, the powers of 'deconstruction' and 'dispersion' play the main role. Late postmodernism is a dialectic result of both trends in which the philosophy of 'convergence' and 'harmony' operates as the main theme. The principle of integration and deconstruction, which forms the base of musical creation, emerged after the development of the unstable style of non-integrity in the early days of musical. Later, with the advent of Rogers and Hammerstein II, the principle of integration was established for book musicals, emphasizing the linearity of drama, and the principle of deconstruction was born for concept musicals to contain new contents. The 'convergence' found in later musical works turn the theme from non-integrity to integration, and from deconstruction to integration again, which indicates that integration is embracing the concept of deconstruction again in a more advanced sense. Such convergent compromise that constantly influences each other and develops in a better direction can contribute to the development of musical styles.

  • In this paper, to evaluate the effect of SC on the crack self-healing performance and mechanical recovery performance of cement composites, encapsulated intumescent inorganic material-based solid healing materials were prepared. SC was mixed with cement composite materials to evaluate the basic properties, permeability test, and load reload test. SC slightly improved the flow of cement composites, and the compressive strength decreased by about 10 %. Also, the flexural strength decreased by about 30 %. It was found that when SC was mixed with the cement composite material by 5 %, the crack self-healing rate of Plain was improved by about 𝜟10 %. As a result of the load reload test, it was found that the mechanical recovery rate of Plain was improved by about 𝜟20 %. In addition, as a result of analyzing the correlation between the crack self-healing rate and the mechanical recovery rate by the load reload test, it is judged that the healing area of the Plain can be increased due to SC.

  • As 3D printing technology is used in the medical field, interest in metal materials is increasing. The Department of Radiation Oncology uses a shielding block to shield the patient's normal tissue from unnecessary exposure during electron beam therapy. However, problems such as handling of heavy metal materials such as lead and cadmium, reproducibility according to skill level and uncertainty of arrangement have been reported. In this study, candidate materials that can be used for metal 3D printing are selected, and the physical properties and radiation dose of each material are analyzed to develop a customized shielding block that can be used in electron beam therapy. As candidate materials, aluminum alloy (d = 2.68 g/cm3), titanium alloy (d = 4.42 g/cm3), and cobalt chromium alloy (d = 8.3 g/cm3) were selected. The thickness of the 95% shielding rate point was derived using the Monte Carlo Simulation with the irradiation surface and 6, 9, 12, and 16 energies. As a result of the simulation, among the metal 3D printing materials, cobalt chromium alloy (d = 8.3 g/cm3) was similar to the existing shielding block (d = 9.4 g/cm3) in shielding thickness for each energy. In a follow-on study, it is necessary to evaluate the usefulness in clinical practice using customized shielding blocks made by metal 3D printing and to verify experiments through various radiation treatment plan conditions.

  • In preclinical positron emisson tomography(PET), spatial resolution degradation occurs outside the field of view(FOV). To solve this problem, a depth of interaction(DOI) detector was developed that measures the position where gamma rays and the scintillator interact. There are a method in which a scintillation pixel array is composed of multiple layers, a method in which photosensors are arranged at both ends of a single layer, a method in which a scintillation pixel array is constituted in several layers and a photosensor is arranged in each layer. In this study, a new type of DOI detector was designed by analyzing the characteristics of the previously developed detectors. In the two-layer detector, different sizes of scintillation pixels were used for each layer, and the array size was configured differently. When configured in this form, the positions of the scintillation pixels for each layer are arranged to be shifted from each other, so that they are imaged at different positions in a flood image. DETECT2000 simulation was performed to confirm the possibility of measuring the depth of interaction of the designed detector. A flood image was reconstructed from a light signal acquired by a gamma-ray event generated at the center of each scintillation pixel. As a result, it was confirmed that all scintillation pixels for each layer were separated from the reconstructed flood image and imaged to measure the interaction depth. When this detector is applied to preclinical PET, it is considered that excellent images can be obtained by improving spatial resolution.

  • Currently, ultrasound examination for diagnostic ultrasound and health examination purposes is widely used, and it is showing an increasing trend due to the application of health insurance. However, the risk of ultrasound has not been clearly identified so far, and in this study, surface and deep temperature changes according to frequency and mode were measured by using a tissue mimicking phantom and TI and MI values were compared. A simulated phantom was manufactured by adding a small amount of kappa-caraginan powder with acoustic characteristics similar to that of the human body and potassium chloride for solidification, and the change of surface and depth temperature was measured using a surface thermometer and a probe thermometer. As a result, the convex probe using low frequency showed a higher temperature increase than the linear probe using high frequency, so there was a significant difference, and the temperature increase was the highest on the surface, and the depth of 1cm showed a temporary temperature increase, but there was no significant temperature change. There was no change in the deep temperature of 5 cm to 15 cm, and the TI and MI values did not change during the test time. Since only the surface temperature rose during the 15-minute test and there was no temperature change in the core, so it is not expected to show a temperature change that is harmful to the human body. However, it is thought that prolonged examination of one area may cause temperature rise, so it should be avoided.

  • This study was conducted to compare and evaluate the expectations and satisfaction of clinical practice for students who conducted practice at clinical practice institutions of various sizes before and after COVID-19, and to suggest future clinical practice guidance methods and operation directions. There was a significant difference in the evaluation of satisfaction with practice before and after COVID-19, especially after the evaluation of satisfaction with practice guidance, practice environment, and practice time. As a result of analyzing the decisive influencing factors related to practice satisfaction, students who conducted practice at university hospitals highly evaluated the institutional environmental factors, and students who conducted practice at small and medium-sized hospitals showed high satisfaction in participation-oriented practice. Therefore, it is thought that practice that utilizes the strengths and weaknesses of university hospitals and small and medium-sized hospitals will be more effective than clinical practice that relies only on university hospitals. However, in order to diversify the training institution to small and medium-sized hospitals, it is necessary to create a manual on standardized training courses, training methods, and evaluation methods suitable for the training goals and curriculum, and provide them to the institution. In addition, if it is operated through sufficient exchange of opinions and consultation with institutions, schools will be able to obtain opportunities to cultivate practical talents, and small and medium-sized hospitals with difficulties in expanding manpower will be able to secure excellent human resources first.

  • In this study, we tried to confirm whether the mechanical sequential elevation method of the body pressure measuring bed actually induces segmental motion for each part of the spine. To this end, a lateral X-ray examination was performed, and it was confirmed that the sequential pressure device induces a step-wise segmentation of the spine by mechanically lifting each part of the spine vertically. Then, pain, walking ability, and depression scale were measured and analyzed in subjects who were aware of back pain. VAS(p<0.05) and ODI(p<0.05) for 10 days tended to decrease in average after bed use. In the gait ability test(p<0.05), as the number of times of bed use increased, the moving time in the test decreased and the moving distance increased. In addition, GSDDF(p<0.05) decreased after bed use. As a result, it was confirmed that the spinal segmentation caused by the heat and acupressure provided by the bed affected gait and depression as well as pain relief.
