According as acceptance an order results of plant industry increases, ability of plant project management is required and necessity about information technology is augmented. For required information technology, developing information present conditions that consist of partial or unit system of domestic plant companies by synthetic system, development of systematic plant information system that supply standard direction presentation, tools and know-how about information technology need. This study achieved basic research that set information strategy and target by reflect trend of such plant industry, analyze future IT technology trend, international information environment, policy trend etc. and execute SWOT analysis of plant information system through this and present confrontation ways. It is presented confrontation ways by SWOT analysis through this research; (1) Development of education contents that can come forth competent person of plant industry, (2) Practical use of communication means that can offer by real time about informations connected with plant, (3) Offer of knowledge contents that supply various and useful inside and outside of the country's plant knowledge

스마트 기기의 보급은 산업 및 개인생활의 많은 영향을 주었으며, 스마트 기기를 이용한 다양한 서비스 모델에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히 오픈 소스 프로그래밍 언어로 부각되고 있는 프로세싱(Prodessing) 개발 환경을 사용하여 안드로이드 운영체제를 사용하는 모바일 장치에 대한 어플리케이션을 간단하고 쉽게 만들 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 이런한 프로세싱 기반의 개발환경을 통하여 개발된 안드로이드 어플리케이션은 식물공장의 전체적인 환경요소를 모니터링 함과 동시에 단순화된 식물공장 내부를 원격에서 관리하고 제어할 수 있는 종합적인 관리시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 MIT 미디어 구룹에서 시작된 프로세싱 개발환경을 통하여 안드로이드 기반의 어플리케이션을 개발하여 식물공장에 대한 환경 모니터링과 환경 제어시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

전체적으로 우리나라의 IT-BT-NT 융합기술에 대해 융합기술 개발이 미래의 성장동력 창출에 매우 중요함에도 불구하고 융합기술 개발면에서 IT - BT 는 선진국에 비해 $65{\sim}80%$, NT-BT는 $65{\sim}65%$, IT-NT는 $50{\sim}80%$로 열세를 보이고 있다. 그러므로 융합기술개발에 기반한 신산업 육성을 위해서는 먼저 정부측에서 연구개발 예산의 확대와 자금지원, 종합적인 융합기술개발전략의 수립, 관련부처간 역할분담과 조정, 법 제도 정비 및 역기능 방지대책의 마련이 필요하다.

University library is more than just a collection. In other words, it is an access point and gateway to a world-wide information. Therefore, the evaluation of hybrid library and information services should be recognized an essential management activity. The goal of this study is to develope a new evaluation model for Korean university libraries, based on the analysis of existing models and perception level of the shakeholder groups. As result of statistical analysis, the study suggested six evaluation domains, thirty-seven indicators, and the relative importance (weight) and measure criterion.

Recently, the view of value and the national consciousness are expressed in various fields because of a rapid urban expanding, enforcement of local self-government system and tendency of democratization over the whole fields of society. It is difficult to satisfy this tendency of social environment change with only existing data management system. Therefore, we would use GSIS mainly used in facility management to develop the integrated urban management system which is connected the related information to related Agency. As a result, we can expect the efficient development, maintenance-management of urban and much civil affairs. On this study, firstly, we select a study area and present a basic direction of various urban facility management system. secondly, we develop the integrated urban information system with related Agency that combined the various urban facility management. Finally, we intended of its expression. It aims to manage as far as the step which is presented a model of urban integrated management system at the study area

‘스웨덴 룬트공과대학에서는 건물계획에 있어서 컴퓨터해법의 사용에 대한 연구사업을 수행하였으며, 이 사업은 스웨덴국립건축연구소의 경제적 지수으로 이루어졌다. 본고에서 룬트대학의 연구생인 Cole씨는 이 사업의 일부를 기술하고 있다. 그는 여기서 주로 1층이상에 대한 Whitehead와 Eldars의 산술해법과 컴퓨터에 의하여 작성된 평면배치의 동선 정의에 따른 해법의 개발에 관하여 논한다. 프로그램이 그 일부를 차지하고 있는 설계체계는 각종 컴퓨터해법을 종합할 수 있도록 하는 체계개발의 시도라고 할수 있으며 이러한 종류의 시스템은 사실상 해법에 대한 직접적인 정보의 이용과 함께 건물의 다각적인 설계를 가능케 한다.

본 연구에서는 GIS를 이용하여 산불관련 데이터베이스를 구축하고 효과적인 산불 현황정보 검색시스템을 개발하녀 산불 관리자에게 효율적인 공간분석 도구를 제공함으로서 산불에 관한 종합적인 공간정보를 빠른 시간 내에 분석하여 속성을 갱신·추출 할 수 있도록 하는 효과적인 GUI(Graphic User Interface)를 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 최근 10년간의 산불현황 통계자료를 이용한 전국 시·군단위의 공간분포도를 작성하여 전국 산불 발생현황을 시·공간적으로 분석하고 산불 발생에 미치는 다양한 요인들과의 상관성을 분석 가능하였다. 특히 최근 산불발생이 빈번한 삼척시의 지형도 및 임상도, 위성영상, 현지사진을 이용하여 GIS 데이터베이스를 구축함으로서 산불 발생위험지역에 대한 보다 상세한 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 본 시스템은 응용프로그램 개발을 위한 플랫폼은 IBM호환 PC에서 Windows 98을 운영체 제로 하여 DBMS는 Access 2000을 이용하였고 프로그래밍 언어로는 객체지향언어인 Visual Basic 6.0과 GIS 기능을 구현하기 위해서 Component GIS인 MapObjects 2.0을 사용 하였다. 그 결과 산불관리자는 진화에 필요한 관리구역내의 정보를 신속하게 제공받을 뿐만 아니라 산불방제사업에 대한 효과적인 의사결정지원과 함께 실무자 중심의 산불관리행정을 도모하 고 산림자원관리비가 효율적으로 이용될 것이다.

MIS는 1970년대부터 국내기업에 도입되어 초기에는 단순한 데이타 처리용(TPS:Transaction Process System)으로 수립, 실행, 평가하는데 없어서는 안 될 요인이 되었다. 그러한 반면에 정부의 정보시스템 (IS:Information System)의 도입은 매우 저조한 수준에 머무르고 있다. 정부는 이익집단이 아니라는 이유 때문에 정부업무의 효율성을 위한 정보시스템 도입 방안-기자재의 도입, 새로운 시스템 구축, 우수한 인력의 도입-이 번번히 좌절되고 있다. 아울러 정부의 최고 의사결정자인 각료층의 잦은 교체도 IS 도입의 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 그러나 정부는 기업전체를 포함하여 국민을 전체 고객으로 상대하는 기관이라는 점에서 비록 이익집단은 아니더라도 전폭적인 투자가 필요하다. 가장 시급한 것은 각 부처의 정보를 종합한 통합된 데이타베이스의 구축이다. 이 중앙 데이타베이스에 의해서 정부는 보다 일관성 있고 신속하며 신뢰성 있는 정책을 결정하고 수행할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 정부를 포함한 공공기관에 있어서 정보시스템 도입의 필요성에 대해서 분석해 보았다. 또 이를 토대로 정부 각 부처에 분산되어 있는 정보를 수집하여 통합된 데이타베이스를 구축하는데 필요한 개발모델을 세워보았다. 아울러 이러한 통합시스템의 파급효과 및 운용방법도 예측, 분석해 보았다.

The purpose of this study intends to evaluate the usefulness of the automated cataloging systems. For the purpose. this study investigated theoretical methods for the quality criteria and developed 4 evaluation criteria. Also developed were indicators to measure the value of each criteria And the catalogers of academic libraries using three major LAS were carefully chosen to conduct the usefulness tests. The proposed model was verified reliability and validity. This study is suggested guidelines to evaluate and improve the automated cataloging systems.

Although it has been studied for a long time in various disciplines, most of control theories remain being developed by analyzing relatively simple tasks. Even recent research on control of information systems development explains only a small part of control phenomena observed in the real world projects. This research focuses on identifying and analyzing the concepts and structures in order to make them useful for understanding and explaining control of information systems development comprehensively This investigation utilizes the complementary relationship between views on control from organizational and economic perspectives. A conceptual framework developed by integrating previous research on control allows us to analyze the development of information systems for control purposes. The results of discussion about control mechanisms and network can be used as guidelines for designing control systems in real projects. Analysis of control networks shows that control of development projects requires quite complex networks intertwining a variety of controllers and controlees. The results of this research are expected to contribute to correcting the unbalanced status of IS research which has emphasized too heavily on planning and implementation, and deepening and widening our understanding about controlling development projects. Practitioners can use the results as guidelines for designing control mechanisms and networks, and get alerted by them about the agency risks inherent in outsourced developments.
