Due to harsh conditions of construction site, understanding of current feature of terrain and other infrastructures is critical issue for site managers. However, because of difficulties in acquiring the geographical information of the construction sites such as large sites and limited capability of construction workers, comprehensive site investigation of current feature of construction site is not an easy task for construction managers. To address these circumstances of construction sites, this study deduce difficulties and applicabilities of unmanned aerial vehicle in the area of construction site management. To confirm applicability of UAV in civil construction project, case study have been conducted on the road construction project. The result of case study proved that the developed system is one of promising technologies that has been studied in construction site management. To improve applicability of UAV for construction and process management information, law and technical issues will be an important area of future study.

This paper aims at analyzing the current status, characteristics and problems of housing development project finance firstly, and secondly, examining the policy measures in order to enhancing the housing development project finance systems. The main results of this paper are as follows. Project finances are very activated in the housing development projects, especially, apartment development, since 2001. But most of housing development project finance are not virtual project finance, but conditional corporate finance, because most of project finance didn't uses bankruptcy remote. Therefore, the main policy measures in order to activate effective growth of project finance are, first, institutionalizing of project finance, second, enhancing the feasibility study capabilities of finance companies, third, using the real estate funds effectively, and forth, networking housing development project finances with long-term mortgage finances.

QA직군은 게임 제작 프로젝트의 초기 단계부터 게임의 품질관리를 위한 계획을 수립하고, 개발 단계에 맞춰 QA를 진행하는 과정에서 효율적인 업무 수행을 위해 전문적인 도구의 활용이 필요하다. 게임 QA에서 사용하는 결함관리도구 중 Redmine은 결함관리 뿐만 아니라 뉴스 기능으로 프로젝트 소식을 공유하고, 일감에서 결함을 관리하고, 위키를 통해 지식관리를 수행할 수 있다. 또한 애자일 플러그인을 설치하여 애자일 기반으로 프로젝트를 관리할 수 있다. 코로나19로 인해 비대면 업무 환겨에 대한 관심이 증대하면서 게임 QA도 적절한 온라인 도구를 활용하는 것이 바람직하다.

In this paper, we developed web based Plossom system, an efficient and convenient project management system. The development of Plossom consists of a web page using HTML and Bootstrap framework, and the logic is built using the algorithm suitable for web page by using JQuery. Additionally, Plossom is implemented to support interoperability with external system by using Spring's Thymeleaf and MySQL efficiently. The Plossom system developed in this study is expected to be very useful in the development process of IOT and ICT related projects.

최근 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트의 복잡성과 규모의 증대로 인해 프로젝트를 체계적이고 전문적으로 관리할 수 있도록 PMO의 도입이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 PMO의 도입은 늘어가는데, 프로젝트 특정에 따른 PMO가 제공해야 할 서비스에 대한 체계적인 연구나 방향 제시가 부족한 실정이다. 또한 PMO 기능 또는 PMO서비스 수준이 프로젝트 성과나 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구도 부족하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 특성에 따른 PMO 서비스 수준이 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 한다.

It is reported that the success ratio of software development projects has been only 30%. Many causes lower project's chance of success, particularly lack of systematic project management. Especially, moving on the next phase of project with unsatisfactory outputs can be very problematic because it can cause much waste of resource, time and even lead to the failure of the whole project. Peer review and inspection are some of the practices designed to prevent such waste and possible failure. When defects are identified through such progress, each developer has to work on the product component again and fix the problem. This process is called rework. In this paper, we propose a method for improving quality of reworked product component to prevent excessive cost and time consumed caused by moving on the next phase of a project with a problematic product component. More specifically, this paper suggests a rework indicator that measures the level of rework based on its complexity and severity and is used to choose appropriate checking method on reworked product component. The research also confirmed the method's usefulness and effectiveness by applying the suggested method on four projects.

The information of works performed by labors can be used for analyzing project status related to schedule, cost and productivity, etc. The purpose of this research is to develop a computer-based system by the application of PDA and barcode technology in order to measue and monitor the amount of workforce resources, works done and productivity. It is anticipated that the effective use of the devepoped system would be able to effectively assist the schedule planning and management for present and prospective construction projects.

게임산업은 산출물 지향적, 산출물 기반, 내용 기반의 산업이라 할 수 있다. 게임제작은 타 응용프로그램 개발과는 달리 게임만의 독특하고 다양한 산출물들이 만들어지며, 그에 따른 프로젝트 일정들도 여러 가지 모습으로 나타나게 된다. 게임에 있어서 산출물은 일반적인 방법론의 산출물과는 그 성격이 다른 만큼 기존의 프로그램 관리방법보다 보다 더 산출물 지향적인 관리 방안을 필요로 한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 개발일정과 각 일정에 따른 산출물들간의 관계 관리를 소홀히 하거나 전혀 관심조차 받지못하고 있는 실정이다. 그로 인해, 게임제작에 있어서 프로젝트 일정과 산출물이 별도로 관리되어짐에 따른 시간과 노력의 손실이 발생하였다. 본 논문에서는 이 문제점들을 해결하기 위해, 게임제작 시 발생하는 다양한 프로젝트 일정들과 수많은 산출물들의 상호연계 방안을 제시하고, 이를 구현함으로써 게임제작에 있어서 두 가지 요소들을 함께 연계하여 관리하는 것에 대한 효용성을 나타내 보였다.

Main concerns of IT project managements are concentrated on the output control and process management. IT project, however, is difficult to measure the quality of achievement, because it produces invisible and intangible outputs. Many studies have been carried on to quantify the intangible aspects of process management. However, most of them have been focused on the technological aspects. This study measures the priority of factors to manage IT project by applying the IT-BSC and PMBOK method. Established indexes include the factors of managerial, social and future-oriented perspectives to check the different aspects of project management over the technical factors. This study uses AHP method for quantitative measurement. This study can be meaningful because of following reasons. First, this study re-arranges IT project management evaluation indexes by balanced scorecard. Second, this model includes human factors of developers and users who are directly related to the project development and operation. Third, important items of each stakeholder have been separated, and the weights of each item have been quantified to have fixed values.

This study examined the effects of the R&D project managers' leadership on the product development performance. A survey was carried out empirically on a group of 175 experts associated with project management R&D operations in the field of manufacturing, construction engineering, shipbuilding, plant, and IT. The survey results showed that the effects of the R&D project managers' leadership on the product development performance were not significant, and the mediating effects of the project sponsor roles were significant. This means that the leadership of leaders, which requires efficient control and management based on complicated intergroup relationships and roles, is important in a project involving experts from the professional field. This suggests that the efficient leadership of leaders can improve the performance through the cooperation of members in the organization and aggregation of their core competencies in a limited time. Overall, the key results of this study mean that project leaders should play an active mediating role to maximize their leadership and enhance the role of project sponsors. In addition, the mediating role of project sponsors has an effect on the leadership of project managers, affecting the project performance quality.
