This study is a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest designed to understand the effect of ethical dilemma discussion program on human rights sensitivity and ethical values of university students. By providing ethical dilemma discussion program to university students in C university, G-do, the effectiveness was verified. Analyzed using IBM SPSS 24.0. The normality of the variables was verified by Shapiro-Wilk test. Homogeneity was verified using real number and percentage, Fisher's exact probability test and independent t-test. The program's effect was verified using paired t-test. The results of this study are as follows: after the ethical dilemma discussion program, the experimental group's human rights sensitivity(t=-2.32, p=.025), and ethical value(t=-2.43, p=.020) were higher than the control group. Therefore, the ethical dilemma discussion program of this study helped improve the human rights susceptibility and ethical values of the subjects. Further research is needed to verify the effects of ethics education on diverse groups.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of ethical values and ethical sensitivity on character in junior and senior nursing students. A total of 356 surveys were analyzed using SPSS version 20. T-test, ANOVA/Kruskal-Wallis test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis were used. The results of the study showed that the main factors influencing character was patient oriented care in ethical sensitivity (${\beta}=0.258$), followed by nurse-colleague relationship among ethical values (${\beta}=0.153$), religion (${\beta}=0.131$), professional responsibility in the ethical sensitivities (${\beta}=0.101$), and the above variables accounted for 43.3% of character (F=44.960, p<.001). This study confirmed that ethical values and ethical sensitivity are important variables affecting character and convergence course integrating above factors needs to be provided for nursing students.

This paper analyzes the effects of national culture on an individual's ethical decision-making in the context of the Internet. An ethical decision-making model which posits that five moral philosophy variables-justice, relativism, egoism, utilitarianism, and deontology-affect ethical judgment; ethical judgment, in turn, affects behavioral intention was proposed and Hofstede's five cultural dimensions of power distance, individualism, masculinity, uncertainty avoidance, and long-term orientation were used to analyze the effects of national culture on the model. The results showed that power distance, individualism, and masculinity had significant effects on the relationship between the deontology variable and ethical judgment, individualism, masculinity, and uncertainty avoidance had significant effects on the relationship between the justice variable and ethical judgment, and individualism and long-term orientation had significant effects on the relationship between ethical judgment and behavioral intention in the Internet context.

This study is to identify that the efforts of business ethics build customer loyalty, and it makes customers lead to purchase behavior in the viewpoint of grasping convergence effect. The survey has proved that ethical management influences consumers' purchase behaviors, and consumers' image perception and trust on corporate play parameter role in that process. This results imply that corporate's ethical management gives increase in revenue and reputation to corporate. So managers must recognize business goes on when the social legitimacy is approved by the public, and make efforts to arrange systems and programs to foster ethical management. In the future study, it is required that an analysis to differentiate target range and level of implementation of ethical management and research associated with ethical issue of high public interest.

Rapidly increasing internet use has brought beneficial development in many aspect and provide us with abundance and comfort as well as enhancement of quality of life. The purpose of this study is to propose plans of accounting transparency enhancement for Korean firms' sustainable growth and moral management. Moral management is not optional but essential strategy under global competitive circumstances. It has been proved that sustainable growth was possible through moral management. The plans of accounting transparency enhancement obtained from this study are as below. The implementation of early childhood education on the role and function of accounting, including contents related accounting ethics in university business curriculum or accounting curriculum, including contents related accounting(management) ethics in various accounting qualification examination, building and utilization of systematic knowledge base on accounting fraud, strengthen supervision for implementation of stable and reliable K-IFRS, improving public ethics through strengthening ethical awareness, devotion of community leaders for the nation and society etc.

The aimed of this research was to identify the influence of perception of the vocational ethics and education on job stress and job commitment in occupational therapists. 173 occupational therapists measure for perception of vocational ethics and education, job stress and job commitment, the findings of the study were as follows. First, perception of vocational ethics and education was correlated with job stress, job commitment(p<.01). Second, perception of vocational ethics and education sub-factor of education experience(p<.01), seriousness of ethical issues(p<.05) was found to have affected the job stress. Third, perception of vocational ethics and education sub-factor of education experience(p<.05) was found to have affected the job commitment. Through the results of this study, systematic education will be needed to recognize the importance of vocational ethics and improve it.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for developing future ethics education programs by surveying healthcare providers working at institutions of various sizes, using Ethical Issues in Clinical Practice tool. Data were collected from 149 healthcare providers working at medical institutions in G-do. Analysis was done using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Multiple regression with IBM SPSS WIN/21.0. Needs for ethics education was inversely correlated to end-of-life treatment issues (r=-.22, p=.007) and patient care issues (r=-.28, p<.001). The most influential factor on the subjects' needs for ethics education was patient care issues (β=-.246, p=.035), followed by Buddhism (β=.208, p=.010). The explanatory power was 13.4% (F=5.596, p<.001). Therefore, when organizing the contents of ethics education program, patient care issues should be included to meet the needs of the subjects. Also, a customized program regarding the subjects' religion is necessary.

The purpose of this study was to develop a measurement tool for education satisfaction of sport ethics program and to verify its validity. To achieve this goal, 3 steps of experimental processes were carried out. In the first step, the pilot questionnaires was created on the basis of previous researches regarding sport ethics education, education satisfaction, and response assessment. In the second process, as a pilot survey step, construct validity was obtained through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of the measure constructed by the first process. In the third process, as a main survey step, external validity was obtained through difference verification, then questionnaires were constructed based on the analyzed contents. As a result of these steps, a measurement tool for educational satisfaction of sport ethics program composed of 17 questionnaires was developed. It consists of education contents (6), instructor competency (5), and education effect (6).

Along with the advances in medical technology and the economic development, more terminally ill patients are receiving hospice and palliative care services. Moreover, hospice and palliative care clinicians have been showing considerable interest in studies that aim to improve the quality of said care for patients and their families. Meanwhile, after the government has strengthened its policy to protect research participants, the institutional review boards (IRBs) are more closely examining various ethical issues related to patients' vulnerability when reviewing protocols for hospice and palliative care research. However, terminally ill patients should be provided with guaranteed qualities of hospice and palliative care to improve and maintain their quality of life. To that end, support should be provided for efforts to conduct ethical and safe studies with hospice and palliative care patients. Thus, this review paper proposes ethical guidelines for hospice and palliative care research. The guidelines could be appropriately used as a reference for researchers who should prepare for ethically safe and scientifically valued research protocols and the IRBs that will review the protocols.
