A Study on the HSE Monitoring System based on Smart Device for Establishing Evaluation System of the Combined Safety Index (종합 안전지수 평가체계 수립을 위한 스마트디바이스 기반 HSE 모니터링 시스템에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, smartphone based measuring device was developed by integration of several sonsors such as moving, temperature, pulsation, respiration and hearing and sever/client programs was developed for the data acquisition and communication between smartphone and server computer. Then, the concept of CSI(combined safety index) was proposed for the comprehensive diagnositcs of workers status. For the validation of the proposed concept, the real data was acquired by boarding at training ship of korea maritime and ocean university. The acquired data was analyzed with the stochastical method of regressionn, then the meaningful result was driven that could explain the relation between the risky situation and the measured chronical data.

  • With China Market and strengthening of an international and political position of China, we need to promote exchange and cooperation with China for the supplement of economic vitality and for contriving the contribution of the flow of growth. The necessity of salient traits is needed such as sharing information, training a specialist, network between China Specialists, system establishment of China information DB and sharing China information. Accordingly, KIEP makes the most of limited special manpower and information, and developed China Specialist Forum Website : CSF which will make a stepping stone of systematic, synthetic exchange and cooperation with China. KIEP presented a development direction, comparing and analyzing promptly easy to get the information China Specialists want here, CSF made for mutual exchange of science, trade and the other issue, Taiwan website "a commercial business intelligence network of China and Taiwan", and Singapore "IE Singapore".

VKH 데이터의 3차원 시각화를 위한 플랫폼 구현

  • 국가 과학기술 경쟁력 재고를 위하여 R&D기관에서 생성되는 연구데이터를 종합적으로 관리하고 서비스하는 데이터 관리/서비스 시스템의 개발의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 VKH (Visible Korean Human) 데이터를 3차원으로 시각화 서비스하는 플랫폼을 제안하고 구현한다. VKH 데이터는 사망과 동시에 급속 냉동한 인간의 신체를 0.2mm 간격으로 절단하며 촬영한 방대한 양의 실사 이미지 데이터베이스이며, 전통적인 생물학, 의학 분야의 연구뿐만 아니라, 현실감 있는 3D 이미지 구축을 위한 기반 데이터로 이용되고 있다. VKH 데이터 기반의 3D 데이터 시각화 플랫폼은 사용자 접근 편의성을 위하여 웹을 기반으로 구현되고, 트리 형식의 인체 구조 온톨로지와 연동하여 해당하는 인체 구성 요소를 체계적으로 관찰하는 기능, 사용자의 원하는 인체 구성 요소들만을 3D 화면에서 조합하고 관찰하는 기능, 위키피디아 백과사전을 참조하는 기능을 포함한다. 현재 인체의 머리 부분 3D 데이터를 대상으로 플랫폼이 구축되고 있으며, 향후 전체 인체를 대상으로 서비스할 예정이다.

  • Recently, switchboards for MV/LV distribution customers have been united and digitalized rapidly. This paper suggestes the effective information visualization method for the data mesured from cubicle switchboard for MV/LV distribution customers. We developed the algorithm that analyzes a large number of mesured data and displays them to users overall, such as fire index, power condition index, switchboard safety index, and power diminution index. Using a touch screen made users to operate it easily. User interface was also strengthened by taking graph visualization. We guess the information visualiztion method suggested in this paper shows the new direction that heavy electrical equipments including switchboards are going to develop in the future.

  • The government enacted and promulgated the 'Severe Accident Punishment Act' in January 2021, and is enforcing the law for workplaces with 50 or more full-time workers. However, the number of industrial accident accidents in 2021 increased by 10.7% compared to the same period of the previous year, and chemical gas Safety accidents due to leaks and explosions also occur frequently. Therefore, in high-risk industrial sites, comprehensive Safety measures are urgently needed. In this study, BLE Mesh networking in industrial sites with poor communication environment apply technology. The complex sensor AIoT device recognizes a dangerous situation as a gas sensing value, voice, and motion value, and transmits it to the server. The server monitors the risk situation in real time through information value analysis and judgment through artificial intelligence LSTM algorithm and CNN algorithm for AIoT transmission information. Through this study, through the development of AIoT devices capable of gas sensing, voice and motion recognition, and AI-applied safety management systems, It will contribute to the expansion of the social safety net by expanding its application.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the items related to digital reading and information literacy which were measured by PIAAC and PISA, to examine the measurement contents and methods of these literacy items, and to derive the implications for providing reading and information services for librarians at public libraries and teacher librarians. In order to solve the questions measuring digital reading literacy and digital information literacy, respondents commonly needed ICT skills as well as cognitive strategies. However, in digital reading literacy measurement items, the ability to comprehend and critically think about texts was emphasized. And in digital information literacy measurement items, the ability to use ICT skills, navigate, and evaluate whether or not to read the retrieved text was emphasized. Librarians and teacher librarians need to encourage readers to read and provide a customized competencies improvement program to reflect the performance results and characteristics of a particular group. And It is also necessary to improve and develop the library environment so that library user can understand and use library search system and the Korean decimal classification.

  • For efficiently safety management of city gas pipelines, the City-gas Pipeline Management System(CPMS) has been developed to systematically manage and analyze the data collected from 33 city gas companies and to effectively perform internal and external affairs related to gas safety management. The piping information data uploaded to the CPMS is ranked the risk according to the criteria specified in the KGS Code, and the safety management of the piping has performed close inspection according to the risk ranking. However, the criteria for deriving the risk ranking is very simple and lacks relevant grounds, and the reliability for the determination of the close inspection pipeline is no high due to the redundant rank. Therefore, we developed a risk assessment program based on the Reliability Based Design Assessment(RBDA) methodology and tried to derive a reasonable risk ranking by linking it with the CPMS system.

  • In the 21st century, broadcasting, communication, and computer have been integrated due to the development of digital technology. Accordingly, to overcome the limit of respective communication media and to maintain them, their independent area shall not be classified. This study is to examine the future environment of digital TV broadcasting, to analyze customizing type service and interactive type TV technology, and to make asymmetric interactive digital TV publication broadcasting system, which is TV broadcasting in the next generation to treat visual image, sound, and various data all together by harmonizing broadcasting and communication like ISDB(Integrate Service Digital Broadcasting). In addition, to develop service on publication broadcasting with high quality, this study is to propose to develop relative devices for TV/PC reception to realize a new communication type TV publication broadcasting, by analyzing technology for producing, sending, transmitting, receiving, and saving to apply to customizing type interactive system and by examining its application.

  • The work establishing effective development and conservation plan and identifying current usage of national territory is an important task of the nation. In spite of the investigation being executed by law up to about 60 different, collecting information, method and time are different between them, so it causes duplication of the budget and policy confusion. And land use listed in the cadastral book officially represents the status of land use, but it is not easy to change according to current use. Therefore collection and information in a consistent manner is necessary to build up. In this study, for the national territory including public waters and underground space, we would like to analyse current land use information collection method and suggest system construction, legal system improvement and information utilization strategies. For the accurate and consistent land management, as a result, 3 dimensional land(include underground, public water and sea etc.) use status inspection and information management is needed. And the new act should be enacted and exclusive organization also be designated.

A Study on the Development of the School Library Book Recommendation System Using the Association Rule (연관규칙을 활용한 학교도서관 도서추천시스템 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a book recommendation system that can be used in school libraries. The book recommendation system applies an algorithm based on association rules using DLS lending data and is designed to provide personalized book recommendation services to school library users. For this purpose, association rules based on the Apriori algorithm and betweenness centrality analysis were applied and detailed functions such as descriptive statistics, generation of association rules, student-centered recommendation, and book-centered recommendation were materialized. Subsequently, opinions on the use of the book recommendation system were investigated through in-depth interviews with teacher librarians. As a result of the investigation, opinions on the necessity and difficulty of book recommendation, student responses, differences from existing recommendation methods, utilization methods, and improvements were confirmed and based on this, the following discussions were proposed. First, it is necessary to provide long-term lending data to understand the characteristics of each school. Second, it is necessary to discuss the data integration plan by region or school characteristics. Third, It is necessary to establish a book recommendation system provided by the Comprehensive Support System for Reading Education. Based on the contents proposed in this study, it is expected that various discussions will be made on the application of a personalization recommendation system that can be used in the school library in the future.
