The Korea Aerospace Research Institute is responsible for supplying and supporting the utilization of imagery data from the Arirang satellite series for organizations affiliated with the Government Satellite Information Application Consultation. Most of them primarily utilize optical imagery, and there is a relative lack of utilization of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imagery. In this paper, as part of supporting the use of SAR images, we investigated SAR intensity-based change detection algorithms and their use cases that have been researched to determine SAR intensity-based change detection algorithms to be developed in the future. As a result of the research, we found that various algorithms utilizing intensity difference, correlation coefficients, histograms, or polarimetric information have been researched by numerous researchers to detect and analyze change pixels and the applications of change detection algorithms have been studied in various fields such as a city, flood, forest fire, and vegetation. This study will serve as a reference for the development of SAR change detection algorithms, intended for utilization in the Government Satellite Information Application Consultation.

The purpose of this study is to improve the information literacy of elementary school students. For the study, three 4th grade classes of an elementary school in Daegu were provided a two-hour instruction about basic training on how to utilize information and school library, after which one of the three classes received 2 hours long weekly information literacy instructions associated with social studies and science curriculum for 20 weeks. The study, implemented in two phases with mid-term assessment, involved three interview sessions with students, two interview sessions with homeroom teachers, a general descriptive survey, a performance assessment and a follow-up survey.

This study is the content about the development of ICT(Information and Communication Technology) teaching-learning model to support the korean language learning. Firstly, we proposed 3 types on developing models for ICT teaching-learning in korean language learning, we developed 4 ICT teaching-learning models based on analysing the curriculum of korean language course and studying the preceding works. Moreover we offered the strategies for applying ICT teaching-learning models with korean language learning. The developed 4 ICT teaching-learning models in this study are expected that ICT will use to design ICT teaching-learning model in another courses and teachers take advantage of the 4 models in korean lesson effectively.

본 연구의 목적은 빅데이터 분석을 통해 QR 코드에 관한 연구 동향을 살펴보고 향후 활용 방안을 수립하는 데 그 방향성을 제시하는 것이다. 먼저 QR 코드에 관한 주제 분야별, 연도별 연구 동향을 살펴보고, 텍스트 분석을 실시한다. 아울러 이 결과를 데이터 시각화하여 분석결과를 살펴본다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 데이터 scraping 및 수집을 하였으며, R x64 4.0.2 프로그램 패키지를 활용 전처리 활동과 빅데이터 분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전반적으로 QR 코드 관련 연구가 지속적으로 증가하는 추세가 발견되었다. 둘째, 빈출키워드를 분석한 결과 주제 분야별, 연도별로 다소 차이가 있으나 전반적으로 모든 분야에서 QR 코드 사용이 유사한 형태로 나타났다. 본 연구는 QR 코드에 관한 연구가 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있으며, 향후에도 같은 추세로 활용가능성이 높음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 QR 코드가 사회문화적 현상을 반영하고 있으며, 우리는 이를 정보의 수단 및 활용의 관점으로 접근할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과는 QR 코드에 관한 정부지원 및 활성화 방안을 마련하는데 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

It is possible to design a strategy for expanding the applications of GIS by identifying why social science researchers use GIS. This study analyses motivating factors for the researchers to utilize GIS and their satisfying factors towards the result. It is based on survey results which was answered by social science researchers at national research institutes and local governmental research institutes in South Korea in the perspective of merits of applying GIS, level of GIS usability and experienced effectiveness of applying GIS. Analysis result reveals that motivating factors to researchers applying GIS are correlated with efficiency in their research and satisfying factors are correlated to the usability. Then, we induced a fact that motivative factors for applying GIS is not related to the satisfaction of that. It may be a reason which researchers use GIS less applying in social science fields. As a result, it is necessary to connect the motivating and satisfying factors to further expand GIS applications.

Recently, the retail industry has been increasingly demanding information technology convergence and utilization to respond to various external environmental threats such as COVID-19 and to be competitive using AI technologies, but there is a very lack of research and application services. This study is a CCTV video data-driven AI application case study, using CCTV image data collection in retail space, object detection and tracking AI model, time series database to store real-time tracked objects and tracking data, heatmap to analyze congestion and interest in retail space, social access zone.We present the orientation and verify its usability in the direction designed through practical implementation.

Case study has been criticized far its lack of generalization to the larger population and lack of sampling controls. Some of shortcomings of case study methods may be overcome, by using logically consistent, rigorous, and systematic approaches. Especially, Case study method has been suggested as appropriate for researching a range of GIS implementation, utilization, and diffusion issues. This paper provides examples of how the substance of its requirements may be met in the context of GIS case study. For the successful implementation of GIS, this study suggest that the case study method in GIS appropriate to the study of casual relations in and explication of complex GIS acquisition and adoption process.

본 연구의 목적은 수해양 전공학생과 일반고 학생의 스마트교육미디어 활용 유형의 차이를 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 스마트교육미디어 중 많이 활용되는 사회연결망서비스(SNS)의 활용 유형 차이를 살펴보았다. 수해양 관련 전공을 하고 있는 고등학생과 일반고 학생 총 2,714명을 연구대상으로 설정하였다. 연구결과 SNS 활용에서 수해양 전공 및 일반고 학생들은 정보획득 공유, 재미, 시간때우기, 사람과의 교류 목적 등의 순으로 활용하고 있었다. 상위 다섯 가지 활용 유형 중 재미있어서, 시간때우기, 사람들과의 교류, 습관적으로 항목에서 집단 간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

CASE 도구의 활용과 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 수준과의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 국내 57개 기업이 91개의 정보시스템 프로젝트를 대상으로 한 실증적 연구를 수행하였다. 기업의 일반적인 특징과 CASE 도구의 활용정도, 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 수준에 관한 자료를 획득하기 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였고, 연구 초점은 CASE 도구의 활용에 있어서 중요한 요인을 찾는데 있다. CASE 도구의 도입 형태와 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스가, 개발 생산성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 4가지 가설을 검정하였다. 검정결과 두 독립변수가 모두 개발 생산성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 CASE 활용과 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스간의 교호작용이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 또한 CASE 도구의 활용과 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 수준사이의 전략적 관계 격자를 제시하였다. 전략적 관계 격자는 CASE도구 도입 형태와 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 수준이 정도에 따른 4가지 셀로 구성되어 있는데 개별 셀마다 각 기업의 정보시스템 환경을 고려한 효과적인 전략을 제시한다. 마지막으로 CASE도구의 활용을 위한 추후 연구방향이 제시된다.
